Absolute shocking. Ordered at 5.45, Meant to be here at 6.30, stil not here. Absolute joke and lass on phone was no use! Fed up of ringing them. Do not recommended! Only ordered a pizza and a garlic bread.. Never again will I order here!!!! Wasted £22 and still got no food!!!!

Ordered, food came within 45 minutes. Brilliant! However, the order was wrong. Rang them back up to explain said they would sort and bring the correct order out. It took longer to get the correct second order than the first and it’s now 10pm and I’ve sent it back as I didn’t want it. Poor delivery driver, wasn’t his fault and he offered to drop a refund in. I hope he doesn’t do it out of his pocket and I’ve said he doesn’t need to. Baring in mind this takeaway is round the corner! Most delivery companies rush an order if it’s been done wrong. So my advice, if you want to take a chance your order is right first time, then it might be okay (didn’t taste the food, didn’t get that far) but if they get it wrong make sure you order in plenty of time, so it’s not too late! 🤷‍♀️ shocking customer service! Can’t comment on the food, sent it back as I don’t want to eat at 10pm!

Took over an hr to arrive even after a phone call.once arrived was barely edible,chicken burnt,the wrap was tough and cold.First time I've ordered and will certainly be the last.

Beaut food. Chips beaut. Cheap aswell. My kids new favourite. Will be a regular for sure. Just wish was abit hotter but still beautiful taste wise!

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but the food from here was inedible! It was the first time I ordered from here and the pizza was burned with barely any toppings, a horrible texture and chewy dough and the donner meat was dripping with oil, but hard and felt like rubber!! The delivery was quick, but everything else was awful.

Feed came after 2 hour of waiting pizzas burnt yet cold chips cold mushrooms cold and kebab raw

Ordered Christmas Eve items came after 2 hours of waiting and Rio telling just eat that it had been delivered twice, we ordered 2 pizza 2 chips kebab and cheesy mushrooms. I plated the food up which got binned as thepizzas came burnt yet stone cold, chips stone cold even my two year old wouldn’t touch them, cheesy mushrooms was cold and the kebab, well that was cold but raw! I have contacted just eat and they are only refunding 23 pound on a 32.50 meal, never will I ever use Rio pizza again

Vile vile vile!!! Just waited 2 1/2 hours for a pathetic amount of chicken donner thrown onto uncooked chips and tastes like dried out tuna, arrived cold and truly disgusting - never again!

Such a nice pizza, but so disappointed that it arrived barely warm! I pushed to order from here after enjoying my last order, but food arriving almost cold is absolutely unacceptable - especially given the cost of takeaways now! Delivery driver very pleasant, so no complaints about staff! Hope this can be sorted for future orders!

1.5 hour for a pizza to be delivered and when it arrived it was cold.....very poor

Always missing items off every time we order keep ya £3.49 for the missing items i will go elsewhere in future sure they love ripping ppl off either that or they cant employ ppl who can sort an order out absolute joke! Once or twice i accept errors but 3 out of 3 times never again!

Totally different prices on website to when I rang the phone, asked for meal d3al which clearly states £15.90..rang to order to be told £22.90, tried to explain but was rudely told the website is for a different company and don't order if don't like it!! I'm upset after being spoken to like this

16 inch pizza with 11inch worth of topping. Burnt too and cheese tastes of soap. Very odd wouldn't get again

Waited 2 and half hours for two kids meals to arrive and when contacted several times they constantly said it was on the way when it clearly never was and the food still hasn’t arrived!

Terrible. Only place I've ever had a garlic cheese pizza and it's had no garlic what so ever so that was binned. Pizzas were dry , tasteless and chewy. My daughter then found a black small hair on her pizza so the whole lot was binned. Absolutely disgusting no idea how they've got good reviews. Genuinely the worst takeaway I've ever had in my life!! giving no stars would be the only option. The delivery woman was nice though literally the only nice thing I can say about it.

Ordered food at 5pm Rang up at 18.05 Food apparently just left shop Didn't turn up till 7pm Food was stone cold I would not recommend this place at all Date 20/3/2023

We have been waiting since 4:30 and it is currently 7. We have called multiple times to find out where the pizza is yet have been told it is already on the way. Still no pizza. We understand it’s busy however we have been waiting 2 and a half hours.

Rio’s is definitely one of the best takeouts , they are always on time , if not early. The food is so good and they always get your order right , keep up to good food Rios

Pizza, burgers, chips very tasty but.. because it's so good they have too many orders and it's difficult to process it. I think it's time to expand and make some changes and I'm sure they'll get much more customers

Absolutly ridiculous, i m waiting two hours and half and still delivery didn t show up, first time and last time, the food will defenetly be cold, if is still coming… don t bother to order from them… i ring them after one hour and half and he said in five minutes will be here, waiting another hour and still nothing. Zero seriosity, zero profesionality, if i could do it i ll di the same : zero stars!

