It was an amazing experience ordering pizza fries and samosa from pizza co they are so humblean quality of food was 10 by 10 aswell as they have amazing deals

I am a regular customer with pizza co and firstly I would like to say there customer service is very good very polite and the food is really tasty and they also make sure everything is all good before I take it thank you, must recommend.

Pizza good as always.,but 45 minutes late. An hour and a half late last time. I’ve lost trust in delivery times so will have to go elsewhere in future, which is a real shame

food as always so tasty the little pot of ice cream a great touch... but as we ordered the two pizza offer meaning two of us eating I would of liked some ice cream too 😋

Great bunch of lads running this place. We enjoyed the pizza & wings! The main brands don't take cash but these guys do. Good customer service skills and I recommend people collect their pizza once in a while to meet the people running it. Cheers!

Everything was great, the delivery driver was nice and the food was really good. It was my first time getting the meatball pizza and it'll be my go to order from now on, the loaded chicken fries are awesome too. Only thing I'd change is to be able to get a stuffed crust.

Regular Customer to Pizza Co, it really is a hidden gem, the food is really good and reasonably well priced, cannot fault the food, the only thing i can comment on is, a few times ive ordered for collection or delivery it has been longer that what i was orginally told it would take to be ready, but the friendly staff apologised for the delay on multiple occasions and gave me either extra fries or free drinks to say sorry which is very appreciated. Very good customer service and friendly, the food is amazing will definately be having pizza co again soon :)

Food was good as always but delivery time an hour later than originally stated is unacceptable. Just publish the actual waiting time so we can make an informed decision, we were given ice cream and a partial refund, which is appreciated, but we don’t want ice cream or a refund. We just want our food delivered at roughly the time it stated when we ordered. Unfortunately this will make us think twice next time

It's been a long time since I've ordered from Pizza Co and it's great to see that neither the quality or the food, nor the hospitality of the staff has decrease. Food is as great as it ever was and the staff kept be well informed on the status of my order. Top notch service!

First time ordering from Pizza Co having intended to for ages and it definitely won't be the last time. Great selection of food and deals - took a while to decide. Went for the combo box (wings) and was not disappointed at all - not usually a fan of Lamb Donner but as included in the deal then hey who am I to complain; it was the first time I actually enjoyed it! Wings were of a good quality, the SFC wings had a lil kick to them which was a pleasant surprise. The pizza that was ordered was equally great! Recommend highly. Also, not sure if one of their drivers or a JE driver but was the friendliest, nicest delivery driver ever!

Food was great, just bit late but it is friday night. Still hot tasty pizzas as always :)

1 of the pizza had been extra cooked and was burnt not like normal cheese melting like literally black burnt cheese. Could do better.

Order placed at 7pm arrived at 8pm even though delivery estimate was 35 - 50 mins. Cheesecake was frozen solid which I did not expect

Order arrived and the fries I ordered were missing. Chased and was told it would be delivered quickly. After an hour was told the delivery guy got the fries got mixed up with another order. Was then told we would get the missing fries and they would sent additional items as an apology. Got a phone to say the driver had left and was very apologetic. After another 30 minutes rang again but they were now closed, 3 hours after placing the original order and still no fries. The food we got we were happy with. Disappointed having to chase three times and never getting all of the order.

Delicious pizza thanks, but I either got freebies or someone else's little pots of icecream which unfortunately I can't eat so they had to be thrown away, and a can of Dr Pepper that I also can't have so will have to find someone to give that to! Got given free sauces last time and that was better as at least I could eat them.

Whilst my order was late, pizza co told me exactly how long it was gonna be and delivered within that time window. Very apologetic for being late and gave me a few free items to say sorry. Food quality is needless to say amazing as always

Ordered tomato sauce on both pizzas and one came with BBQ but that aside, the food was great. Nice and hot, delivered fast. Just what I fancied.

Food was enjoyable and right temperatures. Was a little hiccup with order which manager rang, explained and sorted straight away. Great service from the staff as always.

The pizza was cold so were the chips I waited over an hour and a half for the delivery when I did call them to complain they said quote “go somewhere else” and hung up the phone.

