Very poor pizza dry no taste and boring . Chips where nice bread and butter sandwich.. pizza in the bin. Omg when I rang him back he hung up on me and called me names I rang back to question him I'm blocked hahahaha . Don't eat from here please .

Hello, I rung up and ordered garlic dip with a side of kebab and they sent me a bottle of lynx epic fresh won’t be back

Will never be back. The owner is the most ignorant & rude person- we had placed an order & they charged us the full amount and cancelled our order, i had rang to ask why he had cancelled and said we were to far to deliver to even though they have delivered to us before no issues. When i offered to call to shop to collect food he said i would have to pay again even though they still had our money from the original order. The way i was spoken to on the phone was ridiculous considering i was offering to help by coming to store to collect if it was too far delivery.. not to mention we paid £6 for the delivery which is ridiculous in itself.

The grazia is two minutes walk from my house, I've never had a bad kebab or pizza from them a lot of the people complaining are ordering on a Saturday night when the place is packed instead of being lazy & ordering a takeaway on a Saturday night u should go into the shop & order it it's cooked right in front of you ,& the grazia special mixed nan bread is the best I've ever tasted. I'm from Scotland, spent over 8 years in London & now live in East Belfast. Don't believe the reviews I just had a grazia special nan bread kebab with doner kebab, chickey kebab, chicken tikka, steak kebab & chicken pakora in with salad & sauce for ,£8,50 &it was massive & full of meat I couldn't eat half of it but I have a lovely breakfast waiting fotyme tommorow morning before I go to work.

Probably the worst service and worst kebab of all time! No salad, no cucumber, no cabbage, threw the food and shouted at staff & customers, the staff were so rude AND we watched them aware at customers for asking for salad!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t give zero star , the owners attitude it’s completely stink , zero customer service , a part of his unfriendly behaviour. He asked for £1 to put little ketchup the chips , ketchup is free almost everywhere including McDonald’s , greedy man, I spent £13.50

Hands down the best kebab shop in Belfast! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order either. Always have a chat with the wee man who always works there, the manager I assume, he is so lovely and really makes the place magic. Would recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it! (Especially a the donerita pizza with extra cheese and house sauce)

If I could give zero stars I would, this place is an utter disgrace used to order from here all the time and was lovely and I don’t know what’s happened… ordered a cheese pizza and a steak baguette, cheese pizza was burnt, like cardboard and just unedable, the baguette was completely burnt, onions wee burnt and so was the steak and the cheese was stuck to the paper that it came in, was supposed to come with onions, mushrooms and peppers only came with onions… phoned the store and just was complete and utter rudeness from the boss, shouting down the phone saying there was nothing wrong with and asking what did we want him to do put it in a box… disgusting behaviour and with myself also working in a pizza place as customer service head… I’d be sacked if I spoke to customers like this… disgusting and will never be back

Order the seafood pizza it was dry and like cardboard. Plus it was 20 mins late I also order can or coke and Fanta lemon and I got diet coke and Fanta orange

Best pizza and kebab I’ve had in a while. All the food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. The wait wasn’t too long and the server was really friendly. The donner kebab was amazing.

An absolutely shocking behaviour off the person on fone my child wanted kids meal and they delivered to wrong address rang up and man was so rude to me on fone saying they tried ringing my fone which I rang number bk and was on another call absolute joke no customer service at all I would definitely avoid this place ordered out of this place before few times but I won't be ordering again

Pizza was uncooked, still doey, when I rang the shop to say it was under cooked man asked me what did he want me to do about it and put the phone down, 1st and last time I will ever try here 😢

Really wish I hadn't bothered. Trading under two business names, grazia and brooklyn calzone, (hope the tax man knows) ordered 2x calzone at 10pm. Order to be delivered in 10-15 minutes. 40 mins later were told "we are very busy and order will be with us in 15 minutes"... no problem. Order arrives 30 mins later and what greets us are two flat half pizzas, with little to no filling cut into fingers like we are children. Called back to discuss with shop as order incorrect. Was called every expletive under the sun and with such aggression my husband heard him from the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting language and zero respect. Wish i could add a picture of my flat pizza soldiers 😑

Phoned up to explain the situation and was just ignored by the owner and then after he insisted that he made that calzone and that I was in the wrong. After shouting down the phone at me he proceeded to hangup - I called up again. He assumed that I didn't know what a calzone was despite ordering it. I then asked if I could send him a picture of the pizza so he could see it wasn't a calzone and instead he started screaming down the phone at me and hung up again. My missus could hear him shouting from the other side of the room.Overall it was a very concerning level of aggression. Will not be back. P. S. Here's a picture of the "calzone"... Wasters. I order while they are open I get charged then they cancel my order. It's not the first time. Never again.

