Domino's Pizza in Lichfield

Food was delivered all cold and soggy. Pizza lacked toppings and sauces. Apart from that, we both had really bad stomach ache. Possibly a food safety/quality or hygiene issue. Only thing from my whole order was the coke no sugar, which obviously was not made by this store.

disgusting, dont have a clue what it taste like but it was disgusting, wont be going there again ordered a cheese pizza and never ordered the pizza, nothing came. absolutely fuming.

Good pizzas, friendly and attentive staff. I went on a cold night and was cold inside the premises, I wanted to activate a heater but it turned out that it was broken.

RUDE RUDE RUDE - NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Domino's you need to look at your staff and their attitude!! Ordered 2 x pizza's and 2 sides (can's of sprite). Went back because the sprite was not with the order, and the smart Ar** guy said 'you need to get them yourself out of the fridge'! NEVER AGAIN!

The food is good, but ….. the prices ? It’s not THAT good ! Such a shame that they need to charge such hideous prices, I’m sure they would sell more if they were more market priced.

Slow and quiet on service and customer care

Totally undercooked, overpriced with little actual toppings on the tasteless dough base. Terrible in every way. When I called to complain they said to email off the website. How about you just send a fully cooked and packed pizza, time to move onto a competitor that cares about its customer and the end product.

They had me on hold for 13 minutes after I asked if they delivered to alrewas and claimed they didn’t even though I order from here often, I believe this is quite lazy from the staff at dominoes, Lichfield and I certainly won’t be ordering from there again.

Spent 44 pound on pizzas to find theirs hardly any toppings on our pizzas they was dry and tastless put me off going their again

Absolutely appalled - do not order diabolical Service - was told 30 minutes for delivery order waited 45 rang and rude woman on phone said it was on its way after being put on hold for a long time - waited 90 Minutes rang again to be told by same woman they had no record on system , chef spoke to us and order hadn’t been Processed as a delivery order but collection - disgusting service was told did we want to collect a pizza order after it had been sat on their counter for an hour !!!! Good hygiene alert !!!! Three telephone calls and still can’t get order right was told it was a miscommunication and rude woman on phone cut me off when I asked for customer services at head office and she told is Is it was a ‘’miscommunication’. ‘ avoid avoid avoid go to a better pizza company papa Johns lichfield who respects and honours good customer service. Was told it could be Re delivered but was 7 people now In front of us !! Appalling customer service I have complained direct To head office let’s Hope they respect their customers more than the staff at lichfield store do

Absolutely amazing a bit expensive but if you have it ever now and then it is OK definitely recommend it

My local Dominos pizza used to be very good but past few months all the orders seem to be either wrong or missing items . Last order looked like pizza had been sliced by a blind person and the dough balls were made by a toddler and tasted awful . Staff are arsy , defensive and rude when dealing with complaints

10 members of staff and not one acknowledgment from any of the staff. Stood there for 10 minutes to be greeted by “what’s your name” and I told them my order is ready for collection. “Well its not our ovens are busy”.

Ordered online at 5.45 for a delivery 6.45 - 700 fortunately have a ring doorbell As wasn’t in when driver arrived at 6.25 , had to tell him leave in porch , consequently when home at 6.38 it was Luke warm. Called but was told they busy & someone would call back , still waiting .Lichfield you are a disgrace , £30 meal awful never again.

Dominos always has some really great deals so it's always seems really good value for money. For many years, no delivery service would deliver to my village apart from dominos. Its quick, easy to order and tastes great :)

Slow slow slow. They tell you of delay after you have paid. Disorganised. Chaos comes to mind. Not worth the wait. Don’t bother.

stole money off me.. I've turned up to collect my online order they took the money but didn't make the pizza.. Manager was rude and didn't offer a refund and ushered me out the shop.. And said I'll get the refund in 2 days.. This is no good when I'm hungry now and paid for the pizzas

Lowered the NHS discount from 50 percent to 30, no longer do half and half what used to be a reasonably priced takeaway you how might as well go for a sit down meal

Really, really bad service. I have order a pizza deal, been told that it will be with me within 30minutes, its been more then 2 hours now. After an hour I called them they told me its on its way, 20 min later I called again, 20min in massive traffic you can drive in whole Lichfield back and forth. "Sorry we forgot about your order, we put it now on" Pizza has arrived after 2 hours !! Not recommend, do not buy there, its a waste of time, staff dont care about job, they have no idea what is customer service.

