Amazing food and great customer service. Forgot drinks but brought them for us afterwards which I didn’t expect them to do! Thank you would highly recommend chicken tikka from here! And the chilli sauce is addictive!

First time trying this place. Food was cold on arrival. Hardly any sauce on the kebab and food was average at best. Theres worse plaplaces out there but I wouldn't order from here again

Just moved, searched for ages, settles on these guys. Arrived early, first thing I noticed was the packaging and presentation, no polystyrene or sweaty chips, burger wrapped in grease proof paper enclosed in an ergonomic recyclable box. Mint!

Food was poor and I have been buying food from here for along time, before just eat! Lamb was poor, salad was just red onion and lettuce that had seem better days! The chicken was dry and stringy. I can’t go on we just left it!

food was cold and paid for sweetcorn as an extra on the pizza, they didn't put this on!!!!, pitta on the kebab was soggy, presumably due to being in the delivery car for ages. normally great takeaway but this time disappointing

Mixed kebab was great plenty of meat and pitta bread stayed complete. Garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms was nice too.

Burger was decent as usual no complaints there but the WINGS man what is going on you can somethings going on here they were black and greasy like the oil was too hot and burnt the breading and they were just sat to go soggy or something because this place used to have the best wings going with that signature dark red ‘skin’ and 0 crispiness just soggy black mess and the wings too they are all battered with bones broke in them for that to happen these are getting stock from a bad supplier

Cannot understand some of the ratings on here? This is a regular take away for us. The peri chicken wings are amazing!! Each time I order the food is just as good as the previous time. We’ve had chicken, pizzas, burgers ..Always fresh, hot and delivered on time! Never had a bad order yet and been using them well over a year now. Consistency is spot on. Keep it up guys 10/10 👍

One hour and 15 minutes upto now and still no sign of my order? Although latest delivery on Just Eat said 20 minutes. Really don't bother, dreadful service and the food is mediocre at best. I only ordered as it was supposed to be delivered within 20 minutes. Never again

It was nice but there was a blue piece of plastic in the donner meat and if i would have eaten the donner wrap from the other side i probably would have eaten it, i have ordered from here a lot and this is the first time there has ever been a problem.

We love this place, food is always fresh and hot. I'd recommend the special salad with some chicken Tikka for a healthy option, it's so good. Tonight we got a nice surprise the restaurant sent us free items which was super kind of them. Thank you 😊

This is by far the best takeaway in Radcliffe I have tasted every item on the menu from start to finish and everything is top notch quality .I can’t recommend this place enough, this place has some of the best customer service I have ever seen and the food is always hot and very very tasty if you ever get the chance visit grilled hotspot

Avoid this place like the plague absolutely disgusting food cold and testless nan bread breaking apart it was that dry and no test took over an hour and a half to get delivered am not from this area but if all the take aways are like this round here I'll soon be skinny lol

We order From this takeaway, pretty much most weekends Food is always perfect great value for money and we recently had a lot of family round and spent £130 on a large order and everything was brilliant. The food quality was top standards even on a busy Saturday night I do recommend this takeaway They are always consistence and the staff are brilliant over the phone. I recommend this to anyone. Chose "Go large" on a kebab and it was very small compared to usual place I go. Donner was average and naan cracked when trying to fold it. Peri chips were good. Delivered on time but kebab not enjoyable.

Hotspot special burger was okay, not much taste other than the sauce I chose on the burger - however, burger is supposed to come with a can and chips and I didn’t receive either of them. My boyfriend’s folded pizza was good. Cheesy chips were okay, chips little undercooked but still nice.

Payed £15 for a kebab that came with no Donna meat and too much salad hardly any meat will never order again

Should have collected, food was not hot by the time it arrived. Must have been last slot on delivery run as we live so close to shop, as app said on the way 20 minutes before it arrived. I will say that isn't usually the case though.

Shocking experience - lied about where he was saying he’s been stood at our door after being nearly 15 minutes late (added on to the already delayed time they gave us!) - even though we have cameras on all angles of the house -

Last time i order from here. Chips were still pale they were so under cooked! Calzone pizza also under cooked. Chicken in the kebab very dry! Over Thirty Quid down the drain!!

I don't write reviews often but the food from them last night was full of flavours. We ordered some kebabs and pizzas. The kebabs were freshly cooked still steaming hot and the pizzas full of toppings kids just loved them. Driver was really polite too. Great food and service. Would defo recommend 👌

I always order from this takeaway and it is always great! The food is always great and very fresh. I have been ordering from grilled hotspot for many many years and the quality has always been great. The customer service is always amazing in the store and over the phone also. It is easily one of my favourite places to eat at in bury. I highly recommend this takeaway.

Perfect as always , we order way more than we should but hotspots food isn't greasy and nasty at all, it's always fresh and cooked perfectly, salad plentiful, chicken Tikka is beautiful,.like I said not oily and greasy at all, so it's actually healthy if you have chicken Tikka and salad. Theses days it's cheaper to order a few times a week to cut down on the shopping bill. If I bought all the ingredients to make the chicken Tikka and lamb on naan with all that fresh salad, it's going to cost me a lot more than 6 pound for the meat alone in the shops..so for me it makes sense to order. Fresh, tasty, healthy, fast delivery. We love it on

Absolutely vile. All the food had a funny chemical taste and every bit of meat was dry as a bone. Defo would avoid this.
