Pizzeria Napoli in Kirklees

As regular customers we were disappointed this evening. The order was late (with no update) Quality wise one pizza was fine but the other was well overdone.

The food took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. No explanation or apology when we called

The pizzi was amazing very delicious and tasty I would definitely recommend 10/10 the best thing about pizzeria napoli is its wood burner stone bake pizza oven completely natural way of cooking.

Absolutely terrible, supposed to have chick and spicey mince meat. Tasteless nothing but cheese/Tom and the odd bit of pepperoni and sliced cold chilli. Total waste of money

Not a good experience. Tables outside were disgusting someone had uses the parasol cover for an ashtray .. but the lady in charge cleaned the area and was really apologetic. Starters were OK. I had goats cheese wrapped in parmasan and..which was tough. Again lady apologised. Ordered 2 different calzonee got the order wrong. We were the only people eating in. There was only 2 delivery's picked up so can't say they got it wrong because it was busy. Calzonee was awful blown up pizza dough hardly no filling. We spoke with the lady and again she apologised I felt sorry for her.. she called the owner who again agreed with us and apologised again. Didn't charge us for mains. I would try again maybe not the same We ordered. But they were understanding.

what an experience from start to finish. We were informed pizza Napoli do not take card when we arrived but the person on the desk talked us through ordering on our mobile phones thankfully. Will definitely be back it was simply spectacular and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend getting the large pizza it’s the perfect size fills you up with just about enough room for pudding. If I had to describe my experience with one word: WOW

I ordered 22 pizzas for my private party ever single one of them was cold I asked for chicken not sausage I have plenty of dat here the sweetcorn got stuck in my teeth

That was not the same order as I had last time , is this from the same takeout ? I do not think so , I would like to know this as this and if you are using another tahe away in busy times customers have the right to know and refunded that was not an authentic pizza !! I would like a refund

The food was that late. I had to call up and the best suggestion was I can and picked it up myself. So I did, I was not impressed.

Lovely pizza but a total waiting time of almost two hours for our food was unacceptable.

Not as good as previous, arrived in good time as I had pre-ordered. It had an extra topping on which I didn't order, which sounds a good thing, however it was spinach! There were lots of it (more than any other topping) which made the pizza soggy and wet and the pizza wasn't cooked far enough and browned on top. Over £18 for a pizza with delivery sadly not worth it. Shame as I haven't had a pizza in ages and was looking forward to it, but it was a mushy mess. To be fair I didn't contact them and they may have replaced it but it would have taken hrs for a replacement as they aren't the quickest.

Pizzas were hot, very tasty. Slightly late delivery but we were notified and it was only 5 minutes. Definitely use again

Chips was awful rip off at £3. pizza was alright. Burnt round the edges n hardly any cheese on it.

We ordered here after strolling through lindley got it delivered to our house within an hour hot and sooooo tasty food was outstanding would definitely recommend!!

Was going to order 2 pizzas from here but decided not to, when I saw how much the prices have gone up. Just checked and you can go to Da Sandros for similar price for table service! Plenty of other takeaway options now that Napoli has pushed prices too high. No card payments unless you use Just Eat either 🤔

Really really disappointed! Asked for no mayonnaise two on the phone and ended up with it lathered on our burgers which were overpriced and overcooked! Will not be going back!!

Food was old, dry & chicken burger was tiny! Two items were just awful!!! Used to be a good place but not anymore! Never ordering again. Did not send correct drink as advertised. Refund from JustEat declined & just turned a blind eye!

The pizzas are absolutely spot on, taste amazing every time. Have had maybe 30+ pizzas from here over the last few years. Its the staff/owners that annoy me with this place, they will not answer the phone for an order in the last hour and half of service... which is infuriating when that's the only time you can order because of work. They're also quite rude when they get something wrong with your order... acting like it's the customers fault...? Also Monday to Thursday you used to get a free 9" when you order 2 x 12" and 7 times out of 10 when I turned up they "forgot" to put the 9" on and I'd have to wait for 20 mins in the shop while they make it. By then the actual pizzas I ordered have gone cold. They get a 4 out of 5 still though because the pizzas are just that good!

Honestly the best takeout pizza in Huddersfield! This is the only place that is consistently producing good pizza, my waistline regrets ever discovering this place but my tastebuds are in heaven!