Never had a problem with dominos Lichfield always friendly and today my order was missing a large dip gave them a call they was round in 10 minutes with a replacement. Can't fault it.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Asked me to hold the line. Call was dropped and when I called back store was closed. Your loss papa John's gain !

the customer service we received was aggressive and completely useless the attitude towards us was frankly disappointing, misleading and revolting. me and my family are sickened by the way we have been treated today if i had the power i would shut the store down the rate i have given cannot truest describe my emotions arrived at the store now customer service hasn’t improved within the location either

The pizza here is actually good quality most of the time which is rare for a chain so I make a habit to go here

Poor customer service takes your money but don't deliver or acknowledge your order and you have to wait 14 working Days to receive your refund and refuses to honour promotion that they advised will not be using dominos again very disappointed

Never again. They can't be bothered to come up a flight of stairs to deliver the food and instead leave it on the floor outside! For the premium price I expect better.

I ordered tomato based pizza on the app and got bbq base called up to request the change and was hung up on by the manager

Ordered 4 pizzas ,all beautiful.

Found a white/blonde hair in my chips... now I have purple hair so definitely not mine. Called the store and they only refunded me for the chips. I feel I should of had a full refund of the meal as I was put off from eating the rest of it and a hair in my food is unacceptable especially at these current times of covid 19 😩 very disappointed.

Thank you Lichfield our pizzas were piping hot and delicious when we got them. The service was brilliant from ordering to delivery and the person delivering them was very polite

Ordered pizza and sides at 6pm for collection at 745pm as they weren’t delivering. When I arrived at the allotted time I still had to wait 20 minutes!!!! The young girl behind the counter offered no explanation and just walked to the back and ambled round for a bit! Very disappointing from all involved

Garlic? bread - no real taste of any garlic. Pizza was tasteless. When it arrived (had delivery) it was lukewarm. Looking at the route the driver was sent on, it had circumnavigated Lichfield to get here! It has been a while since I last ordered from Dominos - and it will be so again!

Overpriced, and didn't even get the correct change. Have been offered a free medium pizza to be honest, to make up for this, but how soon can I face pizza again, I really don't know..

Apparently the driver can decide if he feels like delivering to you or not. Took my money online but driver didnt want to deliver cause it is first floor flat. Will use one of the many cheaper and better quality places from now on....not worth the hastle when you pay their extortionate prices.

Can always rely on this branch of Domino's. Always a great choice of mains and side orders, the only problem for me is, I have four favourites and never an easy choice.

Always good. I've never had a bad pizza here. Used to love the personal pizzas, but a bit pricey for the size (that's all Domino's, not just this one tbf). Good collection only deals. Got a £7.99 collection only large pizza today. Cheap as chips. 2 toppings. Did half and half, well worth the money. Always come here, if having pizza in Lichfield. Nice place to sit nearby too (Not Domino's itself, but convenient and public though).

depending on the day and the staff on is if you get the good pizza , in the last feww months we have had 4 pizzas from them and 1 was great lots of topping cooked properly, `1 was good arrived hot, 1 was bad squashed harly any topping , and one wasnt even cooked properly, never risk complaing you never know what they do to your pizza

We order off Dominos regularly. We had a pizza delivered that was stone cold. When we complained the manager said our next pizza would be free and he would make a note on the system. When we tried to claim the free pizza later he denied all knowledge of the arrangement. Papa Johns number is 01543 410101 if you want to avoid the dodgy practices from Dominos lichfield.

Great tasty pizza however it was quite expensive considering the pizza wasn't that filling. Good service though.

Really poor service. Pizza take an hour and a half. Rang after an hour and told it would be 5-10 minutes. Luke warm pizza arrived and order was wrong, with no tomato base at all, despite ordering the special sundried tomato base

Poor manager, lacks any customer service skills, not bothered etc... orders pizza delivery driver got lost, didn’t seem quite with it , eventually when he could confirm where he was, he was opposite end of 1.5 mile road , then said he had a puncture so could I walk and find him. Afraid not, so called manager at dominos to conceal order, wasn’t bothered , no apology, short and sharp on the phone, suggest dominos spend sometime with this franchise as it’s getting quite a reputation for poor management skills, customer service. Sure Dominos HQ will look into this as raised a complaint and even they have said its a problem store.... I would avoid and use alternative pizza places , there’s a few in lichfield , or use alternative dominos as this seems to be a local lichfield issue

Hit and miss. Sometimes lovely but sometimes shabby. Last night they only added one meatball per slice instead of two and told me its because I added extra toppings. I paid for the frikin extra so leave my balls alone! I need consistancy with my pizzas

Absolutely disgretful my 14 year old order franks hot chicken wings and was sent something totally different and told a wait for 45 minutes to send a spicy sauce no change i called and spoke to the manger and how rude was he saying listen here i think he needs to go go back to the drawing board and learn customers service he not dealing with a 14 year old ii have been a manager in fast food chains ....

The pizza is good but there is always a three inch empty crust all the way around it with no toppings

Usually get dominoes but the last time we had it, it wasn't very pleasant, i wish they cooked it the same way every time, quality control is very hit and miss.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star , the pizza was horrible found a hair and a weird blue fabric in two separate pieces . Pizza was hardly even warm .

I tend to order it online and it comes very quickly and taste great. I always opt to buy extra garlic sauce!

