me and my partner always order from here and can’t complain about the food quality, delivery time or the price. lived in mirfield about 16 years now and know not to bother ordering from anywhere else the other places just miss the mark

The kebab would just about feed a 3 year old it is so small need to up the portions feel more full after a pot noodle

We’ve had food from here about 4 times over the last year, and they rarely get the order right. Last night was the final straw for me. On there menu It clearly say “all our Kababs come with salad and either chilli sauce or garlic sauce”. So I ordered one Donna Kabab and one chicken Kabab both with garlic mayo, and two sides of chips. However, when we opened them neither had any salad on them, just bread and meat with garlic mayo. So I phoned up and was told by an abrupt woman that she had asked me if I wanted salad and I’d said “no”, which was absolute nonsense. If they make a mistake they should just say so and to blame the customer for their shortcomings is pathetic. So, my advice is, if you want to spend over £20 quid on two bits of dry bread, some meat, and cold over-salted chips, this is the place for you. If not, go elsewhere, we certainly will be from now on

Ordered a takeaway for collection as we are used to takeaway food coming clap cold.Well 2 minutes from Quatro food is cold..Had to go back for replacement and because we didn't take the clap food cold food back oh you can have a tray of donner meat So question Quatro what would you have done with the clap cold food?or the fact that the driver had to let his pizza go cold to pick up the replacement! You can consider a customer lost!

Always spot on. I had a mixed kebab and my other half had a pizza. Came within 40 mins which is fab for a Saturday night. Have had a longer wait before but the food is always lovely. Best kebab around!

Called for takeaway, rude arrogant attitude at the other end, called to check where it was 1.25 later to be told again in rude manner setting off in 5, to be another 20 mins so nearly 2 hours in total to receive my order totally totally wrong called to let them know and what what a attitude! I won’t be spending my money here again!!! The food went in the bin thanks for wasting my Christmas money!!!!!!!!

Quatros used to be good. Over the past few months it's gone badly downhill. Waiting an hour longer for an order is disgraceful. The worst time was the delivery guy said he "Tried delivering but the path was too dark" seriously? We have lights..... terrible. I'd avoid and go onto Just eat. The food is decent but EVERYTHING else is a joke.

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a pizza. Not arrived 2 hours later, called to see where it was and was abused/swore at down the phone and told they would cancel the order. Absolute shambles! We order from here regularly and never had a problem! But one night like this can definitely make you not want to order from this place again!

Was extremely late and the phone was constantly engaged I ordered at 6.15 and was to my food would be here at 7.15 it did not arrive until 8.40 and I got no apology

Nice fresh pizzas, good quality burgers (although a bit dry in my opinion) and excellent kebabs (especially the chicken and donner on fresh naan) all served with fresh mixed salad (a bit of a rarity from takeaways) sometimes long delivery times but would definitely recommend

What a shame has been my go to pizza takeaway for the last few years , but the pizza delivered was greasy warm and not good at all. The cheese had a funny taste and the base was under cooked . I will give them a second chance in a week or two

We ordered a Special Kebab & large meat feast pizza with extra onion rings & cheesy chips. It was all absolutely lush & piping hot. Delivery was 20 minutes early too. Really great food & service 😋 👌

I've ordered a few times from here and their double chicken burger is 👌 good value for money. Massive burger and really nice chips.

Best food in Mirfield by far. Food is always delicious, hot and large portions. Website is good too because it allows you to pay by card.

Just had a take away pizza from Quattro and it was amazing. Second one I’ve had from there and they’re simply gorgeous. Recommend.

I placed the order and was told a price but when the driver came the receipt showed we needed to pay more. I think it’s wrong that they quote one price over the phone and another on the receipt just caught me off guard and really they should have honoured the initial price. The extra charge was for a swap from pitta to chips. The food prices have gone up too but no new menu has been sent to reflect this. I think they are expensive and for what I paid I think dominoes would have been a better option the chips were hard and mixed kebab not great either. Won’t be ordering again

Live on a marina, they’ve delivered before, after 3 phone calls told driver was at the gate, no one there, told them to cancel, chap at Quattro wouldn’t listen, put the phone down and ignored subsequent calls.

