Our usual pizza place! We always get a deep pan pizza and it’s lovely.

I like ordering from this place. We order around every 2 weeks. The food is nice but sometimes the chips can we a little cold but not often. The garlic bread and pizzas aren't always cooked enough but when asked for it well done it is really nice. The main problem though is the delivery service. I only live up the road and it sometimes takes up to 45 minutes for them to bring my food, sometimes longer. That's the only really bad thing. I would recommend ordering from pizza carino but I should say you should collect your food because otherwise you have a risk of it being cold as it takes so long for it to arrive. Overall pizza carino is a good place to eat from.

Young staff members are treated awfully here ! Inhuman behaviour towards them and wages are withhold !

Ordered 5 pizzas and chips from here, with high recommendations. Pizzas were greasy and pretty cold, chips were hard and barely edible. Would not reccomend to anyone from my experience. Couldn't close quick enough after I left 1/10.

In response to a member of your staff who was very blunt and rude to my elderly mother. We placed an order on Wednesday the 15th at around 6pm roughly. First of all, we were greeted on the phone by a young man who was very rude and disrespectful to my mother who was calling. My mum is elderly, and has a hearing impairment, the young boy who answered the call, proceeded to raise his voice and shout at my mother after she struggled to understand what he was saying, she left the phone call very upset and embarrassed after it appeared he was mocking her. As we were ordering for a family of 6, we wanted to place an order of a large quantity, the boy on the phone proceeded very rudely to ask my mum “is that it” after every item that she was asking for. Coming from a professional point of view, this is not how your staff should be treating their customers who are quite frequent to your place of business. However, we usually order on a saturday night, and are greeted by a polite young lady who is very respectful… unfortunately the boy that answered on this wednesday was the complete opposite.

used to be my favourite takeaway. Gone very downhill. Had two orders now where the cheese is sweet and like a soft rubber that doesn't feel fully cooked, the pepperoni is full of bits and the chips are soggy with a lot of dark parts to them. Very disappointed it seems they've changed suppliers and downgraded. Maybe even changed hands. This takeaway has been ruined for me and I will not be going again.

The tasteless pizza , looked as if it had all been mixed together . One agglomerate mush I will never buy there again

Shocking service. Told delivery time 50 mins. Food arrived 1 hour 35 mins later. We are less than 300 metres away, your driver could have walked here within 5 mins. Our order was only 2 burgers, not even a big order

Ordered a garlic bread and 2 pizzas, they were the worse pizzas I've ever had. (And I've had a lot of pizza). Garlic bread was raw. All the pizza was hard on the bottom and soggy on top. The chicken one looked like someone had throw up on it and the chicken looked like it had been bought in a packet at the shop! They use red lester cheese, instead of mozzarella? So all the cheese just tastes weird, and the margarita.. so much oil on it. It was dripping with orange oil. It was honestly disgusting, whole lot went into the bin.

We normally get a Marco Pollo and a Pollo special pizza, both great and good value too. Would recommend!

Great traditional Italian cuisine

After ordering pizza and been told over the phone it would be around 40 mins for delivery I thought that was fine as I needed to nip around to the shop and get cash out I specifically asked on the phone as to how long it would be in as I knew I had to go get cash. However, as much as I appreciate the early delivery time the pizza was delivered after 15 minutes after been told 40 minutes I was 5 minutes away from my house getting cash and the delivery driver was vile. He was verbally abusing my mum calling her “woman” and shouting at her for wasting his time and “lying” to him although been told that I was at the bottom of the road however he could not “see me” although he was clearly there because he got back in his car shouting and carrying on. After waiting a total of 4 minutes I payed and got told I was “wasting his time and I delivered it and got nothing out of it” after I have already paid the delivery. I will NOT be using the delivery service again the man was vile and poor representative of a business that we have used for some time for takeaway. Disgraceful.

Consistently great calzone, gets busy but aint that a good sign

It was always our fav family take away choice growing up. The only take out I missed when I left for uni. Now I am back and use pizza carino religiously. They taste the same and super delicious every time. Great value too. If I ever move, I will defo travel back to Mirfield just for a pizza from Carino!

