Domino's Pizza in Wycombe

We were not eating at Dominos. Ordered on-line for a group of 24 people. Pizzas were delivered on time, were hot when delivered and exactly as ordered. The list of allergens was really helpful.

Just received our delivery, after an hour of waiting, cold pizza arrived and rude delivery person, will never use again

Given up with this lot now, always late, never any delivery drivers and have failed to refund me twice for failed deliveries... try getting your money back for that.. total nightmare

Always late delivering, the Dominoes Pizza Tracker is a work of fiction, not sure why they bother having it as it just winds you up even more waiting for your order that apparently is ‘on its way’ for 45 mins plus when you live 5 mins away. Usually a problem with the order as well, but you’re so hungry by the time driver eventually arrives, you can’t face sending it back.

Told after 2 and a half hours and 3 phone calls that they didn’t know what had happened to my order. Despite being told it was on its way twice before. Was told I’d get a refund but never received it and when I tried to get in contact with customer services to try get my money back I was told the franchise would be in touch and they never were. Don’t bother ordering from here and collect from thame or Wycombe instead.

Never again will i order a take away from here! We never received our food this evening, absolutely disgusted how you can order and pay for a takeaway and not receive anything?! Phoned to ask where it was more than once, to then be told after 2 hours its not coming they’ve lost it! Was told they could not send one out at this point and i’d be refunded instead, so far i have not even received this either? So I’ve paid for nothing, other than a stressful evening resulting in having to spend more money and buy dinner from co-op at 9pm on a Sunday! Absolutely fuming!

Very regular customers. Ordered 2 large pizza online - after an hour rang Princes Risborough who said it’s out for delivery. 1hr 50 still no Pizza - rang again - I asked would the pizza still be ok after nearly 2hrs they said yes. 2 hrs 5 mins later pizza arrived - stone cold as driver got lost. Rang and told them Pizza stone cold - they advised too late to re-deliver - said would store details of 2 free Pizzas just call & ask. Well - just called & asked to be advised no record of not only the Pizza’s owed but they said no record of us ordering - ever! We have all the online order receipts which prove we are correct - poor guy on phone was new and was being told by his manager no record of us. Wont be ordering from them again.

Do not order here If you have dietary requirements. They gave us pepperoni twists as part of a cheese twist order, two of us are veggies and ate meat as a result accidentally for the first time in 4 years. We called and they promised a full refund. They lied and there is no refund and they pretended to give us the money back to get us off the line. No respect for dietary food requirements and will lie to you in the process

Waited 1hr so rang to see what was happening as the app said food had been delivered. Lied to as the staff member said it was on route. We live 4 miles away. Another 2hrs wait and cold food turned up. The phone is not being answered and I will be chasing for a full refund. Delivery at the franchised shop is dreadful

Ordered at 7.30 app said out for delivery after 20mins then after half hour said delivered !! First phone call told is out for delivery !! Another hour passed still no delivery another phone call on 2 hours now to be told could be another 25 mins finally arrived cold without the extra large dips that were ordered and paid for would advise not to use no refund for any of it. I went to this Princes Risborough Dominos to order in store (today Monday 25 Oct 21) Right from the word go, they didn't acknowledge me despite no other customers in the shop. They weren't even doing anything. I got their attention after 15 minutes. I ordered Chicken Ain't as my son is vegetarian. The guy who served me didn't even know this Pizza is vegetarian. I lost my confidence there, nevertheless, I carried on with the order. I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes time. I came back 25 minutes later and still no one is there to pay you attention despite seeing you came back. 30 minutes passed now, i waved at the guy, i think he is the manager and i asked where my Pizza was politely. He kept asking when I ordered it and he couldn't find it etc. Eventually the guy who took the order came to the front and i asked him why i have been waiting for 45 minutes (including the 15 min I wasted before ordering). They start arguing that I didn't wait that long and started checked the order time. I ordered at 8pm and now is 8:30. No apologies no nothing. In fact the manager couldn't understand why I am not impressed. Anyways, these guys are a bunch of amateurs with no idea of customer service and rude. Domino's delivered our pizza to our next door neighbours and our neighbours took it after we paid by card. They said they will send another one out and ages later it turns up, we will never be ordering from you again , nor will we make the mistake of paying in advance.

The staff are nice enough but the pizza and value for money isn't. I grabbed one as I was hungry and I couldn't be bothered to get one from Tesco, hindsight I should have made the effort!

Pizza arrived on time but when we went to eat it it was cold and not cooked properly very disappointed for £19 for one large pizza it was not worth it Will not go again

Have ordered from here a couple of times, and always disappointed, so won't bother again. Over 1.5 hours for delivery of cold pizza is not good. The delivery guy did apologise as they were very busy, but high demand for pizza delivery on Friday evening should not come as a surprise!

Awful food, pizzas taste like cardboard and service is shocking NEVER AGAIN ! be warned people, people are also having to wait two hours for delivery in princes risborough!! CRAZY!!

Ordered a pizza, after 2 hours of waiting it still hadn't turned up so I phoned up and cancelled it. When my money was refunded it was £9.00 short. Will never use this branch again!! Terrible service!!

5 veces que pedimos esperando que mejorará. . . pero no. Más de una hora y media de entrega, pollo y pizza fría apenas llega preparado. . . el doble de la cantidad de nuestra orden, pero no comerlo si usted me. Volver al restaurante italiano tradicional con mi cola en Risborough entre mis piernas!

Otra comida decepcionante, 50 minutos para una entrega de pizza.Personalmente no le importa esperar todo ese tiempo si cuando llegó estaba caliente, fresco y agradable que que no era que estaba frío y duro.Llamado a la tienda y el director emitió un reembolso, pero chicos que realmente se necesita para trabajar en su calidad y servicio.Será un tiempo antes de intentarlo de nuevo!

Cada vez que he estado aquí ha sido una decepción que o perjudicar su pedido o esperan que esperar una hora y media para una pizza. He sido había quemado pizza, más de dos veces, ha dado el orden equivocado y los pedidos siempre son incompletos. El personal también creo que pueden ser muy groseros. En realidad no creo que el servicio de aquí pensamos que debía ser al dominó mejor que ésta. Después de hoy volveré a pizza monjes.

A nice little takeaway, a fast service, I went into the store to place my order because I needed a couple of pizza's that met certain dietary requirements due to food allergies.

Clean and neat shop. Was served promptly by friendly staff. Had seating available while waiting for our pizza. Excellent pizza.

Had the meal deal, buy one get one free, still expensive for a not very good pizza, pizza express from Tesco round the corner is better, bring back Top Wok, much nicer than this.

Have tried this new outlet twice and collected the orders. Both times the pizzas were no better than average - not a patch on Pizza Hut for taste and value. We tried two different types just in case we had picked a bland stuffed crust meat pizza the first time but no, the second was just as bland. Expensive pizzas - you also need to read any offers carefully. Service was friendly and it was clean but won't be back - would rather go to Pizza Hut.

We gone to take some pizza and the pizza really was excellent also the owner was very wonderful . Happy with Domino's Pizza!

As a pizza fan I was looking forward to Domino's arriving in Princes Risborough. I'd never tried a Domino's before and was hoping they would be my new local regular source of pizza. But, found them very disappointing - not a patch on Pizza Hut or Pizza Express. Service was fair enough, pizzas ready quickly ( I collected ) but the taste was very average. No better than a supermarket pizza. And, very expensive. I thought Domino's would clean up in Princes Risborough, but now I'm not so sure. I won't be using them again .
