Ordered chocolate Ben and Jerry’s but got vanilla instead

The price for a pizza like this doesn't suit , it seems reviews for this place doesn't match with the quality,i will give it another chance and then decide if i will ever buy again.

Quality of ingredients and cooking very poor

so so, pizza quality wasn't the best, weird taste however not terrible.

We discovered this place about two years ago and we wont go anywhere else for a takeaway now! Always fast delivery and hot, we have tried multiple different pizzas, burgers, mozzarella dippers etc and its always consistently brilliant, also the fries are the best! By far the best pizza in Worcester, try it… you wont regret it! 🍕

Delivery was fast however the pizza base tasted stale and had a very bitter flavour. Could only manage 2 pieces.

First time ordering from Pizza Allegro and we were not disappointed. Very tasty food, piping hot and delivered a few minutes early. Will order again. Friendly delivery driver too.

Pizza was nice and fresh generous toppings, but chocolate fudge cake was dry and hard on the outside - I would order from here again.

Always service with a smile and the pizzas are always incredible. They sell other things on the menu but I always just have pizza.

This was my favourite pizza place 5-6 years ago, but I moved from the area and forgot about it. 2 weeks ago I went with my kids to try their pizza again ( after bragging to the kids about this place having the best pizza in Worcester) and oooooo boy such a huge disappointment, I ordered a Margarita pizza ( kids favourite) but was exactly the same like a £1.00 frozen pizza (taste and look) what you buy from a supermarket . Huge huge disappointment !!!!

Pizza was alright, wedges were pretty good but the sauce that was supposed to come with them didn't arrive, neither did the garlick mayo I paid extra for

A base can make or break a pizza and this base is incredible. I’ve never enjoyed the crust so much in all my life...the deep pan is insaaaaaane!! It’s somehow crunchy & soft at the same time. I sometimes try other pizza places and then instantly regret it as I’m always comparing against allegros and it’s evident no one can beat his pizzas. The pepperoni is perfect.

The best pizza ever. Fresh , tasty , beautiful. Clean place, lovely staff. Cant wait to order again. Lots of choice of topping. Fab.

Pizzas and chicken are good however fries can be hit and miss last couple of orders out of 3 portions of fries we have had to share a portion as fries were overcooked and unedibly we had to put in bin. However this is a good restaurant as always delivers early and pizzas and chicken nuggets are amazing.

Best Pizza takeaway we have had for a long time! Both Pizza’s and Chips were really fresh and tasty! Will definitely be back!

No updates on delivery I had a vegetarian pizza which was not cooked properly. Also the chips was far to salty.

I did not expect a delivery driver to state at my door that I need to pay an extra £3 on top of what I had already paid online as I'm out of their catchment area! Followed by a call from the manager stating the same. Why accept an order if it is out of catchment for a start? Surely basic customer service is to ring and explain to the customer first instead of demanding on the door step or over the phone! Like I stated on the phone and to the delivery driver it doesn't state on the just eat page but it does state spend over so much it's free delivery!! Try updating on just eat page first before demanding! I definitely will not be ordering again!! Awful customer service!!

First time ordering here and the food arrived hot - chips, curly fries and garlic bread all tasted great, but the pizza lacked flavour (albeit I did get a margherita, but herbs etc could be added, so ended up adding my own). You can tell the ingredients are fresh though and the delivery driver was nice.

Nice pizza but definitely not the best around. If your looking for a lighter taste it's for you but I like a stronger taste to my pizza. Garlic bread with cheese is poor. Food was hot and definitely all fresh ingredients

The food was cold by the time it got to me. Also I ordered cheesey chips, got regular ones delivered. Ate some of it as i was so hungy by the time it got delivered. Will not order from here again.

Always lovely and fresh, just wish you would update the system when you are on your way and not 30mins later!! That's what the delivery system is for, not for you not to even notify customers it's ridiculous!

Pizza was cold and I was given a different dessert to what was ordered. When I called they said they didn’t have the dessert in. Should remove it from the options if it’s unavailable or at least refund me for it!

The pizzas tasted wonderful and were of great quality! However, they must have been put vertically into the bag by the delivery person, resulting in mine being all bent and on top of each other / stuck together and my partners pizza had the majority of its topping all fallen off in the pizza in the one part of the box.

This was the worst pizza. It tasted fatty, the base was not fresh, it tasted stale, cold, and the pizza little topping. The chips were cold hard and stale. Extremely poor very disappointed. This order tasted like lunch time left overs

Pizza & curly fries were good. Cookies were amalgamated into one giant cookie, very greasy.

Been ordering from Allegro for over a year. Always great food, tasty pizzas which are not too greasy. Delivery drivers always super friendly and deliver normally before estimated time.

We could not fault it. Both the Pizza and the fries were good. It was delivered in about half the time is was predicted to arrive.

Though the food was good, the offer of a 9" Margherita when you spend over £18 is only if you spend it on JUST ONE PIZZA and NOT the entire order you make. They need to rectify this information immediately, Just Eat has been informed of misleading offers.