I got a 14 inch pizza from these guys, it arrived well over an hour after ordering it and was cold, stale inedible and dry asf. Seemed to have barely any tomato sauce or cheese on it. When i complained and asked for a new pizza the f*nny on the phone wouldnt send me a fresh one out and denied me a refund. Avoid these useless c*nts.

Largely inedible and I'm worried I might get food poisoning from the morsel I was able to stomach. Stale and cold. Guy on the phone (English) was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic

This is the last time I got robbed there, again presented with the wrong/incomplete order. The staff seems to be from another planet. Arrived tired from work, and had to argue over the food order. Very poorly run business This is a meal for £10

Absolutely appalling service. Went to lift another fork as we were at a concert and decided to share food after and the worker snapped the forks out of my hand. Cheeky ignorant person! Even the other fella behind the counter didn't no where to look because of his behaviour. Never have I heard of a shop saying 1 fork per meal!!!!!!! AVOIDDD

Ordered and waited outside as per posters up. I was only one to order but delivery driver and his friends where eating food inside. When they left the owner and his young son sat out the back on there phones 20 minutes later still no sign of my pizza so I went in. And they only then started making my pizza!! Very poor especially when they weren't busy and had no excuse to have forgotten to make my order. Not the first time this has happened either. I won't be back.

Shocking behaviour from driver. Shouted at me down the phone and swore. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive, despite, after 1hr being told it would be 15 more minutes. To top it off, they got the order wrong.

Me and my housemate are always going halfers on a large pizza and wow is it value for money.... this pizza was so big you can see it went squarish in the box lol. And they taste great. You just can't get that pizza place dough from a frozen pizza can you.

We ordered a kebab and received a tiny portion wouldn't be even a kids mean paid £10 in total for extra sauce and drink.... So disappointed will not be ordering from here again 👎

I live just round the corner from here, unfortunately I can not eat anything they sell. It does however smell and look great, staff are friendly enough to say hello as I pass and I am told the food is good too, so explains my rating.

Ordered a “hotdog” and what cane was two burger buns with two sausages xDDDD can’t stop laughing. Also the driver showed up an hour late. At 2am haha

Partner ordered via just eat at 11.10pm and order was accepted straight away. 12.35pm 5 minutes after the shop closes I've phoned and they said it was on it a way and explained they are busy which I can understand but not at closing time especially with a pandemic and you can't get collections or walk ins. We live less than 5 minute drive and we have now reached 1.09am and foods not arrived. Out of pocket and they have shut the shop! Just eat are being unhelpful due to the shop accepting the order in the first place!!

This establishment is perfectly fine with accepting orders, taking payment, marking as out for delivery and not delivering. Payment taken, nothing delivered and not answering the phone. Avoid at all costs!!

Slow it delivering ordered at 7,10pm came 8,45 and cold not be get out off there again.

Unreal ordered a keebab & im a good customer to this establishment 1hr 30min later i phoned to see where my order was i was told you wont be getting your order as mu driver won't drive there although they have delivered here so many times and only 5mins away. But the main reason i say to people stay well away from this establishment as a long residing member of the Ravenhill road born and bread, we don't accept that behaviour from tourists a man angrily shouting down the phone to you, absolutely unreal never experienced as bad service in my entire life and business like that do not deserve east belfast men woman and childs hard earned money.

