Please take note of order .. lovely pizzas always freshly made but I ordered without olives and got olives🙈so frustrating to have to pick them all off and mess with everyone’s pizza slice 😤

This isn’t the first time I’ve felt short changed on the cheese whilst eating pizza from this establishment. Whilst I understand the state of global economics means that everyone is feeling the pinch. I don’t think this should translate to the cheesiness of my pizza. All I want is fair cheese for fair money. On top of this. We’re no longer supplying a dip with a pizza? I want the cheese I paid for. I want the dip that had always been complimentary. Dominos are still offering both. Lest we forget. Make it right. A no longer loyal customer.

Over an hour for delivery, so telephoned to ask where it was and was told a road was closed.......not according to the delivery driver there wasn't. I do not like being lied to. This tells you all you need to know about this branch of Papa Johns! So if you're going to lie...get your stories straight you clowns.

I have to speak as I find, we had two pizzas delivered where we were staying and they were the best pizzas I have ever had. Now I know a good pizza from a bad pizza and these were good. Thank you Papa Johns. We got the wrong ice cream, but hayho these things happen. But the pizza was excellent.

Ordered through a delivery app. Arrived one hour late. Totally tasteless pizza with toppings that did exist thrown into the middle Cheese was like cardboard. To be honest would of got more enjoyment if thrown pizza away and eaten box it came in instead. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered papa johns through Uber eats on priority service, it came and my god is this the worst pizza ever! Hardly no toppings, cold! And literally like cardboard. I’m going to be ringing the store and complaining as this is not acceptable!

Food was disgusting will never use them again should of stayed with dominoes but was told these were better pizza was all meat hardly any meat on it chicken bites I assumed would be chicken breast spat first one out it really was that bad

ordered two thin crust pizzas delivered quickly to burntwood but lacked toppings once again very expensive takeaway.

Great food and great customer service.will definitely come here again soon. The best food in the area.

Ordered pizza for the family. It took over an hour to be delivered. It was cold when it arrived. Wedges were soggy and undercooked. Pizzas unappetising. Will not be ordering there again.

One day me and my family got a pizza and we decided to try papa john's because we heard good things about them. however they were very overpriced (£24 for a pizza!) and any of the local restaurants could have produced one with just as good a quality (and some could have done far better).

Usually order via just eat but was told last time to call by phone to get a deal so I did tonight! Man on the phone was the one who told me to call up by phone as he has our address details and would honour the 50% off next time! Absolutely rude, arrogant PRAT he was they need to sort there customer service out to the people who are paying there wages! Will not give them my money anymore so Dominos it is! Iv got a better deal too!

Ordered from here few times, has been pretty efficient in our experience. Normally order as we're driving there and the pizza is ready for collection on arrival.

Ordered a delivery over the phone, and was promised a deal that is usually honoured 50 percent off when you spend 45 pounds or more. Our postcode is not registered so they have done it for weeks. Another new person has charged more than half the amount and would not refund the difference. staff don’t seem to have a clue about the deals or customer service would avoid find another branch!!! Nice food but terrible store.

Telephoned to order a delivery seemed like to much trouble for them and poor customer service on the phone shame as nice food.

I thought I would give this a go as I always feel that Domino’s is expensive and I decided to ignore all the awful reviews. I can’t say it was truly awful but I won’t be trying there again.To start with, Papa John’s has so many meal deals that it took me forever to decide which was the best option. I’m not sure in the end if I did get the best deal. Anyway, food arrived after 40 minutes which isn’t bad as we live the opposite side of town. Both of us felt that the pizza’s were rubbery and lacking in toppings. My partner entertained herself by announcing every time she found a piece of ham in her Hawaiian pizza – it wasn’t that often. I don’t know what to say about the dips as they left no impression at all. Oh well, I think I’ll try Pizzaco next time and their reviews are no better!

Ordered Pizza - same price as other chain pizza places. It was utter rubbish. Not good. Poor service. Would not recommend. Will never eat there again. Fast food does not have to taste this bad.

First time tried normally dominos but daughter said the one she uses is great, upon arrival pizza and garlic bread cold :( called had to wait 5 mins to call me back after speaking to is manage ! Then said they they can give us £5 of our next order !! Why would I want that ? we wanted food after 10 mins of disputing and he saying we holding him to ransom cuz we wanted a another pizza and not a £5 discount voucher of our next order and sending the cold one back they finally sending another pizza. I won't be ordering from papa johns again !!

