Horrible service, order completely wrong and frankly inedible - never have I been spoken to like that when ordering food. Will never return

Guys I know you’re hungry here’s the spark notes- this place is disgusting it takes like dog food. You are better off eating your fingernails. Apologies to the owner maybe it’s not your fault but this food is morbid and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Whoever actually put it in the wrap and served me it you need to do a lot of thinking.

Well that’s what £15 quid will get you rotten lettuce that stinks from how old it is a stale chicken burger and a couple of chips

Ordered on 16/01/25 chicken pakora keba and a sausage gravy supper. Delivery driver didn't even ring the doorbell (of which there are 2 - normal doorbell and video doorbell) just dumped the bag on the step outside the house. I saw this on the video doorbell footage from upstairs. Dick move. Rude. Now the food, the chicken kebab was ok. The sausage supper was absolutely foul. The gravy was lumpy and horrible, and the sausages were either not pork sausages or if they were they were burnt to the point you couldn't taste anything.. Would not order here again.

2022 Please do not order anything from this kebab shop, we ordered at 19:07 and waited for around one hour and forty mins. They cancelled our order without telling us we only found out once we called and they said there was no drivers and the food was cancelled. Embarrassment of a kebab shop never order ANYTHING from here Two years later Update: a few months back I saw a HUGE rat run from the alley way behind the shop then across the road. Just remembered as was talking to a friend about it. Just don’t order from here I’m shocked they’re even allowed to still be open

Ordered 3 hours before they closed last night, estimated 50 mins for delivery. Time came and passed and heard nothing, requested an update on uber eats which I never got. Called multiple times but apparently the phone doesn’t get picked up. They never cancelled my order, woke up to a notification it had been delivered this morning at 5:20 (spoiler it hadn’t) Wouldn’t chance ordering again, save your money

Don't think there is much hygiene white tiles ate turning grey menu boards where dirty. Had a mixed kebab with chips not alot of food for the money think I'll be giving it a miss in the future was first time as well I'll give any where a first try. Need to get a deep clean

This is the worst fast food I have ever seen, I ordered a kebab menu on UberEat 3 hours before the restaurant closed and my order never arrived. I called the restaurant 4 times with no response. The worst part is that they never canceled my order and I was therefore charged!!! Don't go there.

I came as a tourist in Belfast and I’m absolutely chocked about how good they are and the delivery is so fast ,I would definitely come back to eat this food again .

Ordered through Uber eats ( screenshot so you know I'm not bs'ing) and in store though in store is better cause you don't have to pay any extra fees and its better for small businesses but sometimes im too lazy to do that, love the loaded chips with cheese curry and ham it's my favourite, I see they recently added on just eat so that's nice for people who use that, can't complain really never had a bad order from these guys, I guess YMMV but I've had multiple orders and never had cold food but I live locally so I guess that would be a factor for this. I wouldn't order from them again and again if they were liars and crap like some people say, portion size is good, comes In standard take away sizes, comes quite quickly. the garlic bread is alright, kebab wraps are nice, I prefer no salad with cheese, my partner likes the burgers. The box is good too it's a pizza box just full of kebab meat and stuff.

Ordered through deliveroo. We ordered two 10” share boxes, one without salad, the other with salad, two house sauce and two drinks. The driver delivered the boxes with drinks, but no salad or sauce. The order was delivered 20 minutes late and the meat was lukewarm. The chips were cold. I tried calling the store on both deliveroo and the listed number 6 times from 19:45-19:55, but nobody answered. We have paid for something which was not provided in full and would like a refund.

I ordered two kids kebab meals that cost me £15 and waited over an hour for them, and never received them, after going home and ringing the shop, I explained the situation to them expecting a refund for the two meals I never received, they hung up 3 times not wanting to listen, and not giving me my refund. I think this is completely out of order and expect better customer service than this when visiting a fast food restaurant.

