Domino's Pizza in Welwyn Hatfield

Poor as no sauce on the cheeseburger loaded fries plus there was no dip in the pizza box so gave them a call and had to speak to 3 people before I got anywhere, all he offered was to bring more loaded fries which isn’t the same as we wanted them with the pizza not on there own, I won’t be going back to ordering with them as poor service

Ordered 2.5 hours ago for a 1.00-1.15 slot It’s 30 minutes late and the app says it’s been delivered. No it hasn’t. Apparently the excuse is the shop is really busy. Promised a call back. Yeh right.

Delivery took an hour. Food arrived stone cold. Called restaurant they did replace.. but absolutely no apology.

I placed the order online in Hatfield / Doncaster and they sent me to pick it up from Hatfield AL109RQ 130 miles from me, they didn't want to refund because they say it was my fault, it was not the fault of their app.I do not recommend, avoid this pizzeria, avoid problems.

Popped in here after spending the night gritting the roads, during the cold spell. Pre-ordered online and the pizza was ready by the time we came to collect it. Great service.

First of all, if you don’t have a lovely bit of garlic sauce, you’re definitely on for a cheeky night. Great for the munchies, especially cold, best part of the experience. 10/10 would bang again x

Waited for 25 minutes after ordering pizzas and sides totalling £30 and was told sorry you will have to wait a further 10 minutes as we gave one of your pizzas away by mistake. Make of that what you will.....Wednesday night, not busy...

Honestly can't believe the amount of bad reviews on here. I've ordered from Domino's on multiple occassions and each time both the food and service has been flawless - always my go-to for takeaway pizza!

Were in the store at 12 am today trying to order seen the store manager was attacking the staff to bit her up . Was like a fighting ground innocent girl was crying but manager was swearing restless of the customer being in store ..

I ended up waiting 30 mins, pleased with the quick delivery. I had left my phone number so they could call & I can get the door. When the phone rang I answered to someone yelling angrily down the phone. Extremely angry for some reason? NO THANK YOU, not what I expected you can take your pizza back. BYE ... Hello dominos!

Ordered a takeaway found a hair in the wedges after phoning up and complaining was advised to bring the wedges to show them proof. I thought she was joking but she was deadly serious after speaking to a manager he refunded me, full if students who obviously don’t care about hygiene and no customer services skill,shocking ruined the meal

Pedí desde aquí esta noche. Mi pedido fue una envoltura de los vegetarianos y algunos nachos. La orden ha tomado justo debajo se entregan una hora que en mis ojos es pésima. Dominos han sido siempre el mismo y a partir de ahora voy a usar papa johns. Nadie contesta el teléfono. No hay sonrisas cuando vas a la tienda.

Driver dom was quite unfriendly. Phoned me i missed his call as i was in the toilet, phoned him back. Wanted directions, said near the lesiure centre, and he was just like okay ill work it out moodily. Wont be ordering again from here

12 pizzas para fiesta pedimos una grande para niños, llegó con el pedido y estaba excepcionalmente grosero a mi marido. Algunas de las pizzas fueron quemados y frío, pero si no podría quejarme, ya está en el medio de una fiesta de un niño.Luego de una semana más tarde un pedido en línea a perdido esta tienda, llamé inmediatamente a rectificar pero no de satisfacción. Gerente era igual inútil y desagradable. A menos que estés desesperado, evitar! ! La calidad de la comida y el servicio es abismal.

Pedimos unas cuantas veces desde la rama y, para ser sinceros, es muy impredecible en la calidad de su pedido. Como hoy en día pedimos las galletas que eran casi carcinogénica con la cantidad de Burnt cookie nos envió. No hay nada peor que Burnt chocolate.

Orden desde regularmente, a veces la pizza es genial a veces es horrible. El sitio no funciona para mí, así que siempre tienen que llamar a la orden y a menudo resulta difícil de entender por persona. La última vez que pedimos la persona no tenía idea de donde estaban brindar también, hasta el punto que tuve que salir de mi casa y la calle a las 2 de la mañana.

Rang for delivery they hung up on me twice as could not find my address yet they managed to deliver a leaflet to it? Said I was lying about where I lived. The pizzas were ok but the hot and spicy not even slightly spicy. Let down by rude telephone mannor.

Have ordered from this company 4 separate times. The best time they could get the pizza delivered to me was 1.5 hours. the other three took 2.5. After an hour of waiting I called to ask where the pizza was and they said they were delivering it now, somehow it takes a further 1.5 hours for it to arrive from just down the road. The pizza was still hot when it arrived, indicating that they had not in fact dispatched the pizza, as it would have been cold after 1.5 hours.Anyone going to buy food from here should either be desperate, or insane. Literally ANY fast food service in Hatfield has better delivery times and customer service for that matter.You are pretty much bad people in general and should rethink the idea of providing deliveries at all. It would have arrived twice as fast if we had physically walked down to the store and bought it there, also could have gone to ASDA, bought the ingredients for pizza, then return home and made one ourselves.In the "Does this reasturant have the following?" section, there is a tick box for "Delivery". No. just no.This pizza is nice, but it leaves a bitter after taste of pain and remorse from the large amount of time wasted waiting for it...

3 of us at the same addreds made 3 different orders online. 1 personade an error and missed something off.We called and they said they would deliver the missing iten and we could pay cash 9n delivery.All 3 orders delivered together but they didn't bring the additional item.Shame as that was the only down side, everything else correct, hot and tasty.

Delivery took ages and to top it off they messed my order up by giving me pepporini dough balls when i had in fasct ordered cheesey dough balls - i am a vegan so this was infact shocking and the worst thing ever!! when i called them the person on the phone could hardly understand me, after putting me through to someone else they said they would collect what was sent and deliver new cheesy dough balls - no apology! nothing of the sort the delivery of the new dough balls took over an hour....not happy!! will stick to my local pizza shop from now on.
