Ordered a few nights ago and my order never turned up! Stupidly I’ve ordered again as I really fancied a lamb balti pizza, this time it turned up but It definitely wasn’t a lamb balti pizza! It was Al sorts of chopped up meat some I could make out was donna meat when I rang the shop the guy on the phone made out he wasn’t understanding what I was saying he turned very rude and wasn’t willing to resolve the issue. Last time Al be ordering from this place! Absolute shambles of a place! Avoid this place :)

Food was spot on got the 3 pizza deal for £19.99. Pizzas where very nice not too much toppings the way I like them would recommend. I have ordered previously and the food wasn't 💯 so decided to give the Takeaway the benefit of the doubt. By looks of it the owners is the same but he has got a manager in to get the business and food upto its glory days. Whish him the best very nice guy polite and Curtis.

I ordered thru just eat I ordered a double cheese burger with cheesy chips only got one burger instead off two no cheese on the chips and paid for 2 tubs off sauce which didn't receive n no milkshake paid 20 pound for basically a single burger just eat won't sort it and never will sizzlers

£5.10 for a standard chips with cheese is daylight robbery.. i thought they had made a mistake with the price at first.. I couldn’t tell you if the food quality was any good, I was too busy spitting feathers at being mugged of £5.10 for cheesy chips! I understand we are in a cost of living crisis but this price increase is unjust.

Shocking service had to call the police. To say owner on the till had no clue about customer service or how to run a takeaway would be an understatement. Became rude and aggressive when advised him food was burnt. I am not surprised at all at the 1 star reviews. How many people independent of each other can give the same 1 star rating. Sizzlers was one of the first takeaways on Bradford Road. I am not surprised they are still stuck where they are after all this time.

Honestly avoid at all costs. Rude service, wrong order and when i called to have them rectify this I was promised 10 minutes twice with the correct order. No one turned up in the end and calls were ignored. Shame i cant give zero!! Its quite obvious the genuine reviews are negative and the odd good one are friends, family or workers dont bother

Ordered a chicken wrap came with no salad no sauce. Very dry. Chunky chicken inside it dry wrap over fried chips paid for a drink, forgot to pack a drink with it

Not had sizzlers for at least 10 years, got menu thru door and thought what's worse that can happen.. all these negative reviews probably just the only people that bother leaving reviews cos they had a bad one.. had 2 pizzas chips n Pepsi delivered for 19.50.. what can I say, pizza was spot on, loads of toppings and the chips were nice n crispy too! Will order again from here as cannot fault how nice it was.. just about to warm rest up for my dinner now!

Literally the worst experience! I ordered food at 7:15 to be told it’d be 45 minutes! It’s currently 9:52 and it’s still no where to be seen! I’ve rung to have the phone put down on me! Ring back and no one answered! Never again absolute piss take

Ordered their chicken tandoori special pizza and it was one of the best I've had. Generous with the toppings and good amount of cheese on. Very well made. Will deffo keep coming back if you carry on making pizzas like this. Keep up the good work. jzk

I saw another review on here saying "best pizza in batley" however if this is the best pizza in batley, then batley is a mediocre place when it comes to pizza... Now I didn't say it was bad but it's not great the dough of the pizza has the same texture as a pancake but I think I've said enough

Chicken Burger was greasy (must have been a re-cooked one) dripping in oil on the inside. Lettuce was old and not fresh at all. Donner Kebab had an unsual sour taste to it, again lettuce was old. Margarita pizza got rejected by my kids straight away as it tasted like cardboard. Paid nearly £20 but not worth it at all, spend your money elsewhere. Only thing good were the chips.

I am totally disgusted with the food and service here. All the food was off and had to be binned and nothing at all was done about it. Absolutely terrible experience and will never order from Sizzlers again. Very disappointing ☹

I tried to call back and rectify this but nothing was achieved. All the food had to go in the bin and was a total waste of time, food and money ☹

Ive been going to sizzles since 2012. its just cost me £24 and it was the worse chicken tikka DONNER Nan of my life 😡there was only a bit of chicken tikka.it was full of chips which I explained what I wanted Just chicken tikka and Donner meat and Nan The nan you could see your fingers Through it. It was so thin This Chief tonight has done your rep no favours As last week the smaller chicken tikka Donner Nan was bigger and had more chicken tikka in and the Nan was perfect and not like this evenings abortion it was like a thin English pancake. This evening is was horrendous 🤮and it was stone cold took two hours to arrive .plus I got someone’s chips and nuggets which my dogs didn’t even want I will never use sizzlers again Ive waited all day for this and I’m very very disappointed and very upset.this Chief tonight has lost you some custom.

