The food is good, very friendly staff. Not easy to get to but they deliver too

I’ve used this takeaway a good few times over the years & always found it to be reasonable. The food I picked up yesterday was diabolical utterly disgusting! Ordered a donner kabab & received a mixed kabab - the kabab meat was rock hard & crunchy! Clearly left over scraps which was fit for the bin. In all the years of eating kababs yesterday was a first for me, it was that bad I will never return again!!!

Worst food I’ve eaten in a long time I went into the shop to order and food was cold when given to me, I told them it was cold and they refused a refund, after 20 minutes of arguing I was eventually given money back along with a tirade of abusive language from staff. … NEVER will I use them again absolutely disgusting behaviour

Food order was completely wrong, wrong kebabs to what was ordered , sauces mixed up, even the cans of pop were wrong. Quite expensive to not receive what I ordered. Will not be going back.

Well..chicken tikka kebab tasted very nice until I noticed that naan bread contain piece of a cling film ! Not very nice .. thankfully it was me eating it not my kids as they could choke on it.

Not had a bad one yet. Pizza are great if you make your own as I have found my favourite 4 toppings. The house spacial kebab is spot on. And the pink garlic kebab is good to. Tonight iv pick a side what was spicy chicken bits thinking they was going to be small I was wrong and the flavour is really amazing. By the way iv already eaten 2 chicken bites

We ordered a pizza and a wrap we are regularly customers. But this time the food was cold. It was stone 🥶 Rang and complained but not helpful at all. I think il be giving the place a wide berth. People dont waste your money.

If you enjoy your order taking an hour and a half to arrive, being wrong, cold and then hung up upon when trying to correct the issue this is the place for you. spending 30 pound on a meal comes with a certain amount of expectation and when those expectations aren't met you are well within you rights to raise the issue, this was met with argumentative staff arguing the toss over the dish, even when the sauce contained ingredients I am allergic too. I was hung upon. Rude doesn't cover it. Star clear would be my advice.

Cheese on the pizza is very good, as were the mozzarella sticks and fries and the entire pizza itself

Ordered from here many times and always so tasty when I have ordered the mixed special kebab and extra meat and their pizzas for competitive prices too, good value for money is my experience. When delivered, it's fresh hot and tasty! One small down side, more personal preference really, is the fries/chips are a bit skinny for my liking but again fresh and hot!. But other than that, no complaints so far.

The massala fish in a naan is a must try for everyone it's so fresh and very appetising 5*****

After much trial and error with weekend takeaways, we came across Pink Garlic. As a family, we all have very different tastes, but at Pink Garlic, there is something for everyone. Every dish we have tried has been delicious - particularly the kebabs - and the service is second to none. We would 100% recommend - our favourite takeaway in Worcester!

In a year where we could all do with some goodness, Pink Garlic Pizza went that extra step to make a birthday even more enjoyable. These guys are our favourite pizza place in Worcester. Generous toppings with the cheese on top, and not too greasy either. The chicken nuggets, kebab meat, and cheesy fries were also excellent. Price-wise they are also one of the best options around. If you want good fast food at a more than reasonable price, you've found the place! Thanks to the team for the lovely birthday message, the delicious food, and the little extra. It was truly appreciated!

Ordered doner kebab and the pink garlic special kebab and chips, what a disappointment. The doner meat looked like it had been put in the deep fat fryer. It was hard and crispy. Definitely not freshly made that day. Disgusting. I rang them immediately and they said they would deliver a free pizza, I said no I just want a refund. They said they would pick the food up. I waited n hour after pick up and heard nothing so rang again. They apologised for the bad quality and said they would refund. I waited a few days and nothing so contacted just eat, who gave partial credit on account. Not what you want from a take away.

