Been let down again. Food is always late and cold. Won't order from there again. Today 45 minutes late, no help from staff whatsoever.

Horrible place customer for many years lady service me lie no soup gave other customers front of me discussting shop and overcharged me for humus !!! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Do never order from this place disgusting and rude.

Dont waste your money on this food.

Place is utter crap, never ordering from here again.. it takes 2h, yes 2h to deliver. That’s after you ring and they tell you the cliche 5 mins, but anyway, as you can imagine food stone cold.. tastes awful, don’t think the chicken even seen the grill, possibly cooked on a radiator..raw, place is a pure shambles.. needs shutting down.

Terrible ordered food took 1 hour longer than it said ordered paprika chips and came with no paprika

food was great but the drinks delivered didn't match the order, ordered a Rio and a Red Grape Glass bottle got a Fanta Orange and a Raspberry glass bottle

The food tasted nice but it was stone cold when it arrived, very disappointed

The kabab was dry the pitta bread looked like a dog had hold of it and the chips where undercooked

All the food was cold pizza chips and garlic mushrooms not happy at all will never use ciao again

My meal was delicious tasty and very filling too, i hadn't tried this before but i can recommend it so well worth the money, just right amount in the deal box fir me anyway so will definitely be order similar again. Thankyou ☺️ 10/10

Calificaría 0 si me dejara. Pedimos comida para llevar el martes 26 de noviembre de 2024 a las 6 : 30 por llamada telefónica y pidió la entrega. Nos dijeron que serían 45 minutos. Pasó una hora y todavía nada, así que decidí llamarlos y las líneas telefónicas estaban apagadas / ocupadas, seguí llamando constantemente a la línea telefónica durante otra media hora hasta que tuve suficiente. Viajé al lugar y pregunté dónde estaba nuestro pedido, convenientemente estaba fuera con el repartidor, 1 hora y 45 minutos les tomó a ellos para llevar la comida a nosotros cuando nos dijeron 45 minutos por teléfono. Entiendo que los lugares están ocupados, pero ¿por qué aceptar más pedidos cuando ni siquiera puede entregar los que ya ha tomado a tiempo! ¡O incluso dinos que llegas tarde! La comida estaba absolutamente helada cuando finalmente lo conseguimos. No estoy contento en absoluto y sin duda nunca pediré desde aquí de nuevo. ¡Evita!

burger was okay. actual burger meat was really good but bread was dry and salad was bad. pizza dough was underdone.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery. They didn’t give me my son’s pizza. Phoned them with them telling me that it will be delivered in five minutes. 15 minutes later another phone call with no explanation. 15 minutes later the delivery driver called saying that he gave it us which I said if I had it I wouldnt be on the phone. 15 minutes after that I phone again to find out what’s happening. Got asked if I’d not had it delivered ‘I sent it 10 minutes ago love’ arrived 4 minutes later fresh

2 pizzas where burnt. It's not acceptable to deliver this quality. Honestly I need to ask money back for 2 pizzas.

Poor quality food, the lamb chops I’ve had order were not cooked properly!! Meat was still raw and blood all over the meat, absolutely disgusting. Also the rest of the items like chips and rice were cold and tasteless. If you think to order from here l don’t!

Great experience I have 1/2 chicken grill box with fries and cheese, coleslaw, garlic dip(2pots because one was free) , garlic bread and a can of 7 up! Food arrived very hot and warm bread!!! Delicious! Ciao pizza definitely recommend !!!!

fabulous tasty food a meal for one but it feeds two

The chips in both meals were stone cold and the meat was only luke warm. Unfortunately dissapointing as we normally get fantastic food and service when eating in at Cioa. The delivery of food to our home was sadly unsatisfactory.

Food like always was amazing. We took today mixed pizza and mixed kebab. Delicious.

Food was herendous wouldn't order from here again kebabs was freezing the nan was ripped in half wasn't even a full nan the chips was freezin and to top it off when I rung up he just gave me abuse on phone and said they do there nans like that but atleast there fresh absaloute joke

pizza fab as normal but was 1hour late should of been hear between 720 - 740pm and it came at 850 after a phone call. if you can't do the orders then don't take them stop being greedy for money. a bun and 2 chilly dips are no good to me I don't like either. this was a part of a birthday party which was not good it was ruined by your times you said you would be hear just not acceptable

Absolutely shocking. It took 2 hours for delivery. The pizza was stone cold, the burger bun was burnt with the burger cold. The chicken shish was slightly warm it must have been at the bottom of the delivery bag while the doner was cold and greasy. Will never order from here again as when I rang the restaurant they said it was on its way, then I rang 20 minutes later they said it had left 5 mins ago. Shocking food to go with a shocking service

The calzone was cracked and burnt. No cheese on the edges and on the top, instead of tomato sauce there is ketchup. Very weak, getting worse.

There was missing bean soup in the order

I didn T recieve the right order ,i had only one garlic sauce and i ordered 4 ,only 3 naan breads and i ordered 6..and the worst thing is that i had only one portion of chips ,with the rest i had only salad,on 4 meals ,that i ordered with chips

Ordered on Uber eats, a prawn salad and bbq chicken,driver arrived and could tell no salad was included. He said he’d come back. Another driver arrived with this…this is the second time they either don’t have what I’ve asked for and don’t bother to contact me or just try to leave it out altogether. Used to be lovely but disappointing waiting 2 hours for this.

Food was lovely but was missing my drink. Also the food was ‘warm’ but could have been prevented as the delivery driver was sat outside my home for a good 10/15 minutes before he actually delivered it. I had to warm the food up in the microwave so it was still edible so it wasn’t wasted

It is one of the finest street food places I come to eat every time I visit Doncaster. Delicious fresh meat with generous portions and hospitable staff.

Ordered food gave them a call to see where it was at 15 minutes past delivery they said it’s on its way rang them again 45 minutes past delivery time to be told it was sent 5 minutes before my phone call

pizza and cake were beautiful as always but took ages to come so fell asleep and got woken by the door bell. also the advertisement of wraps should be better as they are on a naan rather than a tortilla and if this was stated we wouldn’t of ordered one as that went in the bin
