I accidentally gave the delivery driver an extra £20 as I was rushing for my son as he was crying I had £50 in my pocket bang on food was like £28 and I gave the full 50 thinking it was 30 and told him to keep the change then reslising I’d given the £50 when the other takeaway come for my mum I phone up they told me call back tomorrow for some wierd reason phoned next day man on the phone was rude then also didn’t know what I was on about then all of a sudden said he didn’t get no extra £20 so I just left it couldn’t be bothered arguing pretty sure they would have made more money from me in the long run rather that take the £20 and not be honest but dare and square was my own silly mistake but won’t be ordering from here anymore was regular too

your food is amazing and hot always and your drivers are very friendly and polite x i accidentally ordered from pizza palace their food was terrible, think they chose name similar to yours to try get your customers x won't make that mistake again

I, loved it, staff brilliant, young lass was brilliant too, food was omg brilliant best ever, I'm not a fan of chicken on pizza but this was a game changer, got half and half and nothing was a problem, totally smiley and happy to help, 100% recomened totally 😀 xx

This is the best place ever, there pizzas are amazing, no fake, bouncy horrible chicken at all, I'm not a fan of chicken pizzas due to this but this place as changed my mind, so fresh and staff so friendly too, young lass we met wad brilliant, be proud as she was so warming and polite and so is rest of staff, 100% recommended, sorry I'd say 100000% 😀 xx

Amazing, tasty and HOT food. Order arrived early. We ordered a pizza and a shoe box kebab. The shoe box is excellent value for money: we received grilled chicken tenders, lamb pieces, donner meat and a minced beef kebab with lots of fries. ** A polite request to the guys: please send more sauce. One tub wasn’t enough 😊.

2 minor things to point out, 1st the pizza wasn't evenly cut and 2nd a pizza crust is 2 to 3 inch to be classed as a deep pan pizza. This thing pan pizza with it's perfectly cooked base had no tomato puree to spoil the taste but instead had a nicely layered cheese with a light pepper taste, thin sliced Donna meat and all in all a very tasty dish.

I order far too much from this place but there large special kebabs are amazing as are their pizzas and burgers.

I asked my dad to pick me up some cheesy chips and chili sauce what in the earth cheese on chips are you creating in that takeaway I don’t know why the chips where under done but roasting hot and the chili sauce is more tomato that’s smells like tuna why not serve normal chili sauce your not heinz

The mint sauce was missing. The pizza didn't have extra cheese and was burnt to a crisp. No refunded from just eat. Won't be using again. Bellends.

Went for a pizza here. I got a vegetarian one. It was good but not great. Also the place was a bit small.

Absolutely incredible, taste delicious quite happily told them today how nice the food was. Hands down best pizzas in the area bar none. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic kebabs especially the chilli sause

Lamb and Donner Kebab in Naan was fantastic, probably one of the best I've had. The pizza was fine but the chicken wasn't particularly nice. My partner discovered chunks of soft skin in the fried chicken. 2x 3 Pc Chicken & Fries 12.00 Lamb & Donner Kebab - Large Naan 8.00 + No salad 0.00 + Chilli sauce 0.00 Margherita Pizza, 11" Thin & Crispy 6.70 + No Stuffed Crust

1st & last order! Meal deal included “garlic bread” with no mention of cheese. Arrived with cheese on it & when I called to advise my son can’t eat it the man who answered phone was rude, aggressive and immediately told me I was wrong, menu says cheese & I should have said I didn’t want it. Also paid for garlic mayo which didn’t arrive.

Paid for extra cheese on chips which we didn’t get. Paid for a stuffed crust and the pizza was thinner than the cardboard it came in. Won’t be ordering again

Food was great as always. The wait was quite long today though.