Ordered a 10” meat feast and chips.. asked for paprika on the chips but didn’t get any and the pizza tasted of grease. The order was also 30 minutes late.

This chicken is beyond well done; it's congratulations. And doesn't taste like anything, and is hardened inside, same with hotwings

Waited 45mins no food ,phoned store was told 5mins then 30mins later arrives cold. Terrible service so contacted store asked for a refund there attitude was couldnt care less so don’t use

Just prefect and always the best. Chicken is better than KFC. Pizza better than any other places. Good price as well for all the food. I would recommend this place to anyone.

After a busy day. Just fancied a pizza and garlic mushrooms and cake. I really enjoyed all of it . The pizza was fab. ( the doner kebab one) There was loads of mushrooms and the cake excellent. Will deffo recommend.

Food was ok but it could be more warmer price are really good deals are beat choice if u want more then 1 thing from menu if i go back maybe once to see if they improve sending food it right time before arrive quicker that will help.

Had several updates saying order was on the way ! Three hours later they cancel order ?? When we phoned them to ask why ‘ gentleman ‘ was extreme rude ! Will not be ordering again . Wish you well in business with this level or service and disgusting attitude !

This doesn't look like pizza, it looks like bread baked with salami. On the sides it is very burnt. You can't even eat it.

Orderd food at 8.20pm didn't arrive until 11pm! Staff lying to me saying 5 minutes then another hour passes! To have the phone put down also.. food finally arrives its cold half the order missing no chips with the kebabs as part of the meal deal. Asked for x2 cans of lilts.to be given 1 lilt and some can of rio. Tried calling the takeaway to resolve this. You guessed it they didn't want to talk. Do not order i want a refund

I ordered pizza ,spicy wings,chips on delivero all came cold, the pizza tasted like sweet pretzel, half of the toppings were ready. In appearance they looked good but the quality leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend.

Rubbish!!! Chicken kebab wrap, disappointing!!! Stale salad, chicken like charcoal all wrapped up in a soggy split fall apart wrap, overpriced, avoid!!!

Food is great the service is good I think it's one of the best takeaways Intake we have had a 16inch pizza and a bag of chips it came just under 50mins so good delivery well I only live down the road from them so that's probably why so I give them 10/10

Wasn't very happy food was over 10 mins late when i had already waited an hour. When i got the food it was cold and the chips were disgusting. They did my kebab wrong so phoned the shop they agreed to send another within 20 mins but waited another 40 mins Won't be ordering from there again very disappointed

Best lamb shish kebab I have ever had! Absolutely gorgeous. Delivered before the time stated and piping hot. Will be ordering from here every time now. Decent prices too. Highly recommend.

Our go to takeaway. Good food, decent prices. Have had occasional issues with deliveries, but they are quick to correct the problems and send our any omissions.

It's gone down hill, All food is salty and all the fried food has a weird taste. Its greasy and horrible, takes forever to get to you and normally has stuff missing

Food is good, closing right in front of your face, 20 minutes before the set time is not.

Garlic bread with mushroom was disgusting. The mushrooms weren't cooked properly and they were too thick. Even taking the mushrooms off it was still disgusting because of the mushrooms. Even the dog wouldn't eat it.

Tried them for first time last night.fantastic pizza and garlic bread definitely my go-to pizza place from now on

The food is very tasty, the standards of cleanliness and hygiene are amazingly beautiful and I have tried it myself many times Also they make the best chilli souce in the area taste like (Harisa)

Absolutely never again will I order from here, both my partners and my pizza tasted foul like the toppings had gone off. The delivery time was a joke as it took over an hour to get to mine and also never order the coleslaw as it was super sweet and also tasted rotten. We have thrown all our food away and have resorted to eating pringles. How this place has 4 stars on Google I will never know. I think someone from food hygiene should pay them a visit. On a positive note the delivery guy was polite.

Have used this place for 18 months and neva ad a problem.but the last 2 weekend the service has been awful and the food has gone down in my estimations.orders wer completly wrong after i asked them to repeat them back to me .shall be takeing my custom elsewhere from now on

Ordered online and food arrived earlier than expected - bonus! Pizzas were tasty and the burger meal was yummy. Only down side was the garlic bread - very dry. Lots of toppings on the pizza and the garlic bread was free so can't really complain.Good value for take-out.

What can I say, we ordered via just eat, it gave a delivery time which was ok, not quick but ok, and we waited.... And waited.... And waited... We rang the pizza place... Oh the driver is just slow he said, have a discount, only pay this much and he gave a figure.. And we waited... And waited... Aaaaand waited... 55 mins after the delivery time he showed up, by this time we had naturally ordered from somewhere else, I said I needed to check the food before accepting it, as some of it was chicken... It was stone cold so I refused delivery and got a dirty look while doing so.. This was on a Thursday... Hardly the height of the weekend , never again..