Safe to say if you find a place with reliable service a consistently good food, you quickly become a regular. I've ordered a wide variety of items from Pizza Co and it's always been great. The guys they have on delivery are friendly dudes as well. Most times people leave reviews it's because it's less than brilliant, thought I'd change that. Pizza Co is possibly my favourite place to order from :)

Chicken wraps are amazing, pizza hot and good cheese pull. Nice to have a delivery which offers food, cakes and milkshakes. Complementary food also really good and hot. 100% recommend.

Food was warm at best, blamed just eat for issuing the wrong collection time, meaning food was kept in a thermal bag for about 25 mins, first problem I’ve had with pizza co. New owners maybe?

I ordered pizza here couple of times and it was absolutely amazing. After six months break I decided order again as remember how great it was. I started eat, but after my attention catched hair in cheese on pizza. Damn I found hair! Black thick two pieces, probably from a beard. Very disappointed experience which made me feel sick all evening. And I had to throw rest of it away.

Great pizzas, good amount of toppings, Great taste, would recommend! Food was hot, not greasy and well worth the money!

Worst food. Ordered combo box burger bun was stale, lettuce brown and burger hard like uncooked in the middle. Strips and onion rings were horrible. Donner was just ok. Milkshake was nice.

Have always ordered from here with no issues, but tonight was ridiculous. Order was placed at 6.50, chased it up twice to be told they were sorry, they were busy and it would be with us soon. At 9.17 it had still not arrived so I called to cancel.Was told to cancel it on the website but couldn't do that as it had already been marked as delivered on there. At 9.30 the delivery guy arrived so I told him we'd cancelled the order. He said that we could keep the order and gave us £15 (the order was for almost £20) We took the food but the order wasn't complete and the food was overcooked, so all went in the bin. Don't know what's happened to this place but we wont be ordering again.

Original estimated time was 1hr 20mins - 1hr 40mins. It then arrived after 2hrs 20mins. Despite putting clear delivery instructions in the notes the delivery driver called me twice where I had to spend ages describing where we were and this was the same driver who had the same issues a few weeks before.

We regularly order from pizza co and had gathered enough stamps to get a nice discount. The restaurant saw this and gave us two extra cans of drink and lovely portions! Great food as always

Despite being late I'm very happy with how the people at Pizza Co. conduct themselves. Called me really early on to say my order would be late, recieved frequent updates and even some free items to say sorry.

Food as always was 10/10 and equally the service provided was a 10/10 too. The restaurant called to explain that they were incredibly busy and had unfortunately ran out of a single topping but offered to swap our topping and even add additional toppings at no cost. The food arrived late but the driver had explained why the food was late - which we can’t even criticise as they were extremely busy and had no delivery driver available. Instead of just providing an apology, they upgraded our pizza to an extra large for the inconveniences and left us delighted with the food and service. We’ve had many orders with Pizzaco and had one other issue with the delivery times due to the restaurant being busy and were given a freebie and apology too, if that doesn’t tell you how good the food and service is I don’t know what would.

Excellent as always. Lovely thin pizza base, generous toppings, always correct with their orders. Food arrived piping hot as it always does from this restaurant. Customer service is excellent- courtesy call to let us know delivery would be 5 mins late and provided chocolate cake at no charge for our inconvenience. Always really friendly, helpful delivery staff too. Cannot fault this provider, ordered pizza from here last 4 times and is our only and favourite pizza provider in Worcester and Malvern. Awful experience. Restaurant didn’t deliver & kept telling me the order will be delivered. Wouldn’t cancel or refund. Avoid!!

A disappointing night. Food was over an hour late; when I rang they told me it was just leaving and they'd included "freebies" as an apology. From that phone call it still took another half hour. The "freebies" was a milkshake. Food was cold, which I understand as it's taken half hour "from just leaving". Ordered a Combo Box which would've all fitted in a fries box as apposed to the pizza box.

Pizzas sizes are wrong on just eat app. Also prices are different on just eat to the website. We ordered 3 regular pizzas. We ended up with 3 small pizzas (£5.50 each) for £17 as a "special offer" so we actually paid more for what we ordered on a deal! They arrived half hour late on a Monday. Called to tell them and they said they are the correct pizzas, sp now we're all extra hungry and there's not enough food! I wouldn't bother to be honest!

First time ordering for quite some time,not impressed unfortunately. Very small portion of kebab meat,extra topping missed on pizza and not particularly warm.Disappointing as the food used to be a lot better.

Not the best kebab I've had asked for salad came without but tasted good will stick to pizza next time also I'd got five stamps so should have got a discount but never happened