Just had a delivery from here.went straight in bin. Stone cold. Meat wey to over seasoned and not cooked properly. Had mixed meat and hardly any meat on it. Chips freezing cold. Asked for all salad and had few bits of brown lettuce. Thats all. Namn bread was soggy. Never again

If only I could leave less than 1 star.. While visiting family we decided to order in, the menu looked good (did not get to experience) and we placed an order via deliveroo at 1940 with an ETA of 2020. I gave it until 2040 (traffic/delays etc) and rang them, and I was told at this point the food had not even been collected yet! I was told the driver was on the way and I would have my food within 25mins.. 2105 I called for an update as still no food. They must have caller ID as they did not answer my calls (7 in total) when somebody did pick up, it was a very very rude indivual who advised he didnt hvae the time to talk to me as he was very busy, and that the driver was on the way to collect my food from them in around 5 mins. This person then went on to say I should cancel when I told him the driver was due soon around 30 mins ago, he continued to argue and then passed the phone to a calmer staff member who advised my food would be WITH ME IN 5. With the false promises i decided to cancel my order at this point. Not only did we have to wait, but had to go out and collect food from elsewhere. This was very embarrasing for our family member who just wanted to provide food. Shocking customer service!!!

Wow, what an experience this was. By far the worst take away I have ever had in my life. You immediatly know something is up (when the order finally arrives after having had two helpdesk convos with deliveroo) when the large pizzas you ordered fit in boxes the size of a small one. The chicken nuggets were cold and resembled a leather jacket rather than food. Don't get me started on the fries. They felt microwaved rather than fried. What excuse even is there for this? And if there is one, I'd really like to know cause that should make for a great story! AVOID.

Great kebabs, very generous with the portion sizes and value for money. I once had extra meat and was impressed with how much extra they put on. On the occasion I visited the store in person the woman behind the counter was very friendly and ensured my kebab was made with priority over the online orders.

After being delivered a mostly wrong order it was frustrating, however after speaking to the manager briefly on the phone the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently with piping hot food and great customer service on this occasion

Going to be as honest as I can here, chicken tikka kebab is very tasty & unique (as they are Indians who run this) but the quantity of chicken you get for the overpriced cost is disgusting (this isn't my first visit or order of this either but I do love the taste. Total for my meal of chicken kebab & frozen fries (cooked) £7.25, to me this is a lot considering you get a massive chicken kebab over at Donnely's in St'Johns for just over a fiver Second point I want to make is when I collected the order I walked past the open kitchen window, inside the place looked dirty (almost filthy) I will be reporting this to food standards for inspection Overall if you don't care what you pay for your food then I would recommend this (I have only ever ordered chicken kebab though)

Ordered 2 mega deals for family, pizzas all looked the same so took 5mins to work out who’s was who’s and still got wrong as we had different sauces on the base. Over all bland and not good pizza, cheesy chips where soggy and cold. Won’t be ordering from here ever!!

Found this place on the just eat app. Really great food always hot and delivery on time if not before. And you can have salad with your meal so its healthy.

Prices have gone up, ordered a meal and then they wanted to charge me 50p extra per dip, chips were soggy and tasted like they had been there for some time. This place was good once upon a time but never again. Avoid! Better places to eat then this, best kebab house is the one from now on and much friendlier

The worst thing was both boxes of chicken strips were completley drenched in oil. Thats not even an exaggeration. The bottom of both boxes had holes in them (im presuming this was from the hot oil) very dissapointed. Will think twice before ordering from here again.

Popadoms were greasy and rancid - must have been fried in very old oil. Chicken vindaloo main course had flavor - just heat. King prawn vindaloo was oily and the whole dish was mushy. The vegetable bortha ( vegetable balti) was terrible - over cooked, oily and mushy. Terrible terrible terrible. Strange thing is we have had some great takeaways from here - this one was so bad that we had to ring up to make sure it was the same restaurant This was the worst meal we have ever had in Worcester.

I usually order pink garlic alot but today the kebabs come smotherd in mayo to point of you could not eat it i called up to sort it they said they could not replace it within two hours but if called up next time they would give me discount i just paid nine pound for two kebabs that are gunna be chucked in the bin poor service!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I would order a burger for tea as I couldn't be bothered waiting 40 min to cook lasagne.. ordered at 16:40 and the food arrived at 18:00 and the food was luke warm.. 80 minutes for burger and chips on a Wednesday night?