Absolute joke! Ordered a chip and g bread for delievery! By the time to food got here it was freezing and editable! The chips where so soggy (and i had paid for cheese which i got about 3 shreds of), for the likes of the garlic bread… how is it possible for you to create wet garlic bread? You must have mastered this art by now because the cheap Iceland slices cooked by you or staff! By the time it was delivered it was wetter than a nun being impregnated by our Lord and saviour

Order never arrived. Driver lied and said that it had been delivered to me at the door. He said that he asked “Did you order food?” and that the person said yes so he just handed it over without proper verification (I live in a very busy student area so it is obvious that someone would just say yes and take it.) So he gave it away to the wrong person, and then when I rang up they just were rude and said it had been delivered and essentially accused me of lying. I did not get a refund or any compensation for this matter and it doesn’t seem like the staff care anyways. Don’t waste your time or money here when it really could be spent somewhere at least worth a 2 star rating as they would probably be great in comparison. AVOID!!!!!!

I had been getting off them for a while, a few years, I phone them for the first time to ask for some specific which they say is on the menu on Uber. A steak kebab on chips. I mention it isn’t. So I’m hung up on. Honestly the ignorance.

I phoned to place an order and they guy who picked up abruptly said, not on the phone then hung up. I'm not to sure if they only take orders online but I didn't get a chance to ask them. Customer service go's along way in any business.

At this stage i cannot avoid to leave my negative feedback. On the 31st of January 2024 I ordered online a takeaway of the ammount of £27.46 which I never received the food. I phone them back several times asking for my money to be replaced in my account without success. Despite, the previous calls which the staff promised me to inform the manager and to resolve this issue, I did not receive my money back yet. After 10 days?? What is it next?? I have to report it to the police for fraud? Damiano.

My partner and i had ordered 2 mixed kebabs, waited an hour on them and when they came, we only got 1 mixed and 1 doner. Contacted uber eats about the mistake. Food was absolutely horrible we only had a couple of bites and couldnt eat it. Chips are like little pockets of grease as if theyve been fried in dirty oil. I use to get outta this place all the time when i use to live down the road and it was my all time favourite. However the place has went completely downhill. Only nice thing was the house sauce lol. Disappointed.

We waited 2.5+ hours for two doner kebabs which arrived cold. Additionally we attempted to call the restaurant nearly 10 times and when we finally got through the staff were unhelpful and rude. Regardless of the quality of the food which was actually good, I wouldn't order from here again based on their service.

Me with my family was walking one evening and noticed this shop and ordered a mixed kebab. It took 10 minutes for the preparation that is normal. I have tried many kebab from belfast and was disappointed every time. But this one was a surprise. The quantity was amazing to feed two or three people and the taste was brilliant. And it cost only £9. I tried the same menu next day also. Don't know much about the pizza and other things which I don't interested in.

The quality was so nice and just 15 minutes after ordering I've had my meal. Perfect 🥰

Ordered for collection, Got a chicken kebab in pitta chicken with lettuce and onion, big portions, chicken was nice and fresh and staff were friendly!

the pizza was totally wrong i ordered half pepperony half cheese and they send doner pizza , hawian burger with salad and garlic sauce i order and they call me they dont have pineapple so i said its okay but they send just burger with meat and garlic sauce and also i order large coke and send just 2 cans . after i call them they said they will send me the correct food in 15 minutes but i wait another over 1 hour . so all night family dinner its ruined 😞 . Very unprofesional

Been going around trying out different Kebab shops, decided to order the Mixed Kebab on Nan £10.50 that is suppost to have 6 meats plus salad and sauce, they only gave me 3 of the 6 meats and no salad and charged me full price, will never be back.

Friendly people, generous servings, good food. For three men, our only complaint was too much delicious kebab and chips. It was supposed to include salad and didn't, but that seems like a bonus most of the time. We were only in Belfast for one night, but we'd definitely go back.

Order came after 1.30 minutes I am understand can be busy but I told two times on the phone I don't want sauce inside but instead I want two garlic dips . Order came without sauce dips when I called to the shop and explain he start to say I never mentioned about that . Disappointed never order again .

As under new management you can see a difference. No manners or customer service give you wrong order then say its your fault telling them wrong thing. Food was awful aswell burger BURNT and pizza wrong side and under cooked

Food was delicious, ordered a steak wrap with cheese lettuce and garlic sauce. The portion size was huge, steak cooked to perfection perfect amount of salad and sauce... Yummy will definitely get again new favourite 🤤

Got some pizzas for a late night munch and one of them weren't even cooked in the slightest and had a nasty grey colour in the dough. Disappointed as usually Kebab express are nice. Not tonight !
