Took over a hour and a half for the food to get here when it did was cold chips near choked me never again dirt

The food is really nice , very tasty and fair prices,the staff members are the best , Eni , Dearbhla and Niamh .

Ordered food by phone call gave all details correct and postcode, food never arrived even after asking for update after an hour and 20 mins of my order being placed and the girl on phone said that it’s , “on the way to you” which was clearly just said to get me off the phone, a further call 20 mins after was never answered, terrible, was waiting by the door the whole time going hungry. I Recommend pizza guys instead.

In the chippy part not impressed, £5:20 for large chip not the best.

Will never be back. The language between the girl delivery driver and guy behind the counter was shocking, infront of myself who was waiting to be served. No eye contact when asking for my order, a mumble here and there and when food was ready, it got put on top of the counter and the guy said nothing and turned away!! Shocking customer service. I got a boneless box and my son and I have done a tag team to the toilet 5hrs later!! I will never set foot in here again!!!!!

1st time customer...My food never came to my address and they blamed me. Didn't get to try it.

Ordered on their website at 17.30, by 18.30 it still wasn’t here, rang shop guy said it had left the shop and shouldn’t be too long. 20 minutes go by before it arrives. Food was COLD and not enjoyable, first time ordering and will be the last. 1hr and 20 minutes for pizza is ridiculous.

The food is very hit and miss. Sometimes the chips and curly fries are nice and crispy, sometimes raw and inedible. Also, the portion sizes vary a lot with sides and are really not worth the money when the small portions are sent. We have on 3 occasions had our food delivered to the wrong house but the worst was recently when it was left out in the rain on the doorstep of a neighbour. The neighbour phoned Love Pizza to ask which house the delivery was meant for, but it had been soaked with rain and was freezing by this point. No phone call was made to apologise for this, despite them being made aware by our neighbour, which is very rude and bad service. They have my phone number from the order and could have phoned if they thought nobody was home. There have also been many occasions where we have a message saying food has been delivered around half an hour before the food has arrived. Lying to keep your delivery time stats good is not right. Will not be back.

The last 2 times I ordered they were delayed for at least 1h and the pizzas are coming with little meat. I dont even know for what I am paying for.

I called them and said give me 1 second to grab the note with the order on it and he said “no mate” and ended the call why just why

Simply put Love Pizza has never delivered a bad meal or a cold meal. The love pizza is excellent as are the wings and curly fries. Delivery staff are brilliant. All I can say is thanks

They have changed the wedges to something that resemples a crisp folded in half, any potato is burnt just like a chrip too. Obviously trying to cut costs. If i hadnt had a drink i would drive up and get a refund.

Ordered it at 10 and waited 4 hours. never showed up. called the place well within the time for them being opened and no one answered. i want a full refund.

Ordered today told it would be 30 to 40 minutes rang after 50 munutes told it would be a further 20 to 40 minutes as he had one driver and on his own attitude was disgraceful wouldnot recommend this place to anyone

I'm a regular customer for the past 2 years. Most recent order last week had 4 long hairs in the wedges and pizza. Initially thought it was a one off with my daughters pizza, however when I found one and my son found two, it was disgusting. Lovely pizza, but would hate to see the cleanliness of the cooking process. Now have to find another pizza takeaway for my regular order, shame.

Had a little error where my pizza didnt get logged through for an extra hour or so but stafr acted quickly to get it out as soon as it did and they didnt even charge me for it. Food was lovley deffo will come again.

In our order was a shared Galaxy Carmel bar priced at £2.99, what a shock we got when it arrived, a £1 rrp bar of Galaxy, as in photo it clearly says £1, rang up to ask if they'd made a mistake, was told nothing they can do, just don't order it again, blatant highway robbery, with cheek.

I know everything is going up in price.BUT £9.50 for 7inch pizza your having a joke. I can say sorry I will not be supporting you .

Order late night after few beers, never let me down on delivery or quality! Great food

Ordered of just eat the other day. The driver walked up the path holding the bag of drinks and dips out my daughter answered the door when she came in and handed me them the bag was full of bbq sauce. All the dips had opened in the bag and he still had the cheek to hand it over. The food was also cold and the chicken wings were thinner than a pencil with no sauce as it was all over the bag. I won't be ordering from them again. 😒

Food is beautiful, The price isn’t too high and the staff are really nice. One time when I was there i was telling the staff on how sometimes I make pizza homemade and I was given a pizza making kit with dough, sauce and cheese. Really recommend!

