Pizza Hut Delivery Huddersfield in Kirklees

Ordered online, food arrived on time but somehow the pizzas were cold. Paid for extra pineapple but received what seemed like less pineapple than normal! Missed the drink off our order. Woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and not very understanding of this issue. Said there was definitely extra pineapple.

No answer on the phone waiting over 2 hours for delivery, when we came to collect it instead there was nobody at the desk! Absolutely shocking. Avoid! At least 25 people waiting outside

Pan pittza was like soggy dough both on the bottom & all around the sides. Went straight into bin & won’t be going there again. UGH

Ordered Pizza and Fries this evening Pizza’s where cold and fries never arrived tried calling this Pizza Hut for over one hour and someone get picking up tthe phone and putting it down.

The difficulty that this place has with cutting through a pizza needs to be studied.

I ordered pizzas and after 1 hour 30 mins a rude person came with cold pizzas and missing items to me. I refused to get them and asked him politely to take them back but he left them outside of my place and gone. He was with no uniform, Justeat bags and he said works for deliveroo...I have the car reg number for further action. I phoned Moldgreen Pitzza Hut and said I haven't received my order they said go to website for refund and hang up phone on me

Yesterday, I placed an order for four pizzas (two margaritas and two veggie sizzlers). Unfortunately, the website did not have an option for the normal crust, so I had to select the pan pizzas. Upon delivery, I found the pizzas to be undercooked and very soggy, with the slices falling apart. This was extremely disappointing as the quality was far below the standard I expect from Pizza Hut. I called the store to report the issue and spoke with a lady who insisted that a quality check was conducted before the pizzas were sent out for delivery. However, based on the condition of the pizzas, I find this claim hard to believe. The lady I spoke with offered to remake the pizzas, but I was informed that I would need to collect them myself as there were no drivers available and was also told to return the undercooked pizzas and advised this would not be possible as I have guests over. This solution was inconvenient and unsatisfactory, especially considering the poor quality of the original order. I am very disappointed by this experience and the lack of satisfactory resolution offered.

This evening I ordered 3 sides which were very nice, I ordered 3 large pizzas which when delivered were undercooked and tasteless. It took several attempts over a 30 min period to get an answer on the phone, when I finally got an answer I was told, “ we will remake your food if you bring back the food we delivered!” No apology or nothing from the woman I spoke to neither. Having had the food delivered for convenience we were not going to drive out to the take away to get fresh food! Avoid avoid avoid!!! What a waste of money! Will stick to Dominoes in future.

Crust was dry and hard felt violated spending all that money and receiving a 2 out of 10 pizza.

Gentleman working late Sunday night (13th August) is lovely, I think his name was Savoi but I'm not sure, lovely pizza and great customer service

For the second time in a row my order was wrong. All started well until it told me it was on its way. A five minute journey turned into a 30 minute one. Unsurprisingly the food wasnt hot and the ice cream was melted. Tried to ring the store but nobody picked up. Oh and my order was wrong, again. Last time I give this place a chance. Btw I ordered through pizza hut delivery.

No issues with service or staff but pretty disgusted with the massively over-priced, hugely underwhelming gluten free pizza. Only saving grace was the 2 for 1 offer. I'd never pay full price for such a mediocre little pizza.

The pizza Hut on wakefield Road Moldgreen Huddersfield never answer the phone you can call them serveral times they just do not answer the phone. Regardless of if you have a query or complement they fail to answer the phone. The food is usually up to scratch its nice but I wouldn't go crazy. They do need to brush up on their customer service skills.

What the ...... I never thought pizza hut could make this disgusting pizza Something bad smell was coming from my crust and the vegetables which is used in it wasn't fresh because I could taste that dullness . The only thing I like is the delivery which came 4 minutes early other then I have been I so many pizza hut but this was a nightmare to eat.

Got my food delivered but took significantly longer than I would have like. I can't complain about the taste or the politeness of the driver.

I ordered on deliveroo and it wasn't cheap (£32) and it all started when I phoned the restaurant enquiring about allergy information when I was told 'ring deliveroo you placed an order through them hasn't got anything to do with us) and then the 'gentleman' hung up. I decided to check the information online as it was too late to cancel. When the food arrived it was cold, pizza was hard and very tough, totally inedible and frankly disgusting. I urge everyone to stay away, the service is shocking, customer service non existent, you'd be better off with a 67p margarita from Aldi. At least it's hot.

Dun order at the Pizza Hut, I have order two delivery and all items are wrong, they just cook whatever they want but not follow your order!!!!

Staff are great here. Friendly delivery drivers Mohammad the manager is excellent and a reasonable man and is an asset to the restaurant.

Contrary to the other reviews, I've found this Pizza Hut Delivery to be great. The service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were told the pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes and around 10 minutes later it was indeed ready. It's a little bit pricey, but the quality of the food and the amount you get is worth it.

