Caspian Pizza Bar in Bury

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE place. My food was never delivered and they just argued. They could have picked it up and delivered it but refused. The also refused to refund me. They even sent me a photo of where they had left/dumped it on an industrial estate NOT my house. (Photo from them) They told me to phone management the next day. I tried and they just wouldn't answer the phone. I recommend you steer well clear of this place for your own sanity. I will be telling my friends to avoid it like the plague. Don't get ripped off.

Just increased my starts for this place absolutely blown away by this calzone The combination of meat and the rich, flavorful garlic sauce. The dough was soft yet had a slight crisp on the edges, and the cheese was melted to perfection. It’s generously packed and so satisfying each bite was bursting with flavor. Pairing it with the dips just took the experience to another level. If you’re a fan of calzones you need to try this! Highly recommended!

Made a large order for a family party, The food took a little longer to arrive than a normal delivery, but was expected as it was a large order. It all came piping hot 🔥 beautifully cooked. Everyone was delighted with their food 😋 Thanks to Caspian and staff 5* Highly recommend 👌

Ordered a collection over the phone told the guy large donner kebab salad and sauce separate with a 16” pizza, small tray of Donner and large chips . Donner kebab was not large my fault for not looking at the menu but still the guy could of said we only do one size last time I’m ordering from here food wasn’t anything good Asian style pizza tried better from other takeaways in the area can defo say first and last time coming here and don’t think it was great value for money either!

Absolutely appalled with the service from this place, waited in the shop for nearly an hour, the order was not right, and when asked “how long will the food be” the potential owner started speaking in his own language, to another staff member thinking i could not understand. Which was very rude Poor service will not be going back here again!

What an abysmal experience. I didn’t get to taste the food as I had to turn it away but I am sure it would have been inedible. It arrived an hour late and the restaurant confirmed that it was ready at least 30 mins prior to this but there had been a mix up with delivery, so it would have been stone cold by the time it arrived hence why delivery was refused. Staff were very unhelpful and did not care. They also marked the status as ‘on its way’ before it had been sent apparently by accident. Shocking.

Recommend to stay well clear of this company. Food was over an hour late, lied pretending it was on its way when it wasn’t, food was cooked and ready 30 minutes before they even attempted to deliver and had to send the food back due to it being inedible. I seriously recommend staying away from this company.

Good service and good food. Not had a bad meal from here yet. Delivery usually very quick depending on what time you order.

First and last time trying this place. Waited over an hour, food came cold, greeted with a hair on my food, missing half my order and can came looking like it was thrown around the car so couldn't drink from it. Phoned up to re order and again waiting ages. Wish I got an Indian instead 😂

It's my first time trying caspian pizza since it used to be called zaidys an they did the amazing red donner kebab. Place now is alot more cleaner and no issues with service, Ordered the 9inch meat feast pizza 🍕 and also the half pound cheese burger with relish sauce and a donner kebab wrap meal. The pizza was very nice and so was the burger an wrap, chips were fresh so no complaints. The only issue I have is I rang to order as just eat wasn't working for me for some strange reason so when spoke to gentleman I said il come an pick up food on collection I wanted a pizza deal but he never mentioned the 2 12 inch pizzas for £9.99 on collection only an instead ended up gettin the 9inch meat feast for around £8 if only the guy had said do u know we have a special pizza offer on collection 2 12 inch pizzas for 9.99 it would have been a no brainer to go for that deal seen as I was pickin up an would get a substantial better deal than 1 smaller pizza for a quid less. Anyway on a whole will defo go back an its a nicely ran place and food for me was on point alhamdulilah.

Ordered online on a Friday at 7pm, food arrived within the hour, was hot and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The delivery man was lovely and friendly, would definitely recommend.

We ordered around 8:30pm and now it’s 10:15pm. We tried calling to see where our order is and no answer. They are ignoring us. On the app it says they will deliver today. Do not order from here. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately cannot not give a zero rating. Caspian Pizza used to be really good. Service is now appalling. 2nd time ordering and they have not delivered in the specified time and have to call and chase up. Tonight after phoning all I got was it will be with you in 7 minutes. When I tried to say this is the second time I have had to chase all I got was yeah, yeah, yeah then they hung up on me. Sorry Caspian Pizza you have now lost a customer

Not a good place to order pizza. The staff was very rude and even the pizza was delivered too late it was cold and also had wrong topping.

Called me about 30 minutes after my order went through Deliveroo because they suddenly decided that they don't deliver to me. 2 6 miles away. Disgusting. With customer care like that, I Hope you go out of business. Cowboys.

I have ordered a few special kebabs from this place and I say the food is out of this world you cannot get them 10 out of 10 that’s too low are you ask for extra stuff being put on your Kebab and they do it the service on the phone is out of this world so polite and the people who deliver are absolutely spot-on this kebab house Park Hills Road is yours Shakira for your delicious food

It is really good .The food is delicious and there service is awesome.

They advertise an offer of 2x 12" pizza's for collection for £9.99. We order on a regular basis. Tonight they ran out of 12" bases and could only offer 16" at at expensive price ( Dominoes would be cheaper with 50% off offer). Our last order was 6 pizza's, we asked for a Vegetarian Pizza, but all the pizza were meat and we couldn't tell any differance between them. Food is ok but Zero customer care.