I use Pizza Carino at least a couple of times a month and sometimes more. The Pizzas are always excellent and the service from the girls is really good.

On of the first pizza takeaway in Mirfield and the quality of their food remains excellent. they are always generouse with the quantity of their toppings.

I live in Mirfield and always order Carinos. Definitely the best pizza in town. Chips are awesome as is the garlic mayo sauce. I would advise to collect which I always do and it's piping hot and never had any issues. Staff are always friendly too.

Ordered pizzas from carino as they told us they did not deliver to our address even though they have done before wife and daughter ordered pepperoni and mushroom calzoni got them home they were full of ham and salami very disappointed with the food not sure will be ordering from them again.

Iv been ordering from pizza carino from years and had plenty of deliveries out of loyalty. I went to order today and was told they do not deliver to my location !!! IT IS ONLY 2.4 MILES !!!! DISGUSTED

Having moved back to the area, we decided to try Pizza Casino one weekend over the festive period. We were pleasantly surprised at the choice and fair price. The pizza was very nice, plenty of topping and not greasy at all. Will definitely return in the future.

Bad ordering 70min rang told it was near.then got a call from drive told not opening dòor.only to be told pizza is in mirfield not liversedge.rang and told shop and got o so sorry which was a fob off

Love Pizza Carino. Have to confess that I've never had a pizza from here but the burgers I have fairly often are always delicious with lots of chips alongside.

Would give it 0 stars to be honest. Ordered two BBQ chicken pizza’s and One veg pizza with two trays of chips. Took 30 minutes to come missing one of the BBQ chicken pizzas, they then returned with the second pizza and asked for full payment. All of the order was written on the receipt but not put through the till. Deffo will not be ordering again

Cardboard pizza are. Toppings ok but really let down by the base. Won’t be going back. Had a couple of pepperoni. Had this place recommended by a friend but really don’t know what they were on about. Sorry guys... you need to start making dough and not buying it in

Home delivery pizza with a friend. Quoted 40 min arrived in 30, so prompt. Quality of the food = truly awful. Why? Soggy base, too thick & undercooked, toppings undercooked, flavourless soggy pile on top of the doe which made the doe even soggier. Unable to actually pick up a piece out of its box due to it being so floppy. The box base was soaked through with liquid from the pile of slop. Did not finish the pizza. Can not understand how anyone could enjoy this unless blind drunk & starving hungry. Many a supermarket pizzas are so much better. Will not use again after this experience. Waste of money. Have the owners ever eaten in Italy?

Sad to say I go to this takeaway far too often but only because it is so good. It has to be the best Pizza takeaway in the area.

We ordered 2 pizzas and chips. It took 1h 30 to come from ordering on a Monday evening. When it arrived it was swimming in oil even though we asked to go easy on the cheese. Got to be up there with one of the worst takeaways iv had. Try and alternative takeaway if I was you.

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered, poor staff over the phone, not knowing what to do in the situation, overall not happy.

First time food was swful and ended up with upset tummy next day. Decided to try again and same thing happened again. All ended up ill. Never again!

Use this takeaway whenever we want pizza as in our opinion it is the best around and better than the chain pizza shops. Reasonably priced and great food which has never been below great.