Paid extra for toppings that were not added. Base so thin and soggy felt apart when tried to eat. Used to be really good. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again.

Dreadful pizza gone down hill so glad I dont come here anymore I got a margarita 1st time in 5 months it's like a sheet of paper with messy cheap cheese all over the place its taking the Pi55 since I was there Number 1 customer used to get 4 times pizzas a week never again!

Omgggg the pizzas are AMAZING (we had the Mexicano) so fresh and tasty, not always keen on stone baked but it was done to perfection!! Same with the donner meat and chips, I usually have a couple pieces of donner and then feel sick because it’s not really nice or nasty pieces of meat but the donner from here I could eat all day, so meaty and nice! Even the chips were nice, we added cheese on and they were very generous with it! And to top it off THE GARLIC MAYO😍😍 just wow, massive portions too, would 100% recommend and we can’t wait to try the other things on the menu!!

Ingredients have changed new cheese far too strong and salty and the chicken sweetcorn pollo used to be nice but the chicken has a nasty strange smell chopped in same size chunks which looks like out of a 5kg bag not that nice shredded chicken you did on the pizza . Its put me off your pizza from changing from fresh to processed low quality and the base was floppy!

Pizza base was beautifully crunchy and well cooked proper stone-baked style. Ingredients were fresh and the marinara sauce was tasty with flavors of oregano and garlic. One of the best pizzas in this area, if not the best.

Ordered a pizza from here for many years. I ordered a pizza and found moths dead on my pizza base and I got food poisoning.

The guy who answer the phone is very rude and not professional and needs to be disciplined badly. He is not only affecting customer but also business calls. Wish to meet him anytime soon

Prompt delivery for a relatively large order of 7 12” pizzas. Came when requested. Pizzas were still warm enough and the quality was very good.

Ordered from here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was baked to perfection and was incredibly tasty.

Ordered our pizzas online, as it said it was open and able to order. 20 mins later (15 mins before collecting the food) I get a text from Just eat saying the shop has cancelled my order! no phone call from pizzeria Napoli, nothing! Safe to say I will never never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone!!

Stopped off here on off chance after a trip to hri with a 5 year old. The outside of the building was appealing, nice decking area floraley decrotive. The sun decided to make a sudden appearance and the calamari on the outside chalk menu had me instantly sold. All the staff were more than accommodating and it was nice to see Italian chiefs where cooking the Italian food (authenticity) very pleasent people who made a point of making you feel valued as a customer!!!! This kind of interaction with custom goes along way as far as I'm concerned and they deserve recognition, more over and most excitingly the calamari was to die for! (better in my experience to the calamari served at Miller and Carter👌). I would be sure to recommend this place to family and friends in order to support this business and look forward to trying various other items listed on the menu in the near future. As a constructive comment only I would maybe think about making the front of the business a little more private somehow for those sitting in the decking area considerating the distance from main road, I feel this may be a little more inviting/comforting for future customers. Thankyou for the amazing service ☺️

Nice pizza best in Huddersfield

After previously enjoying and recommending Pizza Napoli I was so disappointed today when they took our order at 16:00 and confirmed delivery for 17:25 then messaged to say it was cancelled at 17:30 (5 mins after delivery was due!!!). This left me with guests to feed and no pizzas so I took my service to Piccola Taverna who took our order and delivered beautiful tasty pizzas early! Will definitely take my future business there too, sorry Pizza Napoli, you have lost a loyal customer due to terrible service.

One of the best pizzas that I have ever had.

Ordered 12" Vegetarian Special Pizza (£8) and 12" Mexicano pizza (£9). Charged £17 but received a 12" Vegetarian and 9" Mexicano. I even went back to check with them as the wife made the order and they told me it was correct. A poor review and lost customers over £1.50 - I'm not going to travel back to get a refund or have a discount next time. I'll tell everyone that you rip off customers and take my custom elsewhere.

Hi, just been simple order ham and mushroom , ordered a large , after a 40 minute wait got home opened my box and definitely not a large, old man who was making the pizzas looked under stress but no excuse for charging more and getting less,

Used these two or three times and every time the food has been 30 mins - 1 hour late.

Rude staff, took our order on just eat then refused yet charged us. They said too far yet they advertised and we're in the same post code, Will avoid from now on, seems they have a habit of treating customers with contempt.

Went to this Pizzeria a few year's back and we had two Margarita Pizza. The best we've had.
