Tried there food at a party I was at last week was lovely ordered yesterday guy was little blunt on phone but I let it slide and food was good again I just called now and he was soon rude on phone it's unbelievable...just so rude and and seems annoyed at anything you say I won't be going back I just said leav the order thanks

Disgusting do not order from here burger disgustingly dry they missed cheese off man taking order rude do not go here ever

We received a marketing flyer through the post and fancied a change for our Saturday night treat. Dreadful. £16 for a pizza made with processed cheese. Awful. Inedible.

Delivery driver was so kind and made sure our food was delivered efficiently and quickly. The service is impeccable as always !!

Had a milanese pizza earlier today. Quite possibly worst pizza of my life! Greasy, half of the topping spilled onto the box & worst of all, chunks of mince, and i mean chunks, not even cooked!! Rest of my party had kebabs & burger , all ok but no way will i ever order a pizza from here again. Disgusting.

The lady on the telephone was polite and knowledgeable Pizza arrived hot and tasty chips not soggy as they sometimes can be from elsewhere

Had the worst spicy chicken kebab last night Dry, over cooked and probably reheated!! Meat feast pizza had never seen a meat selection of meat and was covered in RED cheese. Appalling food.... Very disappointed

Absolutely dripping with oil disgusting, and took 45minutes to make, owner said if you don't like it just bin it and ended call, no customer service just ignorant, don't waste your time or money here.

Loved in the area for over 15 hrs, just had my first Pizza from here, Spicy Chicken and it was amazing. No photos it didn’t last long enough Thank you I’ll be back.

Absolutely superb pizza, very tasty. The dough is perfect, good quality cheese and toppings. Try them, they knock spots off the other local pizza shops! The owner is a lovely bloke too

Absolutely appalling pizzas. Greasy, soggy and extremely salty. Even after heating in the oven, the pizzas were so soggy that a spoon was required to eat them - a first by any standards! £17 for two pizzas; most of which ended up in the bin.

Super friendly staff, very tasty food and excellent portion sizes served from a very clean environment. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting! And the customer service was even worse. because they gave me the wrong food they told me to take it back. where i got told to look at a menu next time i order. after i asked for my order and they said yes thats fine to be told what i actually ordered wasnt even on the menu.? Why take my money and then give me something completely different to what i ordered. Disgusting!

Ordered 3 pizza's via the App, ready in 30 minutes. Good first impression, looked well cooked, not greasy and not too much topping. The base though, wow! Amazing. Nice and crispy and chewy too which is essential for all good pizza. We all really enjoyed them and will definitely order again.

We chose this takeaway as on their website their reviews are excellent and the menu appears to be too. After collecting, (as they don't deliver to us even though we are close), we got the food home and were extremely disappointed. The burger looked like a microwaved one, but worse, and came with a portion of very dry chips. The pizza was like a piece of thick cardboard, I think it would have snapped had we tried it. We didn't even try to eat any of the food after looking at it as it was so bad. Would not recommend at all, it was cheap but still not worth a penny.

Chicken kebab used to be great but now the yoghurt sauce was like minty vinegar the chili sauce tasted like sour pizza topping- all herby, sour and nasty the chicken was very dry and salty... and the smell I could not rid the house of it. Only ate around a quater and the bin ate the rest. Terrible compared to how it used to be. Has Luigis been taken over?

Not been for years but have since returned now on app. Great pizza, garlic bread and cheesy chips. Only negative. Kebab used to be the best about but the meat has changed is a pale colour doesn’t taste anything like Donna meat ashame I used to love, also dips for kebab has changed not as nice. Chicken kebab still the same though 👍

Shocking customer service over the phone to start with then followed up by two burnt to the crisp pizzas. The base of the pizza was a disgrace! This place used to be ok until the previous staff member left years ago now it’s a sad atmosphere and the staff look like they don’t want to be there followed up by terrible food. Stay away I will from now!!!