Rude attitude coupled with average food. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Wrong item sent, a donner meat pizza for a vegetarian. When we called to explain, the man on the phone was extremely rude and told my partner 'just eat that one mate' despite being told he was a vegetarian multiple times. He refused to send another order, did not apologise and just continued to say 'we will give you a free pizza on your next order.' Needless to say, we won't be ordering again. We have requested a refund from justeat so fingers crossed there. Accidents happen and that's fine but the terrible customer service is not for an error they've made.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Rude staff and average at best food. Delivery man swore about the weather, admittedly the weather is awful but sadly expected, not a lot we can do about that one, a decent coat might be worthy investment. They sent a donner meat pizza by mistake which was for a vegetarian. When we called and explained, despite being told this was for a vegetarian, the man said 'just eat it anyway mate.' They would not send the correct pizza and continued to say they were too busy and would give us a free pizza on our next order. Needless to say, we won't be ordering again.

Food was freezing took an hour and half to come and didn’t bring free garlic bread supreme even though it says if you spent £28 you get it and said I had another deal which I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t of got it gone down hill last few times I’ve ordered and I’m a regular won’t be ordering again

Disgusting pizza and not cooked properly aswell

Had a takeaway yesterday same order today freezing cold when I called the shop phone put down on me twice as I was complaining iv had takeaways here for 2o years nasty horrible manners when complaining won't be ordering here again and so sad as iv had no complaints with any orders over the 20 years so please never complain as they are ignorant people considering we are paying for a service you do t expect this kind of response to a complaint 😠

Great pizza as alway, this time is was half an hour late though and that was with a requested time half an hour longer away then how long the app said it would take if I wanted it ASAP. Pretty this is the first ever late delivery from my favourite pizza place. Delivery driver looked like a lost dog who walked up two neighbour drives before finding mine

Food was supposed to be delivered 19:10 latest, when we called at 19:10, driver had only just set off. Food arrived cold.

Won't be ordering from here again after ove a year once a week ordering from here tonight broke me. We ordered from here as we normally do. However, this time, they decided they were not delivering. I admit It did say when we ordered, but I missed it. The guy called me and was rude and to the point '!are you coming to collect ??? After explaining it was my mistake, he said to pay the driver £2 and we will deliver. As I said, it's my fault. However, expected more from a place we ordered from once a week for well over a year.

Ordered dinner meat on pizza and wasn’t there

Had to wait a while for delivery but the food was definitely worth the wait. The kebab I had was really nice, char grilled meat was very tasty, the other two in the house had burgers with no complaints. Definitely recommend & will order again. 👍👍

They didn't deliver the coleslaw which was included in our meal deal. Chicken pieces are very small. Arrived in good time though.

Order from pizza place regularly. It is always amazing. I don’t know what happened tonight but it took ages to come and when it came it was freezing cold and far too much sauce on the burger it was not enjoyable at all feel very disappointed that the food came like this when we are regular customers and there’s never usually any problems.

I'll start with I never write reviews in the same night I ordered but Wow this was my first time ordering here and I got the Asian special pizza. Which was the best IV had in Huddersfield.. I got the half pound cheeseburger with fresh salad and it has to be the best IV ever had from Just eat.. The burger was grilled to perfection full of flavour, Inc fresh salad and cheese chips were just how I like them soo cheesy. This is my new 1st choice.. thank you guys

Order arrived on time. Nice hot food and chilled drinks. The food was amazing, was hesitant to order the chicken parmesan as they’ve always been so disappointing from takeaways however this was delicious! The pizza was also yum. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely order again!

Decided try some chicken ordered 2 X 3pc chicken & chips, one meal was correct other was lacking a piece of chicken. Was piping hot but well over cooked. Chips fantastic, sticking with burgers and Kebabs for future orders.

As always nice fresh food. Still hot..Friendly delivery driver too .

Best pizza & garlic bread around

Don't buy chicken fillet burger if u don't want to be upset sum cheap process burger you can buy 2 for pound in any supermarket but charge u price like its the real thing

The food is disgusting. The food was stone cold waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. I ordered the meat feast calzone and my husband had the special calzone. I need up in hospital as I am allergic to mushroom and they put mushrooms in my order and I didn’t even know until my husband looked and it should have had mushrooms in it. The nan was missing as well as the chips and coleslaw

Lovely food it very disappointed in the cheesy chips paid £3 for the world's smallest sponkle of cheese not cheap excepted alot more cheese. Other than that pizza and kebab are lovely

I was not happy I ordered and paid for 2 cheesy chips and I got no cheese just chips and very poor amount of salad on kebabs
