It was nice but there was a blue piece of plastic in the donner meat and if i would have eaten the donner wrap from the other side i probably would have eaten it, i have ordered from here a lot and this is the first time there has ever been a problem.

We love this place, food is always fresh and hot. I'd recommend the special salad with some chicken Tikka for a healthy option, it's so good. Tonight we got a nice surprise the restaurant sent us free items which was super kind of them. Thank you 😊

This is by far the best takeaway in Radcliffe I have tasted every item on the menu from start to finish and everything is top notch quality .I can’t recommend this place enough, this place has some of the best customer service I have ever seen and the food is always hot and very very tasty if you ever get the chance visit grilled hotspot

Avoid this place like the plague absolutely disgusting food cold and testless nan bread breaking apart it was that dry and no test took over an hour and a half to get delivered am not from this area but if all the take aways are like this round here I'll soon be skinny lol

We order From this takeaway, pretty much most weekends Food is always perfect great value for money and we recently had a lot of family round and spent £130 on a large order and everything was brilliant. The food quality was top standards even on a busy Saturday night I do recommend this takeaway They are always consistence and the staff are brilliant over the phone. I recommend this to anyone. Don't bother! The donner meat is not the worst, but always undercooked, salad OK, "naan bread" are store bought wraps that are lukewarm at best, service dreadful, waiting times ridiculous. Order elsewhere, you're welcome!

Chose "Go large" on a kebab and it was very small compared to usual place I go. Donner was average and naan cracked when trying to fold it. Peri chips were good. Delivered on time but kebab not enjoyable.

Hotspot special burger was okay, not much taste other than the sauce I chose on the burger - however, burger is supposed to come with a can and chips and I didn’t receive either of them. My boyfriend’s folded pizza was good. Cheesy chips were okay, chips little undercooked but still nice.

Payed £15 for a kebab that came with no Donna meat and too much salad hardly any meat will never order again

Should have collected, food was not hot by the time it arrived. Must have been last slot on delivery run as we live so close to shop, as app said on the way 20 minutes before it arrived. I will say that isn't usually the case though.

Shocking experience - lied about where he was saying he’s been stood at our door after being nearly 15 minutes late (added on to the already delayed time they gave us!) - even though we have cameras on all angles of the house -

ive been in a few times tested different food on the menu and everytime no fault. very consistent thats fore sure during my visit which where random may i add. very polite and top notch speedy service. I cant recommend enough

Last time i order from here. Chips were still pale they were so under cooked! Calzone pizza also under cooked. Chicken in the kebab very dry! Over Thirty Quid down the drain!!

Grilled hotspot has the best food in bury. The food is always great and always tastes fresh. I have been ordering from here for many years and the food is always consistently great. I don't write reviews often but the food from them last night was full of flavours. We ordered some kebabs and pizzas. The kebabs were freshly cooked still steaming hot and the pizzas full of toppings kids just loved them. Driver was really polite too. Great food and service. Would defo recommend 👌

I always order from this takeaway and it is always great! The food is always great and very fresh. I have been ordering from grilled hotspot for many many years and the quality has always been great. The customer service is always amazing in the store and over the phone also. It is easily one of my favourite places to eat at in bury. I highly recommend this takeaway.

Perfect as always , we order way more than we should but hotspots food isn't greasy and nasty at all, it's always fresh and cooked perfectly, salad plentiful, chicken Tikka is beautiful,.like I said not oily and greasy at all, so it's actually healthy if you have chicken Tikka and salad. Theses days it's cheaper to order a few times a week to cut down on the shopping bill. If I bought all the ingredients to make the chicken Tikka and lamb on naan with all that fresh salad, it's going to cost me a lot more than 6 pound for the meat alone in the shops..so for me it makes sense to order. Fresh, tasty, healthy, fast delivery. We love it on

I've left many good 5* reviews on this takeaway but gone massively down hill cold stale naan cold soggy chips and dry chicken absolutely gutted

The Naan bread was stale, the chicken tikka tasted dry and the chips were terrible. But at least it was delivered early and the can of Diet Coke was cold.

I told you, you didn't give me any sauce.. You said you'd sort it. 45 mins went by.. I called you I said where is my sauce, you said you had given it me.. I said no you haven't. You then said yes we have, you then called me a liar. I've written hundreds of reviews. This is the worst I hope I will ever have to write. The most dispicable attitude. All I wanted was the food I ordered..

Consistently good, half a chicken and burger meal. Excellent every time. Today we've ordered at 17:52, arrived by 18:11. And it was piping hot and fresh chicken. That's 19 minutes to read order, put together, give to driver, drive the 7+ minutes to our house. This is the wife's favourite take away, and its easy to see and taste why. I also recommend the chicken wings and strips they're excellent and portion is big!

I ordered from here all the time and the food is usually really nice tonight it came and it was very cold. I had to throw it all in the bin. The cheese aren’t even melted on the chips and the chips tasted like they’ve been cooked more than once ordered a garlic bread with cheese with meat had about three slices of meat on it, I hope the standards don’t start to slip

Food arrive late and was delayed, arrived cold. Also asked for no salad but my meal was covered in lettuce and onion which I don’t like.

Food wasn’t the best donor meat and chips was small portion when ordered large. Food wasn’t as hot as could be. Not impressed at all. Said it was out for delivery ages before it was delivered.

Food quality was okay my only issue is I ordered the extra large kebab and if that was extra small wouldn't of been good, it was small for the money. The food tasted very nice but the price for the size wasn't worth it.

My son loves this place. They are super fast, Food is always piping hot. They are so friendly. I even asked them in the comment box if they could send me a little bit of milk as I'd run out and the shops was all shut and I was desperate for a coffee and they sent me some, that was so nice of them, they didn't need to but they did anyway. Thank you so much. Your food is great and we will always order from here the only time we ever go to a different take away is of we want a different Cuisine.

Asked for just tomatoes for salad but got loads on onion and lettuce which I don’t like on top of all my food