Had the chicken and doner kebab in a naan bread, loved it. Loads of meat in it and very tasty.

crap delivery hours always cold when returned no munchies and pizza time exists closed down try other takeaways getting delivery wrong everytime

Just for future improvement would like to mention that the pizzas seem really tasteless, the cheese is not great almost bland !!! They are really greasy too and the bases aren’t 100 percent to be honest.. sorry not a great experience at all 😐 hope there is improvements in the future

Ordered a margherita pizza, chips and vegetarian spaghetti, the neapolitan sauce used for the spaghetti was delicious, full of flavour! The pizza was lovely, not too cheesy and the dough was freshly made. Chips were nicely cooked too.

OK I understand it may be a little later than the said time on the phone, these guys are busy as hell, and that's the reason, excellent food at a good price. The other food outlets in Mirfield should be learning a thing about the best kabab for miles around.

Not placed a order from here for ages.Was feeling lazy to cook so i placed a order,Lovely guy took my phone order and said about 30 mins for delivery. 40 mins later a very lovely polite lady knocked on my door.The food was hot and very tasty.Reading some of the reviews from this place makes me think i have ordered from a different pizza place.Will be lazy more often brilliant service.

On the app it states that Quatro Pizza deliver to our postcode, so, naturally we assumed it would be okay and ordered some food. The order then got accepted but within a few minutes got a call saying that the food can not be delivered as it’s a 20 minute drive (it’s not, it’s 5-7) and then got told, in a rude manner, we would have to ring the app company to get our money back. They then left us on hold for a few minutes, came back to the phone and kept asking us if our address was right in which we said yes. The man told us the shop was closed, the grill was off and he could only make us pizzas. It was only 11:25, and being an ex-employee there I know that this was not true. I am very shocked as to have been treat this way, and not even receive an apology, only a “thanks, bye”. In the future do not have accept the order AND our money, only to be told that you can’t deliver.

It’s frustrating that the pizzas are so good because if they weren’t we would have stopped ordering from here. Last time I ordered and was told 20-25 minutes it took an hour - with no excuse. Today I’ve ordered and received my confirmation at 19:49 yet when my boyfriend went to collect at 20:22 they said ‘we’ve just received it now, but we can make it in 10 minutes’. Personally I’d have walked out at this point but he’s very forgiving. 5 minutes later, on showing them the confirmation email they said ‘we received it 10 minutes ago’. It’s all lies. If your website doesn’t work for orders, you need to take it down as it’s dishonest. Last time I rung to order and it was still an hour so it isn’t just the website that’s an issue. Very disappointing.

I always get a delivered pizza from this place. They are a little slow on the delivery so I usually order way in advance. I prefer their deep pan pizza, but they have a big selection. I have been going here for a while. Sometimes ordering over the phone can be a bit hit and miss as it is a busy shop. You can order online now though - big plus!

Así, he probado Quatro tres veces. Cada vez ha sido tortuoso. En términos simples, una para llevar que ofrece entrega tiene dos básico a derecha - la comida y la entrega. Quatro consistentemente obtiene ninguno. La comida en general es aburrida y parece utilizar ingredientes baratos, laexperiencia de esta noche era especial. Pedí usando la app y me dieron un plazo de entrega de 1 horas más tarde. Yo estaba bien con eso ya es sábado por la noche y espero que estar ocupado. No puedo recoger porque tengo un niño que claramente no se puede dejar. Cuando llegó a los 90 minutos más tarde, llamé para verificar la entrega. Mi pedido ni siquiera había comenzado. Ni disculpa, ni nada. 'será de 15 minutos. mate 20 minutos más tarde llegó. Sosa, aburrida de pizza. No disculpa de la persona entrega, no ofrecen un descuento, sólo la atención habitual. Si he vivido un largo camino de Quatro lo pude entender una demora, pero vivo bastante cerca.Prueba este lugar si estás feliz de estar decepcionados con la comida y el servicio.

