still waiting 2 hours after ordering and 2 phone calls to the shop and to have the phone put down on me twice as they were not willing to do anything about it, I was told it would be with me in 1 minute, 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. I used to like this place but will never use them again. I just want a full refund and also for delivery and other changes, compensation would be appreciated as myself and daughter are very hungry.

The chips and kabab tray all good but the grilled master kabab was just a burnt mess and little amount of chicken , its nothing like the photo shown on just eat. It was there last chance its always lucky dip so up to you

Possibly the nicest pizza I’ve ever had from a takeaway. 10/10 pizza - bbq base like I asked for and it was genuinely very good. The delivery was super fast too!

Really disappointed, we ordered a master special naan which was supposed to have salad chilli sauce, chicken and doner meat. There was little to no salad There was no chilli sauce The chicken did not taste of chicken and was very fatty ..actually disgusting!!

The pizza's from here are amazing. I'm a regular customer of this place. Had my 40th last month and ordered 20 pizza's for the party and they all came nice and hot. Everyone was really impressed and there wasn't a slice left!

Great as usual but I got a full Masters delight pizza when it should of been a half N half (vedgie half). No worries though, I won't order from anywhere else now as this is a treat to me due to COL, and the prices are very good for good fresh , hot food. Never had a bad meal , which is more than i can say for some of my local ones., which are 3x the price as well!! .

Now i have been all over the world and had pizza and this pizza is actually really good!

Microwaved that much that even after been delivered steam came out the box when opening the lid! The donner meat was steamed & tasted weird, first bite chicken donner was the same microwaved but tasted like off meat too all went in the bin total waste ordered early too as my son was eatting too so not like rushed off there feet

this place needs to take more time to look at the order , kebab missing chilli Sauce and salad , Just got the doner . Look at your orders

asked for the food plain through just eat also then called the restaurant to make sure, food arrived not plain contacted restaurant who told me nothing they can do

ordered cheesy chips and they didn't deliver them so the driver just didn't charge for them. wanted my cheesy chips otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them lol

I ordered at 18.10 and was meant to be delivered between 18.40-19.10, but by 19.15 I'd heard no update so called the company and was told they had just left with my order. The place is a 10 minute drive or 25 minute cycle so why did it take over 40 minutes to arrive? Food arrived at 20.00 (8pm) Very unhappy considering it was only a single pizza and fries for it to have taken almost 2hrs to be cooked and delivered. When food did arrive it was cold. Very unhappy and will not be returning

I would recommend the cheesy chips or any other safe safe safe option of food that would be very challenging to cook wrong or be unsafe to eat. Genuinely, I still eat the cheesy chips from here sometimes. Buuut, it has not been a good place for a while I'm afraid. It will tend to make you feel rather unwell regardless and I have had food poisoning twice from here in the past 6 months. (I like giving places a second chance.... Especially when everywhere is closed and laziness has prevailed). So, on both of these occasions I have had some form of chicken: food poisoning came from both occasions. If it helps, the service is pretty okay. It does only take cash though and if the co-op next door is closed... You have limited options.

So I’ll be very honest here. I’m not in the business of just skating places. The pizza tastes good. After rebuilding it and finishing cooking it in the oven. It was taken out of the delivery case and handed to me on its end. When I took it inside and opens it all the topping was off the base. That’s not really acceptable. But after putting it back together sort of and then putting it in the oven because the base wasn’t cooked. It was good. It tasted good. But you shouldn’t have to do that.

First time and last time I will be using this takeaway service. Both the pizzas and chips were barely warm when they arrived late. The delivery driver claimed he d driven straight from the shop so I suggest a more effective method of storage be used during the delivery service. Unacceptable to charge £3 for an ineff