Customer service was appalling, as a visitor from Scotland not to be able food as you like it I was shocked! Then to get to hotel to find kebab had no pitta bread at all a tray of meat never again would I go back here

Terrible experience had when you put on your order no salad because you are allergic to tomatoes and they send you your order with salad and tomatoes rang to tell them and they told me to pick the tomatoes off!! Asked how long it would be with no time given as they where very busy 1hr and 15 mins later I rang back to be told they don't know how long went to the shop myself for the driver 2 be there and 2 people in the shop fair to say i will never return and hope the health and safety people go there soon and they have the same situation

I will never order from this shop again. Ordered off just eat the order arrived the pizza was burnt, and the kebab was covered in salad even tho I had ordered it WITHOUT salad. I rang up and the girl on the phone said can u not just PICK it off, no sorry I cant I am allergic to tomatoes. Well it’s going to be 30-45 mins yes that’s ok I will wait for a new one to be delivered. An hour & tens mins later I rang back, we are really busy the driver hasn’t came back so I can’t give u a time of when it’s going to be delivered, I said to them that I should have been priority as it was your fault the order was wrong, the girl got really cheeky on the phone and then hang up. I went to the shop for the owner to laugh at me and say it’s only 3 tomatoes on it you could have picked them off again I stated I was allergic to tomatoes and the owner started to laugh at me while waking to the till to give me my money back. The customer service in this place is a joke by the employees and the owners.

Ordered pizza with chicken . ( plain ) got yellow chicken ( clearly curried / spiced ) I simply said “sorry excuse me , I ordered Plain chicken . “ He checked the receipts and says that is plain not spicy . I pointed it , “it’s yellow , and spiced” I ate a bit and said it’s spicy I can taste it . He grabs the pizza “, go .” I asked for refund then . He says “we don’t do it “ shouting . I asked why he’s being so rude and aggressive . I would take a pizza with plain chicken . Go ring up for your refund ! I said ring who , I ordered on your website , your the owner . Your grazia . He grabs the chips and drink , sliding it to another person shouting out it in the fridge ! Ridiclous behaviour . Disgusting anyone shouting at someone when they got the order wrong . Anyway I don’t recommend it for that reason . Aggression. Whilst being there i seen him handling cash , etc and preparing fresh food without washing his hands. Taking back a sauce from an order he got wrong and placing it back to be used . Positive I got my refund from contacting my bank and I don’t have to eat contaminated food . Be warned .dont go !!!!!!!! I highly recommend other pizza places near slice of Sicily , little Italy , little wing , greens , four star , Marios , pizza co . Sphinx kebab are amazing ! Or even the pharaoh .

Pizza came after an hour wait.Cold and undercooked wrong toppings and no drinks, driver said he would be back soon with then half hour passes gave a call told me I’ll not be getting the drinks even tho I’d paid online after that for extremely aggressive down the phone due to this I will call back everyday until my money is refunded

Love the food, chicken pakora and chips with garlic mayo is my favorite. Sometimes chicken feels a bit dry though. I tried again after a week of this post and they seems have made significant changes..the chicken is very good and tender.😋 Keep up the good work

Waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for the food to come is rediculus and when you phone to find out what is happening they don't even have the decency to answer and let you know and it is still not here what the hell just eat needs to do something about this how do you get a refund.

Usually the pizza i get out of here is peefectly cooked. Recently I've been getting alot of badly burnt pizzas. Not impressed.

Ordered for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. Food was great value for money. Massive potions & really tasty. Ordered 2 16inch pizza between 6 people. Omg they are huge. Also 1 a lamb donner kebab. This would feed 2 people easily.

This is a hidden gem of a place, following the keto way of eating the mixed special kebab keeps you in ketosis, it is excellent value for money and really tasty, been going here for a few months now in a Saturday for a wee takeaway treat

Just got a delivery on time about 40 minutes, I ask for Donor kebab on naan bread with plenty house sauce , garlic mushrooms with with garlic mayo , chicken wings with hot sauce . And a portion of house sauce on the side. Everything came dry with separate portions of sauce . But chicken wings Luke warm and mushrooms cold. Tasted ok but disappointed. I Think they need to employ somebody who speaks proper English speaking person on phone lines to take order properly. They seem to want you off the phone very quickly.

They brought for my girl kebab without bread nor garlic source just dry meat for £7 was so disappointed. I found it left at the kitchen counter when I came home she didn't eat it!

Best pizza place in Belfast for the price. A 16 inch godly kebab pizza for 9.50 is hard to beat. Been getting pizzas from here for almost 2 years now and always meet expectations. Solid 5/5
