Domino's Pizza Heckmondwike in Kirklees

Badly under cooked, not impressed at all DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER !!!!! Shacking pizza at a ridicules price with a rude miserable delivery driver - Even more shocking!!!!!!

Last time we ordered for delivery he got all boxs out at the car he dropped them all so sent him back for resh and when got back to us there wasn't hot never orded agen and did order a lot befor hand

Absolute sh*te my pizza came with hardly any cheese on a random bit of dirty sweet corn and 700 slices of pepperoni where’s my cheese ??

the food arrived very late. The pizza was flat cold nachos were burnt. The driver was rude. do not use as I am still waiting for a call from the manager

Hi my last review was in 2018 an it was bad but since then i feel you've changed owners and in particular during 2020 you have been excellent 5 stars on hygiene, delivery, food quality and heat. Honestly couldn't fault you at the moment keep it going !

I ordered via online and waited over an hour and a 1/2 and still no sign of my order, I had to go down myself to see what’s going on as I called 8 times and was cut off every time, I arrived and they admitted they did not start making my order and had to wait for another 30 minutes! I then received my order ( ended up collecting) took it home, when I got home, opened the box which consisted the cheesy “ garlic” bread, the cheese IS MOULDY! I have never ever been so disappointed with Dominos and so put off. Waste of £18, straight in the bin! There was no apology from staff and they were rude, and mainly the customer service is terrible! Mould on photos below!

I went into their store after placing an order and when I arrived I said I was there to collect an order. I was soon told that my pizza had been made, but given to someone else. I gave my name while ordering, and I’m quite fussy so my pizza order is quite unusual. I don’t think that this is appropriate buisiness AT ALL. Disgraceful employees.

Nice food but expensive, staff are friendly and it's clean and tidy, pick up and delivery is offered...

The food was piping hot and amazing as always! And the staff are great too and always look after you

Now I know that places have bad days. But 3 chances I have given this place. I don’t even know where to start. Don’t get me wrong the food ain’t bad. That’s when and if it turns up! First time they delivered someone else’s order. Called up and they said they would resend but no one did do ended up eating someone else’s food. Second time took over 2 hours for delivery. Then they forgot half our order. When I called the girl at the end of the phone laughed at me then started joking around with the manager about it whilst on the phone to me. Asked if we wanted it or wanted a refund we said we would like it and they never came back with it! I had to complain to the head office to get a refund in the end. The next time again took almost 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza! Honestly I’ve never known service like it. Unbelievably rude staff. Place either needs to be shut down or taken over by new management. Not managed well whatsoever.

Just avoid.... still waiting after 2 hours. Numerous calls to find out where my food is, useless staff.. no food as yet

Feed the family if you can order never turned up numerous phone calls but still no joy contacted customer service they are as bad as this branch save your money and cook something yourself at least you will eat on the night

Since 2017 began delivery times have become appauling. Last year it used to take around 45 mins for delivery but it is now consistently 1hr 30. The final straw was when it arrived 2 hours late this week with the sides missing! For the price you pay it is unacceptable to arrive so late! Store staff don't have a clue (that's if you can get through at all in the first place).

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I ordered!I normally order in from another outlet and my god I will from now on. 70 mins to arrive pizza cold,wedges cold, phoned up twice cut off both times!! Disgusting service never again

After preordering to arrive at 7pm my order arrived at 8pm after 2 phone calls telling me it was on its way-it arrived COLD!! To then be told it would reheat!! I don't think so! 0 stars not 1!!!

Si pudiera dar este cero estrellas entonces lo. He utilizado esta Dominos varias veces, pero sólo porque no hay otros Dominos cerca! Siempre el orden mediante la app y la última vez nos dieron una notificación a decir que nuestra orden ha dejado la tienda, pero luego de la entrega tarda otra hora y cuando la comida llega frío y sobras congeladas. Si llamas para preguntar que es entonces el personal es hostil y muy poco servicial. Será la última vez que el fin de este lugar. Si estás buscando una buena comida para llevar, buscad otro sitio!

