Pizza GoGo in Bromley

Whilst thinking about the positives for my review I could only think of one and that had nothing to do with the food or some as items were missing) it was that the food arrived pretty quickly but was cold so wasn’t kept warm on the journey. The pizza arrived all squashed to one side of the box as if the box hadn’t been laid flat in the delivery car. The pizzas were extremely salty and so chewy that we couldn’t eat the crusts. The potato wedges were bland and soggy and the chicken wings were over cooked almost if the verge of being burnt. 1 item was missing from the order so I called straight away and was told it would be 5-10 minutes as they’d send the driving back to us. 1 hr later and still no sign of the missing item so we called again to be told it was too late for them to get it delivered to us.

Absolute joke !! Manager has no customer service skills calling me a liar, there so called driver says that someone come out of my house weird as I was the only one home at the time and explained he delivered the pizzas to me which is not the case couldn’t tell me what the supposed person looked like ! No apology no food and no refund and disclosed it’s not his problem !! Absolute disgrace would give these a wide birth disgusting customer service

The food came quick and hot and also a free drink was added Thankyou very much will be ordering again

Love the food here, best pizza ever, always a good service, food is always hot and on time, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Tonight I brought a tuna thunder without the chilli peppers. When I opened the box I weren't sure what topping was on the pizza didn't smell like fish. I had tried a slice and it tasted odd so I tried a different slice I then notice a chemical taste. Wouldn't buy from here again! Will be taking it down the shop tomorrow to see why it's like this!

I recently had the misfortune of consuming the "food" that exited this franchise. When I looked upon the pizza I had been served I generally questioned the meaning of life, gazing over at the undercooked, glutinous, slimy filth I had just paid for. Not only was this "pizza" swimming in artery clogging oil that sat on top of the cheese forming puddles, the dough was incredibly undercooked and soft, furthermore as I attempted to pick up a slice I was unable to even consume the DNA altering waste as the slimy, slippery cheese slid entirely off the dough due the pizza being so undercooked, should've seen this as a warning not to eat the pizza, however after spending money I prevailed and after only 2 slices before dumping in the trash I feel as tho my DNA and arteries have been permanently altered for the worse. Order from here at your peril as the "pizzas" that come out of this restaurant are comparable to that of DNA Altering Chernobyl Roadkill, personally I would've had a more pleasant meal if I shared my dogs dinner. This Pizza Go Go is a very big NO GO!

Tastes lovely at the time and cheap but every pizza go go gives me a bad stomach. Should probably learn from this

friendly staff and can't go wrong with their Quorn selection of pizzas, it's also one of the few places that are open quite late this part of Petts Wood

I made the mistake of ordering a pizza from this pleace instead of going to our normal place Pizza Hut. The pizza was gross, over cooked and where exactly was the meat on this Go Go special, non existant. Never ever again, wouldn't eat anything from here even it was free.

We ordered a pizza last night from your pets wood store, but it never turned up. We ordered it about 10 mins before you closed, Recieved the confirmation email money was taken and we were still waiting an nearly 2 hours laters before we gave up and went to bed. We couldn’t phone as the store was closed and it just rang out. Not impressed. I want a full refund.Won’t be ordering from you again

Ordered at 8pm arrived at 10pm 2 x pizza chicken wings and chicken bites £28 and was burnt and horrid. Will not use again.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude and customer service from here. I am a regular customer and have always before liked the service however I have been sold raw chiros and was told I was a liar when I phoned up to complain ( I eventually got a replacement after being humiliated over the phone by the manager ) and today I was refused service as my new house has a name not a number? Frankly I don’t see the problem as it is an easy house to find! Defiantly wouldn’t recommend ( the dartford pizza GoGo is much better and they didn’t refuse me service )