Today I tried ordering just a nice meal for my family and this guy who claimed to be the manager said if he can speak to an adult and I was like I am an adult thank you. Then he proceeded to say he will get the police on me and he has my phone number recorded. 😂 bro I was just tryna get me some food who am I gonna prank call, I’ll be scared to even touch a fly

Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this place!!!! Waited well over an hour without receiving my order. When I called them I was advised that I to call customer services to get a refund! The problem is that you can't call customer services because it's online communication only. The website states that they'll get back to you within 5 days! Tried to call the branch back, but all they do is repeadly put you on hold and leave you waiting! After cancelling the order and 2.5 hours after first ordering the food, the delivery driver (who was actually the only decent person that I spoke to) called to ask for directions. I've experienced the worst customer service ever from this place! You've been warned!

This place is only for pizza delivery or collection (i.e. no eating in). I ordered pizza just before collecting my grocery shopping. The order was tracked by the website and I turned up outside just as it was confirmed as ready. Very simple to order, the deal bot reduced the cost by picking a meal deal based upon my basket. Clear instructions on how to pick up were at the venue, my order was hot and picked up with no issues. Well packaged and transported it home with no problems. Only niggle - it was a little too heavy on the cheese on the margarita pizza - that's possibly a personal opinion though the other pizza was great with slightly less cheese. Others might prefer more... While not a huge number of parking spaces there were enough around that I wouldn't be concerned.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone when you call to ask why your order still hasn't arrived 30mins after the latest arrival time

Pizza took 85 minutes to arrive and was lukewarm and hard.

I wish I could have given a lower score. Pizza delivery took >90min. Pizzas were cool and sweaty. Customer service was just rubbish.

So the staff member who was smoking outside decided to take my order and make my pizza without washing her hands or taking the necessary steps to ensure she didn't smell or make my food smell like a 90s pub. Very unpleasant experience And the food is just downhill not the pizza hut I know

STEAL YOUR MONEY, AVOID! Do not use - voucher codes never seem to apply at checkout as stated so your overcharged. Pizza took 3 hours to arrive - trying to obtain a refund for the overcharge, 1 month later, and these guys at Moldgreen Hut continue to to ignore their own customer service team in order to prevent refunds being processed.

To some it up I'd say it was a piss poor service 45 min late resulting in cold pizza ! I would of told them over the phone if they'd answer.

Complete disappointment, orderd food at 6:22pm and paid for online. 40min had passed so tried to phone them up to find out what was happening with no answer. And attempted to phone them up for the next hour again with no answer. Due to not knowing whether or not mine and kids tea was coming in had to spend a further £25 with a different takeaway. Then just after 8pm my pizza hut arrived. I attempted to speak to the delivery driver and was told to contact the takeaway Which is what I have already been trying to do. And still even now available not been able to get any contact with the takeaway

Try giving them a call and if they pick up then I'll be impressed, always take forever, never get the order right 🤣

We went to pick up, and the pizzas were so undercooked, we had to oven them when we got home. Shame because Pizza hut is potentially so much nicer than "the other" famous pizza takeaway

Ordered a pizza online. Was given an order number. Arrived at store to be told that no order was placed. Checked email and said order incomplete, but no money taken. Checked bank, and money WAS taken. Still no refund. No reply on Facebook. Absolutely shocking. Worst pizza service in Huddersfield. Would rate less than 1 star if I could.

Thought I'd give this place a second try as the first time I ordered the food was cold. Order came and I ordered a fajita pizza with no Jalapenos, imagine my shock to see them on my pizza which I now couldn't eat. Rang up, spoke to the manager and he called me a liar saying I'd ordered that pizza with them on. Note below is a photo of my email confirmation. I will never use again and will inform everyone o know not to use. Thankfully the customer service person has issued me with a refund but could take 16 days to get back.

Staff were more interested in looking at her phone than dealing with customers, even when we shouted 'SHOP' we were ignored until another member of staff gave her a nudge. Pizza was very greasy, sat in a puddle of it's own grease in the box.

Not too impressed with the food quality

This doesn't even remotely compare to the in-store experience or Dominoes. We ordered a large pizza that was completely undercooked, and the 'stuffed' crust wasn't sealed. All the sides that were ordered were cold and the chicken wings were minuscule. Definitely not worth the £30.00 we paid, and will not be returning.

I orderd a pizza and a share and tare for me and my family tonight My food came raw when i ring to complaine he as the manager tryes to argue with me and tell me it was all well cooked anf he seen it for his self i then told him the tare and share was also burnt he continued to argue with me when asking for a refund he spoke to me with no manners what so ever and then found it funny when I said I would not order from them again to sit on the phone and say to "me you will ring us every day ", "to say your so hungry your spending all your time talking to me" bearing in mind I have told this manager of moldgreen pizza hut that I have a child who was looking forward to her pizza and they still found it funny to mock me as I explained the distress they have now put me through having to find something elles for my daughter to eat after waiting almost 1 hour and a half already for this order .... would not recommend to eat at this branch there food was not the only problem there customers service skills are beyond poor

I ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crust, the cheese was gone, they did not sealed the borders and they were empty, also the crust where like 4 adult male fingers length, so it was almost more crust than pizza.