La comida es espantosa. Patético Servicio de atención al cliente nunca recomendaría cualquiera ir allí como por mi experiencia. El personal de recepción era muy grosero

This restaurant / takeaway is dreadful. The order when it eventually arrived was bland and had the wrong sauce on one of the pizzas

Set the scene, New Years Eve, People around, you pre-order food from these guys for 7.30, doesn't turn up until 8, and then you open the pizza holes in it everywhere, Open the cheesy garlic bread, only half had any topping on it and the burn base, opened the cheese nacho's, had chilli's on them and the cheese was cold and not even melted. Called to complain, was promised a full refunded and fresh order would be sent. Keep chasing and chasing, and finally after all the staff members lying to me, and told me it was out for delivery at 10pm, it turned up at 11.20 really hot.DO NOT PAY VIA PAYPAL, has paypal will never refund, always pay via credit card and you can always reclaim it back of your cardAVOID AVOIDAlso don't bother complaining to head office, you don't even get a reply.GO TO PIZZA HUT

Where do we start. Well as it's a franchise (So we have been informed) any reviews the owner and manager really dont care, as they will brush it all off. If Domino's Hq are serious then something needs changing in staff.The fact they take money from customers using the Domino's app should ring alarm bells.Apparently our food was delivered according to the app. After 5 telephone calls and mention drive down to them, 1hr later it turned up cold but did we trust by refusing the order we would get our money back... Yep, I didn't either.The pizza temp when I took it was 30C and the chicken sides were 45C.To feed to children.. I don't think so. So half was binned. Was informed a refund will be given and driver got confused... Err Google maps anyone, are Domino's Heckmondwike that dim!!So, 14 days later no refund. Rang to speak to Manager, told was speaking to him. Someone called Iffi (appropriately named) if he even was the manager?He laughed at myself and replied on number of occasions it was not in the system.Found the attitude unprofessional and Domino's Group really want to be affiliated to such a bad customer service. I have given this place so many chances but they have taken the biscuit- order over 2 hours late to be told the driver is back - the pizza isn't here ! Shame on you !

Got a fantastic deal on some pizzas and sides for a birthday party. Spoke to the manager Shaun / Shawn and he personally wrote down details of the order and ensured that it was delivered to the correct venue on time. The order included eight large pizzas and boxes of potato wedges and all items were hot and fresh.All guests at the party were happy with the food.Would use again.

Ordered online, the title says the rest: excuses given: "it's Easter so we're busy!". Gave it one star above zero because the delivery driver at least phoned to say he was lost and was genuinely apologetic.

I've tried this place twice now. Each time it took over an hour to arrive. A plethora of excuses is given: went to the wrong postcode; the car broke down; they can't find the place.

We order at least once a month, and they've never got it wrong in 3years! Always tasty, always quick and the staff are super!

It seems both the dominos staff & the chain across the road think it fine to store mobile numbers of girls like myself placing orders and making follow up contact! Unprofessional & creepy! Food was as expected - average! I will not be returning.

Ordered a pizza online and inc full payment When i arrived they had no order for me and then wanted me to pay 2 quid extra because i wasn't ordering online ! then when i checked my bank they had charged me and its going to take 5 working days to get my money back from a pizza i never had !!!!!!!

The staff at the Heckmondwike dominos were extremley helpful. We came with quite a few queries ad the were more than hapy toassit and gives us the best possible price fo our requests. Could not have asked for better service and the pizzas were good too.

Urge for pizzas , so saw a leaflet for dominos ordered for first time ... And well i had a delivery on time warm food was excellent and polite staff finally i found a place i was pleased with iv try'd pizza hut across road i got a bad bad service and my own local got fed up off, any way back to this I'm shocked to see how badly rated they are have i called them on a quiet night or has service picked up cause what ever it was my delivery was great so thumbs up to them

Double charged due to an online ordering fault.6 weeks later and 4 visits and still haven't got my money back.Shocking!!!

Slow service quoted 30-40min took 1hr 15 no apology, then the deliver driver came to door with an attitude, to top it off pizzas were poor cheese was burnt won't be using again. Used other branches in past collection only but pizzas were much nicer.

Sorry to say but it's a shocking establishment, slow service, appalling customer service and terribly overpriced for mediocre food.

Had better supermarket pizzasTerrible and totally overpriced this was worse than any frozen pizza I have tasted.how you can charge for this I do not know

did not taste like other Dominos outlets in fact tasteless and cold staff not helpful at all very short on filling no ware as good as Dominos in Brighouse
