Convinced my food wasn’t even cooked

The tuna pizza had easence of tuna and the carribean chicken was unseasoned and pineapple was definitely not roasted.

The chicken had a strange taste and a very long waiting time !!!

Roughly about time they said it would be but the pizzas was dreadful and probably the worse pizza I have ever eaten when ordering out if we wasn't stuck at the hospital overnight then I wouldn't have been eating it

Seen that my food was on its way. Waited for a bit and then looked on here to see where my food was and it said it had been delivered. Food got left on the door step. Food was freezing

We order often from ciao but recently it has gone down hill, the order I placed today was missing parts of the order and wrong parts came too

Never order from this place! Called 20 times and restaurant doesn’t pick up! Waiting for my order for 1.5h. Had to go to restaurant and check what is happening because uber won’t help with other then giving you the option to call the restaurant, which doesn’t pick up!

Best takeaway in Doncaster always look after me very nice and very good portions also delivery time is very fast always Hatfield and polite service

Food was cold, the chicken I had was luke warm on the top cold in the middle surprised if I don't get food poisoning lol. salad was dry and stale must have been there all day. The Woman on the till was Verry rude she was arguing over a wrong order asif it was my fault never seen anything like it in my life 😂

I would not recommend this place at all, the service was terrible. When they got our order wrong they then said it was our fault and there was nothing they could do. And so I was was left with something I did not order that was completely cold, and the salad looked like it had been sat for days

Garlic bread supreme was over cooked and cold

I have been couple days ago and I ordered two large mix kebab.We are ate in. They gave us very less meat like regular size maybe like smaller portion for both. We had still hungry. I don’t what happened with this place Never been like this before Never again sorry

If u order something be careful, maybe your order is not complete or missing something… the last time when I order with them, more satisfied when u eat there. … not the first time when order here and the same missing products.

Worse cheesey chips ive ever had.

Got food for myself and friends it came in a timely manner, however when the food arrived it was all cold. I rang up the shop to complain and was told that I wouldn't get a refund and the driver was going to come back to check the food was actually cold. To do that he would have to put his hands all over my food which would mean that I wouldn't be able to eat it afterwards anyway. I was then told that the if it was deemed to be cold the food would be taken back to the shop, but I still wouldn't get a refund.

Great food. always comes hot and early. good quality. never had a bad meal from here so for that reason I highly recommend

when delivered the pizza was really nice, delivery person just handed the package to me and went off, perhaps they were having a bad day..deffo order again tho.

Onion rings cold soft and chewy - inedible - chips n cheese were free but lukewarm and claggy at best. Pizzas - both and cheese crust which I had to have for some reason ( couldn’t remove ) - meat feast was ok but a bit sparse on topping / bolognese and as heavy on onion light on meat and not a great deal of bolognese flavour. Disappointed overall

When I ordered peri peri chips thought would be peri salt but come with tiny bits of peri sauce on there which wasn’t what I thought it would be and the wrap didn’t have a lot of doner more wrap than doner meat

I've ordered many times here and the issue is there is no quality control sometimes it's amazing with generous portions another time half cooked with tiny portions and missing items. It's a very much hit or miss kind of place.

I’m getting sick of it now, Ciaos service has drop extraordinarily, we use to get on so well when I was ordering daily back during lockdown but now absolute pathetic establishment food is almost never warm by arriva, receive attitude almost every time there’s an issue and I just order a pizza deal £17 odd in the end and only one of the pizzas was made the way we wanted and they did what they wanted to mine instead of offering a 2nd pizza option on just eat I’m so done.

The food was not properly cooked, the delivery was late, even after I called twice asking for a delivery update and being told 5 minutes, 5 minutes. NEVER EVER buying from here again!!!

Order a deal for 2 make your own on received one that was actually chosen so I didn’t get to eat the other one is here getting cold because it’s not what I ordered and a place if stuck should make 2 of the same instead of making it up as they go along

Been coming here years it’s gone TERRIBLE the Romanian woman is rude and after not bring the food as ordered proceeded to shout at us the. Finally replaced it. Then brought stale cold naan so had to change it then she went in kitchen screaming horrible things about me in Romanian then when we asked for a takeaway tub refused to give us one and said we had to pay for them. Absolutely shocking service. Dirty cutlery also

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for two small pizzas, delivered pretty much cold. Tried ringing the shop & got instantly told that they’ll speak to me soon without letting me say a word, 5 minutes later I hung up because all I could hear was background noise.