Así que empacar para nuestras vacaciones y decidimos en 650 pm para pedir una pizza para llevar! No pidas desde aquí, después de 4 llamadas y habituales que están ocupados de basura! 825 pm. Llegamos Nunca más. La próxima vez conseguir uno para cocinar en casa. Servicio de atención al cliente de la basura. Si te atreves. No hacerlo.

Solíamos usar Quatro mucho hace unos años, pero desde que se muda a un área diferente de conducción no hemos pasado hasta esta noche y decidimos coger una comida para llevar. Lo que ha sucedido nos dieron dos hamburguesas chili, eran absolutamente terrible parecían baldosas de alfombra estaban tan seca, casi en la cima, chili el pan estaba seco y las patatas! Bien, fueron cubiertas en tanto que no podía comer sal. Nunca más.

Un montón de comida de pedir sin problema hasta aquí esta noche. Después de esperar 25 minutos 50 minutos nos dijeron que la pizza sería, nos dan una llamada del conductor diciendo que era se levantó fuera de la casa de al lado y que no estábamos en. Ahora vivo en un camino de tierra y entiendo que puede ser difícil por la noche, así que me enviaron a mi marido hasta el final de la vía para atraer el conductor.

A un paso de 2 horas para llegar aquí, tuve que llamar para que enviarlo! No poner los extras que pedimos, la comida era horrible me quedaré con tentempiés a partir de ahora el servicio y la comida en lugar de allí! Evitar Quattro en mi opinión! !

Sabes cuando realmente apetece llevar y no quieres que fría decepción seco factor? Luego una pizza de Quatros! Mi tío recomendó el lugar para mí y mi novia, y desde entonces nos puede conseguir suficiente del lugar! Caliente, cursi con la mezcla adecuada de todo para satisfacer su hambre poco paladar, sólo saben estos chicos poner el amor a cada pedido. Satisfacción inigualable!

Came after 1 hour. Pizza was cold and curly fries were overcooked and hard. We are regular customers here and when we rang to complain they suggested we reheat it in the oven! Then we asked for a new one sending and after a lot of debate they agreed on the condition we gave them the cold one back!!!

Nice food. Took about an hour delivery but was hot and fresh when it came so don't mind that.

Came quicker than stated time. Was still very hot and the food was 1st class.

Food not bad but took 1 1/2 hrs to deliver 2 items less than a mile and got order wrong. It's 2 years since I last ordered from them when they did almost exactly same. Last try!

Excellent food. And delivered on time. One slight niggle, I ordered diet coke and got a full sugar Pepsi, only noticed after I'd shut the door but on this occasion it didn't matter but I do have a diabetic in the family and if she was here it would have mattered

The food took an hour and 40 Mins to arrive, the salad was nice but a bit soggy, the pizza base was soggy with too much cheese and missing salami, and the spaghetti was tasteless. Not a terrible meal but not worth the wait.

Expected delivery time said a hour rung up after 80 minutes as it had still not arrived, finally turned up after a hour and forty!! What a joke then the delivery guy asked for payment after I had paid online, used to use weekly now won't be using them again,

Over an hour and a half to deliver in Mirfield! Not good enough really and the food was just barely warm! Driver gave lot's of excuses about covering and not being their regular driver etc. Very poor. Won't be ordering again.

Accidentally ordered the take away for collection when in fact I wanted it delivering. After an hour passed we rang to see where the take away was and that's when we realised we mistakenly put it to collect. We then asked if they could deliver it, as we couldn't collect it, and they agreed to do so, the food was piping hot and tasted fresh not reheated. Great service, can't fault them. Tasty food and good customer service - what more could you want!
