2 hour wait no wings delivered driver offered I discount Regular chips .... 22 chips Tray of kebab meat I few pieces Shocking service shocking customer service Wants go again

Ordered tonight for 1st due to having friends round and we heard good reviews. It took 2 hours for delivery when we was told it would be hour an hour. The garlic mushrooms had spilt all over all the boxes so everything was covered in grease , the doner pizza was horrible, chips were undercooked and small portions. The only thing worth eating was pepperoni pizza and the Smokey slaw burger that wasn’t bad. Safely say we won’t be ordering from them again.

Can't send right food out, asked for burger with NO SALAD NO SAUCE it came covered in sauce and onions - sent it back n got brought the exact same thing back. Rang up n told them n got an attitude on the phone from the girl that was working don't know who she thinks she is, refused to sort it said 'oNiOnS aReNt SaLaD' for one, if i ask for no salad i mean no salad which is plain obviously - and no sauce well id like the think thats not to hard for her to compute. Wants to learn to lose the attitude she needs a good head shake and taught some customer service skills

One of the worst takeaways we have ever had. Absolutely no care or thought as gone into this meal. Chips were still potatoes… cold and stodgy. The pitta bread was as wet as the grease on the dinner meat! We love a takeaway dinner kebab but this was AWFUL!

We have used TBK regularly and found the amount and quality of food to be exceptional and great value for money. Would recommend!!

I order from tbk alot its great I highly recommend it to anyone everything is fresh and hot very nice

Absolutely great place we moved to moorends just over a year ago and stumbled across tbk a few months ago best pizzas for miles very reasonably priced fast delivery never had an issue

We ordered bologneise pizza,chips and onion rings,a honeycomb cheesecake and a red velvet cheesecake and 2 cans of pop.TBK rang after 50 minutes to tell us that they didn't have any bologneise so we ended up with ham and pineapple.Also there was no red velvet cheesecake so we ended up with another honeycomb one.It wasn't very warm when it arrived and didn't taste very nice

I have had constant text messages everyday from these idiots who produce disgusting food 😂 and they wonder why I won’t buy again haha they Spam your mobile number to if you never order from them again lol

Wrong kebab provided, then argued it was our mistake, even though we had a receipt with our order which clearly shows what we ordered. Disgusting service and quite frankly complete clowns on the front counter.

Ordered a chicken wrap which was tasteless. Ordered a chicken shish kebab tonight,absolutely shocking. The chicken was fatty cheap bits (what’s used in dog food) no taste, and chilli sauce was like tinned tomatoes. Will deffo not be ordering again

Rude staff on phone when sent item wrong phoned up and laughed over phone not go there again poor poor

The food used to be fabulous. We ordered at least once a week. We have recently been put off as the food does not taste fresh, food arrives cold, and taste cheap. The price has gone up put the quality has dropped. Such a shame.

Ordered tonight pizza was cold and other food was just warm chips dry, chicken burger bread all burnt, chicken burger too hard to chew threw. All was disgusting it’s gone in the bin I stopped ordering from here a while back and thought i would give this another try defiantly not again!

We ordered takeaway from these and was told it would be 45 mins, 1hr later our food arrived, we all had chips on our meal and these were cold and a bit soggy, one of the burgers looked really sloppy, no one enjoyed their food and usually we have when ordered previous times, the only thing that taste nice was the free garlic bread, think it will be a while before you order from her again, that’s if we do.
