Pan Pizza in Worcester

This place illegally charge a "service charge" of 50p if you pay by card. I called them out on this and they said "so you don't want the food then" . I had the pizza because I was starving and paid the illegal fee. I wish that I hadn't bothered, the pizza was as bad as their attitude. Avoid !!

The pizza was overcooked and dry. The garlic bread was also very dry.

Came here for a pizza Saturday night, almost ate the entire thing with a friend then spotted a mosquito-looking insect cooked into the cheese... I picked it off to look closer, definitely a mosquito :/ Cmon guys, pay attention

The cheese on the pizza was crispy so wasn’t impressed but the chips were amazing

The place is pretty nice but the reviews are rubbish i saw pne review saying they charged 2 pound extra to come again but heres the ACTUAL STORY BEFORE U BELIEVE THAT The delivery guy arrived and shouted all over the place who ordered food? It was your fault for not going to the door and saying me instead of being a lazy idiot. I do not care abt u were at work do not order food if ur not going to pay attention? He called u asking for 2 pounds to return and u made a massive fuss about it petrol diesel whatever is not cheap if u weren’t lazy and watched news u would've known inflation was happening i know u think its crazy for the extra charge but petrol prices are crazy costing 50 pounds to fill ur car even if ur half full its not cheap and what will you do with 2 pounds buy a mansion? The ppl working arent English the guy was not English and he gets mad easily and i really think its good if u don't sit far away from the door lazy and cant pay 2 pounds for a freaking extra charge that costs like 30 pounds to even give u ur order like bro? Petrol is expensive and ur not cheap u can pay extra money what i mesn to say is slot of reviews are fake and just dont want you to go to the shop its a good shop and the food is nice the delivery driver is very nice and ur lucky he doesnt shout cause i know him as a my friends dad and he gets mad easily but anyways these reviews are fake the place is amazing i ate there many times and it was so good

Ordered 17.45! Delivered at 19:21. Rang to ask where my order was and spoke to a person who was so rude on the phone. No customer service what so ever.

Much better than last time, was cold last time & the time before. We stopped ordering but we will order again, the difference was very noticeable! We enjoyed our food very much, like the old days when they made their own deliveries.

That was possibly one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. All the toppings on the pizza came off with every bite of a new slice. Chicken meat and chips was a handful of meat and some chips, need a full refund.

Orders at 5:45 took 5 phone calls and a txt , food was delivered to wrong address , then when it did arrive at 9pm it wasn’t even our order . Shocking service

One of the worst mixed kebabs I've had. The chicken was undercooked and full of gristle, and the donner was mealy and bland. I won't be returning.

Delivery driver was very rude, he told us off for ordering two minutes before closing time and that next time we should order earlier. Sorry if you don’t want to deliver at that time then close earlier. Next time I won’t order earlier I will order from somewhere else.

The pizza was very salty and tasted horrible, even though it was delivered on time I wish I had never tasted it.

Would of been loverly. But I had to heat pizza up in microwave. As received luke warn - Good price. But not sure would again. Sorry x

Wanted to give a review as I’ve ordered via just eat and didn’t get my order and when managed to speak to someone as they answer and hang up the person was very rude then gave me driver who lied about coming and calling me then offered to come again but charge me £2 which I already paid for my order with delivery charge then put the manager on he was swearing at me saying come get your order or pay I agree to pay as was in work but god who do they think they are to talk to people like that go learn English first dude before talking and reading the reviews I see a few review after each other all from around the same name I guess they just try to improve their review losers don’t ever order from there trust me food is horrible delivery takes like hour and half and they rude swear at you want to charge u extra when u already paid rubbish place and more rubbish staff

I have requested the driver to call me when he comes to main entrance so on the app it said enjoy your meal I called the restaurant for 10 mins someone would answer and hang about after someone did talk I explain I didn’t receive my order he started shouting then gave me the driver who lied about calling me then said I will come again but you have to pay £2 I said I’ve already paid he gave me the manager who can’t speak English starting to shout come get your order or pay £2 and swearing at me in the end I had to pay because I couldn’t go as was in work very rude people the pizza was cold because long time no manners what so ever don’t know who they think they are no one order from a place like that let me lose out and have to shut idiots

Burnt food, showed up 20 minutes late, No apology from the restaurant. Food was cold and when I asked for replacement pizza I was told I couldn’t have one as the manager wasn’t in the restaurant. Will not be ordering again.

Kebab was chewy, and not good £9 for a small 4 slice pizza. AVOID!

Food delivered was hot tasty and on time. Will definitely be ordering again when I have chomped my way through this feast.

All the food order was cold, we ordered garlic bread and got chips, we had thin base on both pizzas. Poor response from the restaurant, rang 3 times and didn't ring is back. Food is going in the bin.

Used this once brilliant service had to chase order to be told tried to deliver, nonsense and had to pay extra £1 to get cold food delivered. Never again.

After waiting over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered, I called the restaurant and was told the food hadn't left the premises yet. When it did arrive it was stone cold and there was no apology from the driver or the restaurant. The driver just said they had been busy.

Where do I start! Called when my order was about 20 minutes late, was told they will check with the driver. Left it a couple minutes and called back to get an update- the driver was adamant that it had been delivered to me and so the person I was talking with insinuated I was lying, and called me “crazy” to the driver. After a couple minutes on the phone about how a gentleman had accepted my delivery, the driver had admitted it was the wrong house. They profusely apologised and sent me a larger pizza as compensation. Food came hot and the chips were lovely and crispy as usually however it took almost 2 and a half hours, and the customer service was foul. Have ordered from here a few times and never had any issues however I can say this experience has definitely put me off. And as a side note, when my order was finally delivered- it came with the wrong drink!

Food is on par with the price paid, quick delivery, but twice now they've given chips instead of garlic bread and they completely ignored my note to not knock/ring the bell, waking my family. So thanks for that...

Sadly we are really disappointed. The pizzas were warm but the bases looked and tasted like 3 day old reheated pizzas. Inedible. Nothing more we can say really, like tough leather boots. We won’t be placing an order again.

Food was piping hot and was delivered quicker than what they originally had said. The pizzas were really fresh however the bases of the pizza were sooo salty! It got a bit unbearable after a slice or two

They gave me much smaller pizzas then I ordered, giving me mediums while I ordered and was charged for 2 XLs also gave me 2 lots of chips instead of garlic bread.

First time there and the last time. Everything is frozen except the pizza and that was terrible.

Ordered deep pan and got thin, offer said comes with garlic bread but got cold gummy dry Fries, don’t think they care about the services they provide.

Delivery guy came late, pizza was cold and I put my number so they could call when downstairs but he never called and when I asked why he lied and said that I put the wrong number but I know I didn’t!

Absolutely awful ordered a pizza, garlic bread and a drink to be delivered was waiting over an hour rang up twice I even asked for a new pizza to be made as it would have been stone cold upon arrival but this was ignored pizza was inedible and the garlic bread was what only could be described as chewing on a car tyre would not recommend to anyone pay the extra money for better quality very unhappy
