Ordered from this place for years before the new ownership. Since then this business has plummeted in terms of service, food quality and general decency. Ordered on the website after phoning due to a discount code not working, I asked if the price of £17.50 per large pizza was the same for collection regardless if I order on the phone or online. I was told it’s the same price, on the website despite opting for collection apparently you have to do it twice for the prices to change to normal. I was not made aware of this by the manager or staff until I went in later after collecting. The criminally high price being the same for collection was a blatant lie. The receipt says it’s for collection and from me calling them, they knew full well the charge was wrong and I did not order delivery. When I came to collect it they put my order with the other collections with the “collection” receipt on it, and the staff and especially management kept their mouth shut. This place is a complete joke and the management are not to be trusted. From reading some of the other reviews I see I’m not the only one who’s had constant issues with this business in particular and the manager being a sly character. If this business continues this way ripping off the public amongst other constant issues, this place will go out of business one way or another. Particularly the manager needs to book up his ideas as he’s the one who’s meant to help resolve issues customers may have, not be an unprofessional, slippery, sly little character. When I came in to ask what the price was for a large pizza and a staff member told me a very different price to what I originally paid, the manager looked down and away from me as he knew what’s happened. I asked for management and he gave me the cash refund for what extra I paid, saying “why didn’t I say anything?” With a grin on his face. This was not a simple mistake as he’s recognised me for coming in every time they mess something up and I’m tired of it, he did this on purpose and it’s embarrassing for himself, the staff and the business as a whole. This place is barely a fraction of what it used to be since he took management, it’s a real shame. To the manager if you’re reading this, I will take my custom elsewhere now as will the rest of my family. There’s been a plethora of issues I’ve had with you objectively speaking, and I never left a review until today. I bet you recognised my voice when I spoke to you about my order didn’t you, thought you’d try run off with my money, you’re little smirk said it all. Don’t bother replying I don’t care what you have to say. There are more vindictive people than me who could get you into legal trouble for lying about the prices of things. So pull your finger out, if you’re too proud to take this criticism then you go find someone else to mess about and see what good that does for you. When I came back enquiring about the price I paid due to it evidently being wrong, you told me the website/app was powered by a different company which is justified. But you did not tell me when I collected my pizza, you would have viewed my order or at least your staff, nor did you bother to tell me over the phone when ordering online that you have to select collection even if you already have selected that option. This all could’ve been solved with no bad blood if you have a shed of customer service, but you don’t. Your staff have more customer service skills than you do, no idea how you slithered your way up to management but at the same time I don’t care.

Very disappointed with the communication from driver/restaurant. The initial window was far too optimistic, and I would appreciate a much more real approximation if I am to order from here again. Left very frustrated.

Honest and open review! Management need to be present more often. The pizzas still taste great but forgetting to place orders and not apologising for the same is pretty inexcusable if you ask me. I ordered for collection, popped down and waited, only to be told they had mixed up the slips whatever that means and that it was another 20 minute wait. Completely understand human error but this has happened on several occasions now without apology.

The worst pizza AND service I have EVER had. Avoid like the plague. Rang up to place an order. Had to speak to 2 different ladies and had to repeat my order about 20 times. I almost lost the will to live. I then picked it up, got home and it was still wrong! I don’t even had a strong accent! One half margarita, one half just chicken. Only chicken. It’s not rocket science. And what I did eat of it tasted absolutely vile. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

sent is the wrong toppings on the pizza. tomato sauce taste like that tubed paste you can get in a supermarket. everything taste overcooked. stuffed crushed was OK but very dry

I love Caspian been using them for years There Californian chicken is amazing I tried it about a year ago now I buy nothing else it's that good, very good value and way better than pizza hut or domino's.

Am absolutely astounded how good this service was. The pizza was of a really high quality, the delivery time was above and beyond, and the pricing blew recent experiences with bigger pizza chains out of the water. I know where to go in future 👍

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. i have told my colleagues, family and large friendship group to never try this place😌.Had ordered food, was told over the phone by the lady on the till that they had lost my order and that she couldn’t see my order. the manager took the phone and lied accusing me that a driver had tried to deliver 3 times. This is a lie i had been outside for 29 minutes waiting for my order. the delivery man said he tried to call one time and admitted he hadn’t attempted delivery. DO NoT eat here !!!!!

Saltiest food I have ever had, couldn’t even eat it!

Food was actually very good but almost an hour late and got the usual “it’s just left, will be with you in 10 minutes” when I called to ask where it was. Needless to say it wasn’t. This seems to be the theme nowadays with all pizza places round here. So whilst I would reorder based on quality I absolutely wouldn’t because an hour late just isn’t acceptable. Why publish times and send updates that are blatantly incorrect? Be honest and let people make an informed decision

I am very unhappy. When I received my order I was expecting to see a pizza but I was disgusted to what I saw. The pizza was squashed and looked like a flatbread . I asked for a refund and sent evidence but got declined. Not happy!!.

Budget pizza, stoggy Chicago style deep pan pizza with loads of cheese. My kids love The Sicilian, i would prefer to go elsewhere, but it is good value, rather than an enjoyable pizza.

Food arrived late, edible but rubbery

AVOID this place; the pizza was burnt. I was advised to bring it back, but the one they gave me was likewise extremely scorched. This place is now a joke; the place was fantastic before the current employees took over. They are now selling very salty bases and charred pizza's. No management on site so employees are wrecking this company.