We have been coming to pizza Carino for many years, it's not local to us but we were willing to travel because their pizza's are usually good.Tonight however the food and service was abysmal, i collected my usual order and drove home, upon starting my deep pan pizza i found the base was uncooked, it was doughy and could literally be stretched in your fingers.Not a huge problem i thought, these things happen so i called back to let them know and this is when the real problem started.I explained the base was uncooked and after a while was told a new one would be made, now you would assume this would be delivered since it was their mistake but no, they advised they were too busy to deliver!I then said i would bin this one and asked if i could just have my replacement on my next order, their response? No, apparently the manager need's to inspect it before a replacement can be made! I then spoke to the person who 'cooked' the pizza and he agreed a new one would be delivered, so the wait began, after waiting almost an hour it still hadn't arrived, at this point i was ready to give up (it would have been less hassle cooking a sunday lunch AND washing up) however i begrudgingly called AGAIN to chase and was told to their surprise that it had set off ages ago, and so i waited again. (See the pattern here?)At 9pm i finally gave up and called to put them out if their misery, i cancelled the inconspicuous pizza and advised i would deliver the uncooked one back to them for who i can only assume to be Gordon Ramsay to inspect (let's face it, an ordinary pizzeria wouldn't make you jump through this many hoops, right?)Finally...i arrived back and handed them the pizza over, Rather than apologise for the inconvenience, the 'manager' continued to inspect the pizza and tell me it looked ok and i should have asked for it crispy, ermmm i didn't want it crispy, just cooked would have been nice.Then to my surprise the inconspicuous pizza arrives through the door with the delivery driver (I'm pretty sure he was supposed to be delivering it to my house but oh well)The 'manager' then thinks that ever thing's all rosy, after two journey's, three phone calls and lot's of head banging against a brick wall i should be happy because the driver has my pizza. Never mind that it's likely stone cold because the driver apparently got lost on the whole 2 mile journey to my house.Resisting the temptation to take both pizzas and reverse the car over them i calmly asked for a refund, reasonable you may think?Or not, the 'manager' accused ME of putting all of his orders back because i asked for the replacement to be delivered, rude of me eh?He then told me to come back again tomorrow for my refund because the owner wasn't in!So overall an uncooked pizza which could easily have been replaced has ended up in me losing 2 hours of my life and them a long term customer.Just abit of advice, try accepting your wrong instead of arguing with and wasting the time of your customers.You are not always right, become too complacent and you will find I'm not the only customer who would run a mile before ordering from you again.

fantastic food and friendly always helpful

If you want a calzone then definitely get one from here. We've tried a couple of other pizzas after moving close to the location, but found that the calzones are our favourites. Better than a dominoes or Pizza Hut takeaway and much cheaper!!

I've been getting Pizzas from here for over 30 years - reckon I've had most varieties but usually stick to my favourite with a portion (a very large bag) of fries. Telephone orders for collection are often "ready in 20 minutes" which is more likely to be 30. Seems to be very busy with deliveries which slows down things in the shop. Only complaint is when you ask for a half/half pizza. They charge full price for one pizza and add other topping onto price as extra making it a lot more expensive.

I love that you can look at the menu as a guide then they can tweak to your preference. Never had a bad meal from here in nearly 30 years :)

This is one of the best takeaways I have ever visited and it is right here in my own town. It is always busy every time I visit which I might add is not too many times per month!! The choice is good but I would love them to add a good sea food pizza which I love. The staff are always helpful and even at busy times it never takes too long from order to collection. Just a great place.

It's local to my house so really easy to get to and I go almost every week . The pizza is delicious and my favourite is the Chiken. I bought my friend pizza from there and it was her first time and now she goes every single week she loves it that much!

Pizza Carino is our favourite pizza takeaway place in/around Mirfield. The base is perfect and they have such a variety of tasty pizzas that we never get bored. Although my favourites are the tuna pizza (with jalapenos and chilli powder added), the Mexicana and the Marco Pollo. They also do the best fries (regular and cheesy). Good prices and better than average delivery times. Would definitely recommend Pizza Carino.

food wise there are no problems but the last few orders have taken over an hour to deliver. When the food did arrive it was borderline as to if I sent it back

We have had occasional pizzas from here over the years but it just seems the menu never changes and it's a bit tired. The pizzas have no herbs on, and the cheese is actually "cheese substitute" according to their menu. Interesting. They are reasonable but I won't be going back until they change the menu a little.

Not a bad place to order food from until lately, we ordered our food and asked for some of our order to be plain with no salad or sauce on it, when it arrived the ticket said plain but the food was covered it salad, we called them back to complain and the chef told us to "Eat around the salad", this is not good customer service, what if we had been allergic to the salad that was on the food. Then when the delivery man came back he was just back to collect the food so they could take the salad off it for us, we insisted on our money back and doubt we will order from them again any time soon

This has to be the best place in Mirfield to buy a Pizza. We love it. The staff are friendly too. Pizza at it's best.