A massive portion arrived in a pizza box. The varied tikka was a little dry, as was the donner, but the seekh kebabs were lovely. I did order past midnight, so perhaps that's why.

Avoid at all cost incorrect order ring and they give you abuse and put the phone down ring back and they just leave you on phone without talking refuse to refund

Just called in and ordered chicken tikka and donner in a pitta bread with a portion of fries to have before my night shift. Lovely food and the couple of lad's behind the counter were a nice couple of lad's. First time for me and if I'm working in batley again I'll be calling in again 👍

I ordered a Turkish kebab and a mixed starter and 2 cans of pop when it arrived the main dish the Turkish kebab was missing so I rang up the first time they acted confused and then hung up I ran a second time they apologized and said they would send the driver back out when I eventually got the Turkish kebab it was in a pizza box in a tied up carrier bag needless to say the condensation from the heat of the kebab turned the pizza box to mush so I couldn't eat the kebab because it was mixed in with the cardboard pizza box the mixed starter was stale and over fried so for 20 pounds the only thing 1 got was 2 cans of coke and ripped off big time its shame these guy food used to be really good I will never be ordering from Sizzlers again NEVER

Absolutely delicious!! Had chicken pathia with chips. Brilliant consistency with loads of chicken. Generous portions. Could have had it as spicy as I wanted, had it mild to moderate and it was just perfect even my friend who doesn’t do spicy enjoyed some too. Lovely clean premises, well decorated. Friendly helpful staff. Cooked fresh.

Honestly gutted chicken burger undercooked and food was frozen, ordered half pounder and got quarter. Mixed kebab was ice cold, had high hopes but oh well don't order after 12 I guess

Ordered quite late, first time from here and the food came quickly and was great! Kababs nice and fresh, large portions.

Placed a fairly large order, called the restaurant to notify them half of the order was missing, delivery driver called back to argue we had received the food, and that I was lying, very rude and argumentative. Used this takeaway regularly for a few years but won’t be using them again after tonight.

Phoned and ordered for collection. They said 20 minutes for collection, so I went to collect and was sat 45 minutes waiting!! Asked the guy how long it would be and they hadn't even wrote my order down nevermind even started cooking it. Eventually got the order and got home to find it all wrong! Rung to tell them and they apologised and said they'd make it again. Went down to collect again and got home to find it all wrong again!!! So i rung them and the guy literally laughed down the phone at me. So rude, 0% customer service!! MY ADVISE WOULD BE TO AVOID. Food isn't that nice anyway, was only place local open! Beggers can't be chosers right 🤷‍♀️ DISGUSTING!!!!

i ordered a takeaway last night,no one nocked on my door and i ended up ringing the takeaway multiple times to get no answer.i woke up this morning to see pizza on my doorstep and they had forgotten my can of coke.very disappointed,poor service

Order came but when I went outside driver looked at me and drove off. I rang the restaurant they kept hanging up on me and acted like they couldn’t hear me one time. They then said they was going to contact the driver and ring me back over 30 minutes later and they never rang me back. They have now put the food down as delivered. Rude customer service from driver and person on the phone. Highly recommend you don’t order from here and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again

U gave me a garlic bread in sed of a Margarita pizza

rang up after the take-away had updated the system to say i had already received my food as it hadn't been delivered and was told it was a mistake when it finally arrived with the car full of people the food had been been sat in the boxes that long it had turned them soggy so they fell apart while i was trying to get the food out it was warm and ok but don't think i will be using this take-away again only thing i could say as why it was late was this is the first time i have ordered from them but the driver could have rung for directions

Rung and ordered a delivery at 11:55 they told me 45 minutes.. rung at 1:10 to check on delivery the gentleman said it was on its way bear with them, I waited… rung back at 1:35, said it was definitely on its way. Tried ringing back at 1:50 the phone just rung no answer… then they decided to take the phone off the hook… pathetic!!! Worst takeaway in Batley by far only rung because other places were closed luckily escape I’d of only ended up with diarrhoea…

The ice cream tub we received was half eaten… luckily caught the driver before he left our house and he took it and brought a fresh one back, said his staff must have eaten it and laughed… unprofessional response, especially if he’s the manager as it sounded