Pedimos un par de veces de app. Siempre rápido, buena temperatura y gran gusto. El Conductor de la entrega (Kevin yo creo que es su nombre) muy amable y un buen estilo de los clientes.El único inconveniente es el precio, pero busque en internet y siempre hay algún tipo de descuento de 50% que es lo que yo utilizo.Si quieres llevar pizza Dominos es el mejor.

Went over to a friends for a house warming party and ordered from here. The delivery service is rubbish took over 3 hours to be delivered and the pizza's tasted like supermarket cheap ones. Don't recommend if you want something quick or want a pizza that is slightly different.

I ordered 2 pizzas when they arrived they had no cheese on and because of that the sauce was so hard and dry from being in the oven on the tracker online it said he had been delivered when it clearly hadn't so I rung them and 10mins later it arrived. So I rung them up and told them I wanted new pizzas as the ones I got were awful, so they said they will send me fresh ones which would take 40mins!! To then ring them 50mins later to ask where they were and the manager said u told us u didn't want fresh ones and calling me a lier!!! Rude!! I won't be ordering from there again!

Yum yum yum. Pizza is so wrong that it just has to be right!! This company is consistently good in the taste of its pizzas. There is always plenty of topping and the delivery is great because our office is quite a way out of town. A great service - thank you folks

spent £26 online on a large pizza 2 sides and cookies to arrive at 20.30. booked this at roughly 17 30 to 1800. so they had notice. arrived at 21.00 half hour late and stone cold! rang manager who honestly doesn't have a clue what he is doing! offered me a £6 refund and a fresh order but would take up to an hour. £6 doesn't even cover half the order let alone inconvenience. I said I wanted full refund. he said he would send a driver to collect the food and refund my card which I agreed to. I refuse to pay £26 for cold food. 5 minutes later he calls back and says keep the food. all went in the bin! absolute joke. 5 to 6 days for my refund to go through! unhappy

Food wasn't cooked proprley ordered half and half with pepperoni dough balls they sent 2 pepperoni and 4 garlic food tasted nasty left a nasty taste after wards topping was falling of the pizza it's self won't be ordering again after that

He visitado esta Dominos unas cuantas veces y el servicio siempre ha sido genial. Pero esta vez no. Llegamos antes de las 22.00 , por lo que no estaba lleno, y colocarse y pagamos por nuestra orden. Sé que tienes que pagar más de la cuenta en Domino, pero la calidad es siempre impecable y el servicio rápido. Pero esta vez no. Una vez que el personal había tomado mi dinero perdieron interés. Mi nombre es escanda incorrectamente en la pantalla, la comida era tarde (según la pantalla), otros clientes sirvieron antes que nosotros, el chico de la cocina estaba constantemente en mi él teléfono. Finalmente las pizzas no llega, pero después de un corto trayecto en taxi, al ser frío. Hicimos todo lo posible con el microondas, pero no debería haber tenido ya que pagamos un precio premium. No volveremos de nuevo.

I had a Big Game deal on friday night and to start with my garlic bread smelt funny and tasted like cleaning fluid, I ended up putting this to one side and ate my Hawaiian pizza instead, roughly an hour later i was throwing up and having stomach cramps.

Hay que ordenar de Domino si decidimos tener una comida para llevar. La comida siempre es rápido y calor. Sabrosas pizzas con excelente corteza siempre llena mi no 1 pizzería y me enganchó a las galletas! Nunca es mala orden y siempre buenos chicos de entrega de servicio siempre amable

Ordered over telephone as online not working. Prompt answer and took order quickly. Even offered a few deals and specials. Was told 30 to 45 minutes delivery. it took the full 45 minutes I think we were 2nd on the driver run, it was what to be expected as normal domino temp when arrived. Overall good delivery

After being spoken to appallingly, being overcharged, to then find out Pizza Express offer the same meal for half the price I have vowed never to darken the doors of this place again. Expensive cheese on toast, that I think the staff would spit on if they had the chance, just for a laugh!

A colleague (my Boss) asked me to order and collect a pizza for her lunch, Dominoes is only across the road from our office so it is the obvious choice. So in I went ordered the medium pizza and garlic bread and took £8.00 change back from £20.00 - my boss said that she thought that as it was Tuesday should I not have got this as a buy one get one free offer. I questioned this when I went to collect and was told that this offer is only available on full menu price pizza ( I paid £7.99 for one - two would have been £8.99) but as I rarely eat fast food I was unaware of the offer. When I pointed out that maybe they should have said that there was an offer on I was told that there was nothing they could do as my order was already processed and basically it was my fault for not knowing about the offers available. I pointed out that could he not be a little more helpful and was told that no they could not be more helpful. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. The manager.franchisee just stood at the back of the kitchen and took no notice and offered no comment throughout the whole process. If you want to be ripped off by a pizza place in Lichfield this is the place to go.
