Bread was atleast 1 day old, the guy putted old bread in between, such a shame will never go again

Placed an order here via Uber eats and was so shocked with the portions of grilled chicken salads I received! Salads were watery and leaked through the bag, the rest of the food was lukewarm. Waited an hour for my food to arrive. The delivery driver confirmed that the kids drink was in the bag which wasn’t. I called Ciao and explained these issues however the lady I was speaking to continued to speak over me and addressed that the salads are their portion sizes. She also agreed to deliver the kids drink. I waited another hour for the drink to arrive. My experience has been terrible. Will not be ordering again.

both my usual places were closed so tried here, what a mistake, it took 2 hours to get food not acceptable, after chasing it up "it was on its way" one person had gone by the time it arrived so wasted,but they didnt care and refused to refund anthing

Some of the best food and service I've had from a takeaway restaurant. It's actually deceiving that a takeaway restaurant could be this good. The food is so good for the price and the staff are so accommodating. Starters are always included in your meal which I think is absolutely amazing. The owner is the kindest hearted person and always welcomes us with a smile. We come here every week and will probably never stop!

Ordered a some big margaritas and chips for a pizza party and they were excellent! Four pizzas and 6 chips did for a party of 15 kids and their parents and left enough room for cake. Zero complaints all round and everyone wanted to know where we got them. Ready for the time they gave me and fantastic service throughout! Thanks guys will definitely be recommending you in the future.

I ordered via phone for delivery as the website was down. I order a medium mixed kebab with chips. It was more like a kids meal and was luke warm. This place use to be great, but it seems to be going downhill fast!

I Placed an order online for a kebab but it had no option to add sauce to it, a quick call to the restaurant and the issue has been resolved. Food is fantastic well worth a try

Ordered food just after 8pm , said id receive it between 5past and 25past 9. Got it about 10pm 🤨 took it to the table opened 1 box CHIPS AND CHEESE Hmmmm opened box number 2 CHIPS CHEESE! Oh I ordered chicken kebab with side of chicken liver and bottle of water. Rang up explained to a woman who struggled to speak English. Explained it to her over and over till she said she got it and will be 20mins. I ope chips and cheese BOTH BOXES long black hairs in both boxes 🤢🤢. Delivery guy knocks at door hands me the box I explain there was hair in the 1st order and he says he will feed it back 😳. Go into the kitchen, buy this point dogs are literally having everything anyway. Open the boxes chicken liver chicken liver NO CHICKEN KEBAB. I ring back explain another guy who can’t understand English. I explain he says they will send it out, I wait 1hr call back he tells me there not sending it out and I should be happy I got chips and cheese. I try to explain about the hairs as it’s not been fed back and phone goes down and now no answer. Soooo people PLEASE GIVE THIS VILE DISGUSTING PLACE A MISS!!! Best to order of Main Street not off some rat infested back streets as I’ve found out where it’s actually located. STAY CLEAR

Ordered at 8pm got to me at half 9, opened my chicken box to find chips and cheese then to open my chicken liver box to find yes chips and cheese. Phoned up spoke to a lady who could hardly speak English. Explained I have the wrong order she says no worries reads my order out and tell me I’ll get them sent out in 10 to 15 minutes and to keep the chips and cheese WELL 1. BOTH chips and cheese had a 2 to 3 hairs in them 🤢. So obviously they went straight into the bin. 30 minutes later delivery driver drops me of a box and tells me sorry for everything we are extremely busy. I told him about the hair and just said he would feed it back I was shocked that’s all he said but I checked my new box that I wasn’t actually going to eat due to the hair issue. And guess what 2 boxes of chicken liver No chicken kebab shawarma!!!!!! Rang again spoke to a guy this time and yes couldn’t hardly speak English told me the chicken would be with me in 10 15 mins later ( at this point it was going to my dogs anyway with the liver) wait an hour call back up. HE TELLS ME THEY ARE NOT SENDING ANYTHING BACK OUT AND I SHOULD JUST EAT THE CHIPS AND CHEESE I GOT IN THE FIRST ORDER. Had a back and fourth and they put phone down after him calling me an English white BSTD. Weird thing is I am mixed race 🤷🏽‍♂️ Will be paying with cash going forward after checking my order is correct. But yea DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ITS DISGUSTING IN EVERYWAY.