Disappointed and felt ripped off!! The gf base was dry, very little tomato base, the dairy free cheese though nice, I could hardly see there was so little of it... they charge an extra £1 for this. The lovely server remade me one herself which was better and couldn’t have been nicer. However if I hadn’t mentioned it I would have been paying £12 for substandard food!! Very disappointed with Pizza Hut My kids love it there but I’ve avoided due to the poor gf/ dairy free pizza choice. Thank you for the lovely service which was the only thing that helped. I hate complaining and drawing attention to myself so we will not be back.

I ordered a pizza from this so-called business at 5pm, with a delivery time of 7:15pm. I wait two hours and twenty minutes, watching cars come past, until I get a phone call at 7:21pm that the pizza will be an hour late due to the snow and "traffic". I then wait a further hour, plus a few extra minutes, and call back. I then am told that the driver came to our house, before immediately being told that in fact, "the manager" says that they can't deliver to my house at all because of the snow and traffic. Completely pathetic! I'm most angry at the fact they didn't even bother to call us. They just left us waiting, completely unaware. Get a clue about how customer service works!

Absolutely terrible, when I order a medium pizza and pay nearly £10 for it I expect a medium pizza, not something that is the the same size of my hand (which is pretty small) and the try to convince me that's how all pizzas are made. No..

OK for a quick Pizza delivery if you live local to it. Usual Pizza Hut menu so you know what you are getting.

We order two large pizza and two side orders at 7pm online tonight for delivery as soon as possible. We had an email at 7.07pm to say our order was in the kitchen. It got to 8pm so we rang them to ask when they would be delivering our pizza to be told it would take another hour and fourty minutes. We then enquired if we could pick them up to be told it would take another thirty minutes until we could collect our pizzas.We cancelled the order. Not the first time we have had really bad service from the shop. We will not order from them again.

Worst take away ive ordered from. Ordered 2 cookie doughs, nachos without jalapenos and potato wedges so a very small order. Women on phone says should take up to a hour. 1 hour and 25mins later i ring asking if theyve set off yet to be told that it will take another 30mins as they're busy. A hour later we start ringing again as we have work the next day, after ringing for about 10mins we decide to give up. Just before we go the guy arrives. We decide to take the food. The guy leaves and we open our nachos just to see jalapenos on our nachos and the wedges weren't properly cooked, we start ringing again as we were certainly not satisfied and wanted our money back but again no answer. I do not recommend buying from here and wish i could give a lower rating.

I've always ordered here. But the last occasion pizza turned up cold, stuff crust wasn't even stuffed. Mac and cheese was £4.99 and very small for the price. Not worth it at all. Terrible.

We ordered 2 large Pizzas and got a 50% discount which means we only paid for one. Pepperoni and a Meat feast, they were delicious. 2 warm cookies with 2 small tubs of ice cream, they were really good but they not as big as what you get when you eat in. Good value for money and prompt delivery.

We usually have a take away night once every few months and we always end up ordering from here. There are always great offers and you can get a lot for your money. The pizza has always been great. They once got our order wrong and returned 30minutes later with another pizza for us.

Massive thanks to Melly and her team who opened up early so they could make 18 pizzas and deliver to laser Quest for my daughter birthday. The service and food was fantastic and I do think its important not to always go on the bad reviews of places we all have our good and bad days! and on this occasion Pizza Hut did everything they could to provide some fantastic food which all the kids loved. Thank you I really appreciated the time and effort Melly took with our order .

Pizza Hut Wakefield road has to be one of the worse pizza places I have ordered from... Called into the store to order 2 warm desserts I had spent a total of 20 minutes stood there to place my order he served the person who was in front of me without giving me a second look, when I managed to get my order it was cold!!! Don't order from this Pizza Hut unless you like to be messed around with and shocking food!!!!

We order from Pizza Hut delivery when we get a voucher through the door and normally they are delicious. This time we waited an hour and 15mins for it to be delivered. And then when me and my daughter tucked into the magharita and started to chew, we both were disgusted to be pulling hair from it and spitting it out. Looked at the pizza and it was full of long hair. DISGUSTING!!!! Called them to advise and was spoken rudely to and put on hold for 15mins. Ended up hanging up as they obviously didn't want to deal with it in the right way. Not so sure we will order again!!

ordered food from this establishment, after receiving the confirmation order which stated 12.15 they never came to deliver the food!!! absolutely outraged!!!!! tried ringing them up and they don't pick up the phone. Pizza hut set themselves a high reputation in customer service which clearly is failing!!! want an answer to why my food was not delivered and want it redeemed.

Avoid the mobile website, it bills you but doesn't send the order through.

It's true that you get what you pay for. This is an expensive place to eat, but the pizzas are amazing. Also, I have been going for over 2 years and there has not been a time when there was not an offer of some kind on-usually any pizza any size £8.99, which definitely makes it more appealing. I would recommend this takeaway without reservation as the food is top quality and the prices reflect this fairly.