Ordered food this evening for my family, upon arrival it was cold, hard and pretty much inedible, i contacted them to explain the situation and to request a partial refund but rather than being able to settle this i was informed that i was only entitled to have our food replaced which we weren't happy about, after a lengthy conversation i was threatened with their legal team if i were to use social media to describe my experience, because of regal reasons i refrain from disclosing the managers name but needless to say i'll not be placing any future orders, after all we're not struggling for pizza outlets in lichfield are we!!!!

Have had pizzas from other Papa John's (usually the one in Warwick near work) and they all tasted WAY WAY WAY better than the pizzas we have had from the one in Lichfield. First time we tried them was just after they opened, so we gave them another chance a few months later - still the same. Overcooked, tasted of cardboard, just plain revolting really. No idea what the deal with the chills in the box are either. I would definitely give one of the other pizza places a look before going here.

this was our third visit as this has only been open a short while, the first two where excellent the last one will be exactly that the last one. we had a mix up over my card and had to go to the atm. we go back in record time to be told the extra dips we had order where in whit the pizza they where not, the pizzas both of them had patches where the topping had not covered it in short they where rubbish

Great delivery service even at weekends.. we ordered two pizzas from Papa Johns and two from dominos (two of the children wanted to stick with what they know)... the papa johns order arrived quickly, was hot on arrival.. was tasty and the member of staff was polite and smiley... the domino pizzas had to be chased after over an hour and still took a further twenty minutes..far better service at Papa Johns!

Ordered by the website using a deal the have advertised on there. Buy one get one free I got bbq chicken and mixed meat, only cost £13 in total. The website said £12 but I'm guessing a pound delivery pretty average. Decent pizza not brilliant but quick service but this was at 10 o'clock took about 15 minutes and was very hot when I got it. The garlic sauce was quite bad, that'll be company issue not that branch. Overall was quite good for quality, price and speed of service.

Pedí una de las pizzas grandes catalogado como los favoritos. La pizza era £15,99 , y agregué una corteza llena por £2.50 . Todo es muy caro, pero que en su publicidad, esperaba algo bueno. La base de pizza no podría haber sido distribuidos cualquiera más delgada y la corteza suffed estaba lleno con aire acondicionado - no había ningún contenido en alguna. Muy decepcionante, y teniendo en cuenta el precio era mucho más de lo que otros sitios de pizza en Lichfield, me sorprende todavía están en negocios. £17,50 por una pizza no te lo esperas esta mala calidad.

Precioso Pizza es mejor en Lichfield y un estupendo servicio agradable. Ni idea de por qué alguien podría dejar una mala crítica de este lugar.

Los pedidos en línea era un poco molesto, pero las pizzas hechas para eso. El increíble probado, disfrutamos incluso por mi mismo exigente 11 años. El personal es muy agradable y pizza preparada para colección a menos de 15 minutos. único, pot negativo de salsa de ajo que venían con pizza sabía demasiado crujiente. Sin duda volveremos a usar como realmente poner otros lugares de pizza de vergüenza.

Where do I start with Papa Johns in Lichfield, well I first orderd from them about 3 months ago when the Lichfield branch opened. Standard 30 minute wait time is not a problem and pizza was just as good as dominos with very good online deals. However they missed the additional dips that I bought which are 45p each, not a big problem though first night they had opened so left it, second time I order they miss the dips again.. So we ring up and they deliver some 30 minutes later, third time we order they completely forget all of our order! We complained to a lady on the phone who was very helpfill, she said she would send our pizza out priority with the dips they missed on our first ever papa Johns order...OK good but the pizza then took another 30 minutes which is the normal time anyway. And now just orderd again yet again missed our dips,also the wrong garlic cheese bread. Half and half pizza we orderd was poorly made girlfriend had feta cheese was only 2 peices spread on 4 slices. AWFULL

Top price- pizza low level food, deliverey was the only good thing about this pizza. Asked for thin crust, do they know what thin crust is, i have had thinner bread. Sorry but i shall not ever be ordering from them again.