Disappointment.. ordered the ciao special which I always get was missing the lamb steak and got 2 strands of donner meat this special is £30 pound me and partner get it to share ithas lamb and chicken their was no lamb at all other than the chop. Just a big tray of rice hardly no meat never again!!

Absolutely shocking, we only ordered 2 cheesy chip wraps & a chicken 1. Over a hr late, i rang up & the conversation was not clear to what had happened to our order so i then went on app & tapped on "its late", it then said it'd be 5 minutes, it was still another 15 minutes, in total it was 2 hours from ordering to delivery. They were wrapped so thin, barely warm & hardly any sauce on it & as for cheese I didn't taste any. 100% will never order from here again.

pizza was delicious but because of the delivery guy being very rude and calling me a lier I don't think I will order from here anymore. it is a shame though.

The diver came 20 minutes late. The food I received was really cold to the point I have to reheat it. No good at all very disappointing. I did not get no apology from the diver for this giving me the food late and cold.

i live round the corner from them i placed order after 3pm on just eat recived after 5pm.Very nice delivery driver... app shows that the order being delivered but it was not so i rang them 1st time told me that it will be with me in 5min. 20min later i called again and the same lady says that the driver is with them now quite dispointed what is going on? she try to blame app but i order often so i know its not true

I speak with the owner and I celebrate there my wife birthday. A little party ,20 persons invited .Good food, excellent service, very decent price and most important thing is the feeling when you are let to organise how you want. You can play your music, can bring your drinks of you want. From my point of view was a success and I highly recommend.

Hi i am very upset with this order. firstly, it was 45 minutes late. secondly, when the order arrived the food was cold due to the order being late. i am a regular customer here and i am not satisfied.

two and a half hours late!. my son is diabetic and having to wait over Two hours for food isn't acceptable. if any business cannot cope with demand on weekends then do not offer delivery service on a weekend

Honestly, I don't even know where to start. I ordered food at 17:41 only to recieve it at about 18:55, the food arrives lukewarm, the chips were soggy and the only thing that saved the pizza was the garlic sauce. Furthermore the driver delivered it to the wrong address therefore ringing me and again telling him my address for the 2nd time. If I could rate this a 0 I would. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Placed the order at 21:00. Order accepted straight away, delivery time provided - 21:35-21:55. Family waited for food. 22:00 food still not arrived, rang the restaurant - no answer - messaged via Just Eat - status of food then changed immediately and message received to state food would be no longer than 22:10. At 22:15 food still not arrived, requested money back. Family members went to sleep. 23:00 knock at the door, delivery driver passed the food over and left - no communication/no apology!

pizzas were amazing again. cheesy garlic bread amazing. chocolate cake amazing. chips even nice for a takeaway away 😊

The food wasn't like I ordered "was missing half chicken and the pizza was cheese-free. I do not recommend before there was everything as I ordered and recently I got a lot of wine is in service because I do not know what packs and to whom they send.

Very disappointed with the order, I ordered a garlic burger and a chilli one both with salad and I got the chilli one alright and second one it was plain, not even garlic also both cold. A burger always has to be hot otherwise is rubbish. And the cheesecake turned up as being a sponge cake. Don’t recommend

Late by 32 mins from there latest time they gave us for delivery by the time we got the food it was cold and 1 of our pizzas had the box laying on the pizza due to box caving in on it very disappointed with it 1 pizza wasted chips wasted 2 wraps only just warm in the middle ended up feeding the last pizza to my wife and kids after warming up