It has taken me too long to write this review. This place makes the best pizza, kebabs, chips and probably anything on the menu in Huddersfield, if not the country. Never have to wait when collecting but the food is always hot and fresh . Friendly staff are a welcome bonus!

Wow. Please do not use this take away. We had been warned!! We received our 1 pizza after an hour and it was revolting.. without going into detail it was supposed to be hot. Not! Called and got loads of verbal abuse from owner and rubbish about his produce supplier and sent another one( not that we were going to eat it due to his awful attitude god knows what he might have done to it). Driver turned up swearing and awful... very bad experience ... where has good customer service gone??

Ordered 2 pizzas and kebabs from here for the family and the food was delivered cold and wrong toppings. Really poor and when I called to complain was advised that it was delivered in turn and I could reheat in oven or microwave for 2 mins !! What??!!! Avoid at all costs unless you like to reheat your own cardboard takeaway pizza.

We ordered food from here and it has took 2 hours and they have still did not come which we had to ring them and the guy on the phone was lying saying they was there way but their was not and telling us that it will be longer and he was so rude I recommend you do not use them.

Just discovered this place and ive tried something in each catagory; pizza, burgers, pasta and donner kebab. Everything ive had have been very tasty. The pizzas are amazing. Definitely recommend

Have been buying Kebabs and Pizzas from there for over 10 years and the quality has never once dropped! Only criticism is the new yoghurt sauce isn’t as good as the old one. Overall brilliant food and quality guys!

Had 8 pizzas a kebab and sides delivered from Luigi's today. Everything was piping hot and really tasty!

Reasonably thin crust pizza, but with heaps of ingredients and prepared to change up their menu per your request. Our preferred pizza option in the area, would recommend to others.

The pizza was so dry it was inedible. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering pizza from there again

Pizzas are reasonably priced and taste great. I’ve been in and ordered and watched them being made, all the ingredients look good quality. They deliver too, and are usually quite quick. The kebabs are also well worth a try.

Ordered thin& crispy pizza the other day, got it charred and black - called to complain and the guy on the phone genuinely told us to 'order the next pizza undercooked' because thats how his customers liked it.... 👌

So, i went to hudds to visit family, after a day out we ordered pizza... Tried to call ahead to be picked up- but the giy on the phone was not very helpful at all, so we ordered inside to take home... what they said would take 25 mins took SO MUCH LONGER... it was stupid. Then to top it off - our 2 pizzas (not complicated ones) were awful. They were burnt and everyone hated them - it was a real waste - We called up to complain - and this is the topper - the guy on the phone told us "this is how customers like their pizza, if you dont want it like this next time - ask for it to be UNDERCOOKED!" I couldnt quite believe it. Safe to say, my family wont return! 🤣 what a joke.

This is my favourite pizza place by far! Calzone and Toscana are my personal best and the cheesy chips are just bag on. Love this takeaway! Keep it up guys!

Not even possible to rate a star as they wouldn't deliver food to my adress which is in slaithwaite. Why put delivery if you won't go further than 10 feet of shop? Delivery needs to be advertised better to save people wasteing time. Sort it out

Delivery to our home this evening. Must be 6 or 7 times we have eaten from Luigi`s in Longwood. Tried a couple of different items than our usual choices from the varied menu. Excellent! Food arrives hot, on time and with a friendly smile. Recomended.

Casa cambiaron hace 4 semanas. No listo para preparar comidas para la primera entrega, así que teníamos días 7/10 de cuatro veces en primera Luigi's 10 días! Mejor que la comida normal de lugares similares, buenas opciones, entregado en el momento en el que decir, gente amable. Se comer desde aquí a menudo. Buena relación calidad-precio. Gracias Luigi. Moved house. No cooker, no food for first week. Luigi`s delivered on time, good food and kept us fed ! Now settled in to our new home but will continue ordering from Luigi`s for a long time. Did I mention how good the food is and how lovely the team are? Fab!
