I ordered a chicken burger.. First time ordering ever... It arrived at 150am..I ordered at 1245am... When it arrived.. I had started to cook an omelette.. The driver did phone.. Delivered my burger and ran... No wonder.. Wrapped in a soggy brown bag.. In

Best pizza I've ever had and great prices. Sometimes a bit of a wait but worth it! Great vegetarian options

If I could rate a -1 I would. Shocking customer service and pizza. Took over an hour and 20 mins to be delivered to an address 10 mins away after midnight on a Thursday night (assuming it was not that busy) I phoned for my order then tried again to check where it was but no answer from the shop. Back and forth on messenger it finally came and was very cold so never got eaten. Told them this soon as it came that it was cold and I’ve asked for a refund which they are REFUSING to give me as they said “a cold pizza does not justify a refund”. I will not be eating here again so it does justify me getting my money back that was wasted on cold pizza. Arguing with me publicly on Facebook also I can’t get over how unprofessional this place is. It should not be open. They told me to just reheat it. And another conversation from the owner of the shop to another customer. Appalling

food was delivered 2 hours late, ordered on uber eats and were told the food was on the way until we received a call over an hour later saying they hadn’t even made it yet.

£30 for sauce on dough ! 2:10 minutes for delivery (cold) Pineapple clearly doesn’t go on pizza there ! 1 pineapple chunk per slice ! Had to pick of pineapple to eat the sauced dough . Literally seen my kids make better pizza from a snack pack Poorly cooked , poorly presented , poor taste , poor price All for small businesses taking what’s deserved from major chains but wow

Ate here for the first time, phoned ahead to ask a few questions and the young guy on the phone was super helpful. Will definitely be ordering again!

This restaurant has no social distancing measures you have to wait ages for food and no space to wait. Place full of drunks no masks. Disaster area. AVOID!!!

Took 3 hours to arrive, pizza was stone cold. They had a cheek to refuse a refund and said 'hope you enjoyed your food'absolutely disgusting customer service - you's should be ashamed of yourselfs!!!!!!

Disgusting food and worst customer service plus they don’t even receive their phone calls same goes for delivery aswell took hours someone come and shut this down 🙏

Unbelievably awful service. First order said it would be with us in 35-40 mins, almost 2 hours later it arrived, cold. Due to the bad service we were told we could order another time at a discounted price. Kindly that discount was actually 100% and we got our order for free, BUT, it took over 90 mins to arrive having been told on the phone it would be very quick because they had no other orders. We were then told it was a mix up and they’d throw in some dessert to make up for the additional delay....still never seen that! We will never ever order from Hey Pizza again. Shocking service for mediocre pizza.

Ordered two pizzas.. told it was going to be 50 minutes on just eat online... an hour and 10 goes by, called the restaurant.. was told it was going to be another 10-15.. so another 10-15 goes by and not here yet.. called back and they said the driver was close by.. so another 10 minutes goes by.. he arrives with two boxes of food sort of resembling pizza.. one wasn’t cooked all the way through, both of them were cold and one of them was missing toppings. I understand it’s festival season and people are busy.. but A) don’t lie about the time several times to avoid conflict B) make sure you cook your food all the way through to ensure people don’t get sick, even if it takes extra time and C) tell people how long it’s going to be as we received our pizza at midnight and would have been able to sort something else out rather than wait long periods of time for a cold soggy pizza that’s missing toppings we paid extra for 🤙🏻 Also maybe offer a discount as opposed to offering another pizza that we will have to wait another 2 hours for. Cheers!

We had few takeaway (collection) pizzas from here some time after it first opened. It was bit better than most of the frozen pizzas you can get from supermarkets (but I had better and cheaper from Lidl). You can't really compare it to some of the more established takeaway places in Edinburgh, but it's cheaper (large for 10 pounds, medium for 6 - doesn't matter what toppings, so simple Margherita is the same price as Deluxe Pepperoni). I would rate it as an average, but... I feel really bad for people who have to live above this place. Staff listening to loud music (dubstep) till very late hours (sometimes after 10PM). I live across the street and even double glazed, closed windows, can't really reduce enough noise they cause. The other thing is doing carpentry on the sidewalk. Most of the times in the evening (8-10PM), when people want to relax after work and kids after school. Last year they were hanging sign with the name till midnight, during the week, drilling... No regards for neighbours. There's two other restaurants here and I've never heard them doing any noise after 6 PM. But not this place! That's not how you run your business, especially in sleeping neighbourhood. It was shut for a long time so we were hoping, that the nightmare is over, but it recently re-open.
