Domino's Pizza in Worcester

Pizzas were expensive even at 'deal' price and toppings were virtually non existent. In hind sight we'd have returned them for a refund. Won't be using them again

we have been dominoes through and through for years but just switched to another takeway. Mainly as they added a delivery fee! The pizza's were always ok though , just not amazing

Very poor service!!!! staff not friendly and rude not recommended for anyone. Pizza as on photos cheeseburger Pizza without topping sauce on top. Pepperoni Pizza burnt on top and dry. Delivery driver can't find address i need walk on another stret collect my poor quality Pizza (address have easy access) What a horrible service and shame for business!!!!! Rating 1⭐ beacous no option for less.

I ordered two large pizzas and cannot believe how downhill domino’s pizzas have gone. Highly disappointed in my pizzas and the usage of cheap ingredients. Also the fact that it looks like someone couldn’t be bothered to make the pizzas just chucked the cheap ingredients on top and bunged it in oven. Gobsmacked!!!

How can any pizza shop charge what they do. I went to Tesco today and purchased 3 top notch pizzas for £12. They was lovely. I am happy to order chinese, indian etc, although still over priced but nice. The big boys of pizza need to start realising that folk are beginning to realise that its a lot of money for not a lot of skill or ingredient.

Cookies were Raw and the food was overpriced, pizza tasted good but wasnt the best. The cutting was rubbish and had to do it myself.

Terrible pizzas and expensive, no flavour, very little sauce, even with extra cheese there’s no cheese. Awful

Used to be the best pizza you could get. Now it's over priced rubbish. Dry, barely any toppings, I get better from a kebab house for a fiver!

Phoned order ahead to save time as it was late and we had the kids. Came to collect and order and they had got it wrong.. Eventually got the pizza home and they were not very generously topped... Tasted OK but had we not had them on a BOGOF offer I'd of felt fairly ripped off and disappointed.. Certainly will not rush back. As even with their various offers they're still expensive.

The reason dominoes is so expensive is because the franchise does not provide toppings and crust we have to buy it from the franchise the cost of pizza covers the price of toppings and crust and sometimes we have newbies that come in and they do first time deliveries and orders so they are not perfect

Ordered 08.08.18 for the first time in Worcester. Pizza arrived cold and extra toppings weren't there. First and last time ordering from Dominos in Worcester.

Whilst the pizza's are reasonably tasty, always hot and delivered in a timely manner, the cost of the food is extortionate. I really don't know what justifies charging nearly £20.00 for a pizza, which is basically a cheap dough with a variety of ingredients on top. The crust is nearly always soft, when a pizza should have a crisp base. The toppings can also sometimes be lacking in generosity.

The online ordering process is very good however they are very expensive unless you can find some suitable deals around. We live local to one and often get promo leaflets through the door with savings up to 50%. I wanted to place an order online and realised that the promo codes we had had expired. I rang the shop and asked if they had any new promo leaflets which they had. I asked if they could apply the code from one of the leaflets to my order but they refused point blank and said I had to drive down to them, pick up the leaflet, drive home and place the order online. How ridiculous. I asked if he preferred to loosed a £40 order rather than apply the discount (£80 original cost) and he said yes. I put the phone down.

Reasonable food, delivered in a timely manner but overpriced as per all major pizza chains. Would go independent if I wasn't so addicted to the garlic pizza bread...

With Dominos, you always know what your getting. there is no inconsistency with the quality of their food. Its fairely pricey for what it is.

I know we shouldn't expect much from a Domino's take away but I don't expect to made to feel (and eventually be) sick because of the sheer amount of grease that was on the pizza. Never again.

Pros: - Driver arrived on time and was friendly - Good communication and service - Pizzas were hot Cons: - Delivered to a hotel but not given a bag to carry anything, which included icecream. Had to manage my whole order with one hand while opening doors with the other...not easy!

Mientras estoy de acuerdo Domino como una marca es enormemente caro (como otras cualesquiera principales) y puedes conseguir una buena tienda comprar pizzas a veces tienes esos días de descanso donde la pizza para llevar es la respuesta!

Pedimos más de £50 vale la pena de. La comida de la comida era entregado. Abierto todo esto y las pizzas tenía aderezo adecuado en que rechazan la pizza 1 nuevo y todavía tenía evidencia de aderezo adecuado de nuevo. En una nota positiva los otros no nos gusto.

Great pizza, and good selections, however I feel it's overpriced for the type of food it is and for the amount of food received.

My son ordered two large bbq pitzas from dominoes in ambelside. The lady said it would be withn us in 45 minutes and would cost 17.00 approx. two hrs later no delivery only to be told by the manager lady who took order did not realise there was no buy one get one free this evening ( 1st of Jan ). If that wasnt bad enouph then told the cost would be 35.00?? as you can imagine I will never buy from this company again. It is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Not even an apology. I shall be writing to the bigger company if this is a franchise then they are not doing dominoes any favours! Ordered from Pitza Allegro in the end half the cost and delivered free no problems.

Decided on a whim to have a pizza from here and it was quite possibly the worst pizza of my life. We order 2 stuffed crusts neither was stuffed ... probably the most awful delivery of my life.

Since relocating back to Worcester recently I ordered pizza on a sat night via the Internet. It took almost 80mins for it to be delivered. When I contacted the store I was told there was a 90min wait for delivery. I have never waited this long for a pizza. So I complained via customer service and received a gift voucher for two pizzas. Last weekend I thought I would use the voucher. It wasn't valid online so had to call up. I was challenged by the staff member all about the voucher and how I had obtained it. Had total disbelief from staff member that I even had voucher. Eventually accepted my order was told it would be with me in 35 min. Over an hour later still no pizza. I then get a call from the delivery driver who informs me it's his first shift and he's just around the corner. Another 15 min later my pizza arrive. The service I received was shocking. I complained to head office direct who passed my complaint back to the store and I received an email to say sorry. I would not recommend this branch of Domino's to anyone.

Ordered a large amount of food from here last nite 50 quids worth in totaly for my self and friends and this morning all of us are very sick which can only be put down to the pizza etc we gad from here and i have also repprted it to worcester councils food hygiene team

If you are looking for pizza and don't care how much is it then Dominos it the place for you. One of the best pizza in town but not worth of the money you can add few £ and eat proper restaurant meal.
