Absolutely horrible food I ordered a chicken burger and got a 1 centimetre chicken patty I also ordered chips and got chips that tasted like they had been cut up then just served to me they just tasted like raw potatoes will never be back at there again. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant/takeaway to anyone.

I decided to stop in at lunch to Supermacs and found a modern and clean shop with friendly staff. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. It took 5 mins and it was far better than I’ve ever had. Defo going again with kids. Underestimated.

10" pizza with three toppings . When you first look at you pizza you think it's a cheese only because they cover the toppings in cheese so you can't. See how little toppings there is on the pizza . It looks cooked but it's so soggy you have problems picking a slice up . How hard is it to cook a pizza ... common

Myself and my partner went to the Supermacs part. We ordered 2 burgers and chips meals. I asked what sauce was on the burgers as I ordered. I was told only red sauce with cheese and onions. So i ordered 2meals. When we got the burgers there was red sauce and a pink sauce (like the big mac sauce) which I don't like. I was not told this would be on it when ordering. So I brought it back as I did I seen a male worker and as i was walking toward him he went to turn away, i called him and he was plainly trying to ignore me. I eventually got his attention and explained would he mind switching the burger so that it only had red sauce saying to just keep the burger as it was but only red sauce please. His attitude was very rude. No apology given. When the burger eventually came back all it had on it was red sauce. No cheese or onions. So they managed to get my order wrong twice! It was almost laughable. The staff member obviously didn't bother listening to me. I honestly couldn't be bothered going up to get it changed again as by now the chips were near cold. Very disappointed. Would get nicer food from a chippie for cheaper. Wouldnt be back.

I typed in Papa John's on Google and clicked on the website associated with the Papa John's in dundonald. Saw a large pizza for £9.99. happy days. Ordered and picked it up. I was charged £15!! I was told that the deal doesn't apply to northern ireland even though it is the website that I am directed to when I search for this papa Johns. Not happy

We don't get many takeaways but as a treat and because we were running late, we decided to try supermacs, my husband and son wanted the fish and chips but I wanted a burger and onion rings, we picked the food up, it was was lovely and hot we opened everything no burger lots of chips two lovely big fish, onion rings but not my burger, straight on the phone the girl could not apologise enough said she thought the burger had been put into bag, she promised a new one would be made and delivered asap, true to her word a fresh burger was at my house about about 15/20 mins later, along with two ice creams and two chocolate muffins. Nice bonus. I got a pizza another time again could not fault it will get again.

First time at supermacs , thought I'd try it out for lunch as I had always meant too. Just bit hard to go there when Raffos, thyme an the burrito bar are competitors and more tempting . I went for the chicken breast burger meal for myself and the kids nugget meal for my daughter, I asked what sauce they had and they told me they only served curry. I said so no chicken gravy? No, lol so I got the curry to try . I waited 13 mins before it was ready , and I thought well there prob making it al fresh when I saw the chef putting frozen chicken nuggets into the fryer ! So not cooked from fresh . Tried to remain positive. So after a long wait and drive home to taste what was a very poor meal . To be honest my chicken burger wasn't too bad although it tasted very like a McDonalds chicken mayo burger . The chips were ok . I the curry sauce was exact same as sweet curry , which I don't like . The kids nuggets were quite hard but the chips were ok. Just glad I went here so that I can put my mind at ease that never to go again. Really need to get in chicken gravy , gravy and maybe garlic mayo . Provide a quicker service , Cook food properly from scratch and not straight from freezer . Reduce prices as the portions r too small for what u pay .

Called in for lunch for a takeaway and had to wait a good while. It wasnt busy but the staff were very nice.

Heading down hill badly, tried this when it just opened and loved it, everything done bigger than any other burger store. But tried it for a second time, Never Again. Sorry

Decided to visit and try out the menu. Bad move. Just spent thirteen pounds on a takeaway meal that was rubbish. Two burger meals with medium drinks, and got home to find one of the burgers wasn't even what I had ordered. Considering I was the only person being served at 6pm at night I think says it all. Over priced and terrible service. Will not be back

Have been twice to this place, but definitely never again. The first visit was curiosity even though I had heard bad things I wanted to judge myself. Basically the food seems to have been bought from a cheap frozen food supplier, the veggie burgers are tasteless. We were very disappointed, they give cheap plastic toys as part of their kids meals, which incidentally didn't work on both occasions! The second time I went was due to our child begging to go, so I relented, I believe in second chances, bad move, the food was just as bad, the price just as expensive and the reason for second visit in child's eye? A balloon! Yes that was the highlight of both visits, you get a free balloon. It would be better for both purse and stomach if you were to buy a balloon elsewhere!
