The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Ordered 3 pizzas and was delivered on time for the driver to come back and ask for one of the pizzas as was meant for a different person and my pizza was at their address. Was told he would collect it and bring it back to me to which I said I don’t want a pizza that’s been handled by another person. Called the manager who said he would send a new pizza out and the original driver returned with the Cold pizza from the other address trying to make out it was new. Both driver and manager lied.

Their [battered] Haggis suppers are amazing. I've had haggis a few places and nowhere is as tasty and delicious as Victors. Not many kept in the hot cabinet, so it is often cooked to order, well worth the small delay. That with proper chippy-chips, and a half cheese and onion pizza is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Food was ordered at 9:15 didn’t arrive until 23:25, called a few times to ask where it was, phone operator just said the driver couldn’t find us but he would be 10 minutes, 30 minutes passed still no food. Called again manager answered said sorry he said no one answered the door but we have ring doorbell and no one came to deliver any food, he said sorry I will send him back can I have your postcode. Food eventually arrived stone cold and of poor quality, ordered loaded fries all they was were chips cheese and mushrooms, pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and covered in grease. Order from here regularly but will not be again after today’s performance.

Pido 2 pizzas, una demasiado picante y otra allí solo mastica y pan. Dinero desperdiciado. Te sugiero que si compras no había dinero Y te digo gerente de tienda dicen que no puedo hacer nada si te gusta comer no tirar papelera grosero en gerente de tienda también

Took an hour to be delivered. The garlic bread was good but the pizza was nothing like normal dominoes pizza- this is the issue with franchise chains

2 hours late, dry, terrible food. No answer to the phone. The app said 10 mins , I asked the delivery guy why no answers and that I wanted a refund. He just kept saying no no no and walked away from me in the end. Can agree with previous comments - don’t waste your time or money here! The worst!!!!

Have always used this branch to order delivery tried to place an order and apparently they are unable to do half and half which apparently is their company policy - since when has this changed??!! The manager was so rude also and unhelpful like they don’t want business!! Called Barkingside instead who were much more helpful and able to fulfil my order although have to collect from them as they can’t deliver to me because it is on Gants Hills patch so annoying!!!

I ordered a chicken burger.. First time ordering ever... It arrived at 150am..I ordered at 1245am... When it arrived.. I had started to cook an omelette.. The driver did phone.. Delivered my burger and ran... No wonder.. Wrapped in a soggy brown bag.. In

Whilst thinking about the positives for my review I could only think of one and that had nothing to do with the food or some as items were missing) it was that the food arrived pretty quickly but was cold so wasn’t kept warm on the journey. The pizza arrived all squashed to one side of the box as if the box hadn’t been laid flat in the delivery car. The pizzas were extremely salty and so chewy that we couldn’t eat the crusts. The potato wedges were bland and soggy and the chicken wings were over cooked almost if the verge of being burnt. 1 item was missing from the order so I called straight away and was told it would be 5-10 minutes as they’d send the driving back to us. 1 hr later and still no sign of the missing item so we called again to be told it was too late for them to get it delivered to us.

Food was 2 hours late already and then after phoning multiple times and being told it would “just be 5 mins” we were told it was cold as he had forgotten the juice and had to go back! Did a re order and one box of food was missing, they apologised but only offered a refund and did not send the missing food. V disappointing.

Ordered from these tonight, the food was an hour late, cold. I have called for a replacement as I will not be eating that. Potato wedges had been cooked with chicken which had found its way into my serving. The kebab meat was tough and looked part cooked and no salad.Edit: having looked into this takeaway more they have a 2 star fsa rating and I can understand why. Avoid if you want good food.

Poor management of service from Kennington. Ordered Pizza online and they quickly took our money. When we called, the manager Madhu flippantly told us two hours for delivery making that 11pm or 4 days for our money back. We had to collect and do our own delivery. Deception and daylight robbery from the website. If they can’t deliver they should mark the site as collection only so as not be conned out of money. Annoyingly when I arrived there were 20 to 30 delivery bikes on site and only one customer in the shop. It baffles me that our order should take two hours? This is the second time this has happened and we are still waiting for our money back from the first time. Madhu, manager is not just a title it is a responsibility to manage the service provided in order to satisfy customers. FAIL!