If I could have give no stars I would have. How this place can call it’s self a pizza bar is beyond me . The pizza dough was still raw the cheese was cheap and tasteless . I couldn’t really tell what the other toppings were but again tasteless . The chicken wings were raw and had some strange spice on them even though I ordered plain and spoke to the guy in the shop who assured me that would be no problem . Oh they forgot my drink too . I did ring back and ask if I could have it and they said they were too busy . The guy was pleasant enough shame about everything else .

Ordered the pizzas for delivery and they came after 1.5 hours!!! When we said it had came late, the driver did not give is food and instead stormed off and took the food with him! Horrible customer service! If you cannot take feedback then get your timing right!! Two doors down Home Run has better pizzas and better customer service!!!

Best pizza I have ever had definitely be going back

Ordered my food to my flat, of which is intercom-entry. As always I placed in my notes to ring my buzzer. However, as my buzzer was not working, I put a note at the main door telling them to “enter building and knock at number #”. Instead, the driver had left my food outside of the main door on the floor, and it was cold. Not to mention I opened my food to find that as it had been on the floor there was a BUG in it. Never again!!!!!

Been ordering for quite a while now and have received absolutely great food and no problems. A massive thank you to them for great food and fantastic service.

I celebrated my nomination today in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a awesome evening and the venue was undoubtedly one of the reasons for the outstanding gathering. The crew cooperated in a gorgeous style, the cooking was extremely good and my buddies were so glad. We shall no dout come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Unable to follow simple food requests. Twice I ordered kebabs from here WITHOUT chilli sauce and twice they arrived with. God help you if you have any allergies or special dietary needs

Just ordered a 16 inch Sea food Pizza and Hash browns it was absolutely delicious will have it again.

It's OK. You can get a 12 inch pizza delivered, free, costs 9 quid. It's not the best pizza, but not the worst either.

If I could give no stars I would , my son ordered food which didnt turn up , phoned the shop for a guy to tell us he had been sat outside our home for 20 mins , which I find hard to believe as my son was stood outside for over half and hour , shop refused to redeliver food and no refund has been given . Will never order from there again .

I've been eating from them since they opened the place , it was sound till about a year ago when they started to mess up the order I'm always ordering special garlic bread which has only tomato sos and mushrooms they did that wrong so many times I've lost count , and in order not to make it wrong I have to explain to them how to do it every time , and because the seller gets upset with that and he'll put only half the mushrooms on the garlic bread and you're looking after at a garlic bread with a shade of mushrooms on it ......I've had enough with those , if they can't make a special garlic bread , how it says in their recipe , you decide if is worth ordering from there ........ I can even post a photo of my order , you'll see how well is made

Wrong and missing food items, unwelcoming staff, making it appear like they are giving you a free item, when in fact you would have gotten it anyway due to spending over £20. Food was bland and dry, especially the fries. If you want to waste your hard earned money, order from here.

I order from this place rutinely, I have a 20+ year experience in food as I have worked around the world and seen it all. The personal doesn't even know that I am a a food kritik and a lover of great food. I have ordered several meals and even tough my kids rather eat my food only ,they actually like their food. Never late, never messed up order or give to little., portions are superb. Even tough I could eat 2 portions in one go. It more. I have now ordered from these guys over 7 months none stop and to readers I must say Just give their food a try. 1 time I asked them to hurry up if poss as we had no time and even I was surprized when the driver rand the door as it hadn't even been 20 min. Super delivery and service. I never tipped the driver in the first orders just to see a reaction as in this job tipping is their income. Quess what Driver never ever changed personality or did any dislikable act. So in my book I have to put them on my nr 1 home delivery SERVICE. I have to say cooking is only done by passion and the chef there has that passion. Thanks guys and keep up the great work...

I tried Caspian for the first time tonight, ordering a Pizza (Asian Style). Nothing particularly splendid either about the place or food. The Pizza was pretty bland, lacking in authenticity. Not sure the 50 pence service charge is justified at all. Overall pricing somewhat excessive for what you get in return. I wouldn't be visiting again. First n last time.

Took over an hour and a half to arrive, when delivery guy knocked on he was asking for paper!! Meaning money which we had already payed on just eat! Kebab didn’t even taste like a kebab was disgusting and very bland! Chips where soggy! Would never eat from here again!

Absolutely outstanding pizza, in fact their Vegetarian Sweet converted me to liking pineapple pizza! The curly fries are also gorgeous. I used to love going there to eat after college and now I’ve graduated, I like to order online. They’re very diligent and out of the countless times I’ve ordered they’ve only got my order wrong once :) 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered kebab came the size of a child's meal. My pizza was poor and not upto standard won't be coming here again....... AVOID..........

Pepperoni is not halal. I had asked caspian that is pepperoni halal they said yes . But really pepperoni is haram

The staff are polite, the food tasty and the service was quick. My only niggle was that the chicken fillet on the burger was a little small compared to other chicken burger and pizza shops I have been to. On the whole, worth a visit, and like I said the food was very tasty.

I had Caspian's calzone yesterday and I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal. If you haven't already tried it, I suggest you do. I had the chicken calzone with Donner meat as an extra.