Plenty for £20 is a great deal pizza was lovely delivery was in great time no complaints and got a bag of sweets as an extra with my meal very happy 😀

Sometimes at night I have to refrain myself from coming here. The sheer excitement when I hear the name makes me shake. The delicate handmade quality of the pizza is amazing. It can make a full grown man stumble because of its glory. I love you love pizza

I was a regular at Love Pizza. Placed order through Uber Ears at approx 7.45pm. Rang Love Pizza at 9.20pm & was told order left store 5 minutes ago. Rang again at 9.50pm as order not rec'd. Was told driver had delivered & given it to a neighbour?????? Order arrived at 10.20pm. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Accepts delivery. Keeps me excited and waiting for some food in the middle of the night. Does not deliver anything. Called restaurant, no one answered. Contacted Deliveroo, said oh they're probably so busy their phone is engaged wait another or get money back. Decided to wait another few mins I'm sure their busy. Status changes to delivered and still no sign of any food at my door. Contacted restaurant, no one answered. Contacted Deliveroo oh can you check the door. I'm fng starving, I've checked the door, I've been waiting. Deliveroo: I'm sorry sir we will need not contact the restaurant for a refund, we will contact you within 72 hours. Contacted deliveroo again, and they cannot reach the restaurant so just have hope to get my wasted money back. Meanwhile the restaurant still trading on deliveroo. Great way to make easy money, take orders and just not deliver.

Absolutely ridiculous delivery time waited for 3 hours just to be told its not coming at 1am >:( so never even got the food.

Received my order tonight from love pizza cavehill Road and it was absolutely gorgeous I will Deffo be ordering from use again, the customer service was amazing conor was lovely when taking my order.

Do not order from here. Ordered food, waited 2 hours, rang shop several times who kept saying it'll be there any minute. Food never arrived, rang and asked for refund to be told there's nothing they can do like what? That's just thieving. Told me to take it up with deliveroo.

Just ordered 2 16 inch pizzas and I can honestly say never in my life have i had a thinner pizza .It was that thin my fingers kept breaking through the pizza Everytime I picked it up and it just turned into 1 big mess. I know times are hard but come on lads stop being tight with the dough! AWFUL and won't be back .

Looking a pizza away from the normal big names came across this place Good points pizza was nice Staff friendly Just one bad point left a taste in my mouth was pizza an individual 9" was £12:60 then I noticed There was a pizza deal always on at £9:99 with a drink wedges and garlic bread on offer but when I asked was told to late I had already ordered the £12 one just made the pizza not as nice sorry for saying but felt could have atleast got a drink with it Prob not be welcome after my review but thanks anyways

Pizza arrived 20mins before estimated time which is fine. However we paid around 4£ for additional toppings that were not on the order.rang the restaurant and they said they would remake and send out,were unsure if they wanted the wrong pizzas back or not.worker could be heard over the phone saying "i know i didn't put the onions on but there was definitely chilli beef on the other one". So basically sent out an order that they knew was wrong and accusing me of lying about the other missing toppings.we cancelled the reorder due to attitude of staff and will not be ordering from there again.no refund,apologies or acknowledgement offered.pity as we are frequent customers across several addresses.

Great grub, and the only place commited enough to stays open til the death every night of the week. Had the build your own dough balls and they were the ticket! Delivery driver was a perfectly pleasant chap too! Well worth a go!

Ordered a portion of 4 brownies. Was given one and when i phoned the restaurant I was told that's just how their brownies come. Blatant false advertising, was charged for 4 and was given 1 and not even offered a refund

The pizza was barely cooked and tasted bad

If what they delivered is called pizza, I would hate to eat pizza. Very thin crust with few veggies. No cheese at all on the crust along with pathetic garlic bread. It was last order from Love Pizza for me.

My daughter got a meal deal for her and my 5year old granddaughter and to say the service was horrendous paid for 9inch meal deal asking for the pizza plain eith bacon and stuffed crust paid extra didn't get either chicken coujons cold as was the pizza her dips busted all over the bag with the juice and when she rang they told her it was deliveroos fault and not theirs and it was all binned as they were just offering 15% of her next order wont be getting from boke pizza again

For the price and delivery it's not worth the money. Plus only got about 5 tiny bits of diced chicken and the same with the bacon. My advice is to stay away from this place. Really not worth the money with flavourless food. If I could give 0 stars in would but had to give one to post this

Ordered four toppings they only put on three. The toppings they did put were all clumped together on top of each other, what's that all about? 3/4 of a slice no toppings four pieces of pepperoni and chorizo all on top of each other 😬😬 not for me. 2 stars for the Southern fried goujons which were lit but the pizza should be the main event. Delivery was on time.

This place is a joke. I ordered £40 worth of food and waited over 1.5hours and it never arrived. We kept ringing and they told us it would be there soon and never came. They then stopped answering the phone and blocked our number.

Tasty food, big potions and always quick service!

They must have run out of ingredients as there were hardly any toppings on the pizzas.

The food was tasty, but delivery was 35 minutes late and the food was tepid. I also didn't receive everything I paid for. I would've rated lower, but the driver was very friendly, so there's a bonus point there.

Honestly can't recommend this place enough. The staff are some of the most nicest people I've ever dealt with when ordering from a fast food establishment. Took a lot of time and care when placing my order, offering me the best deal suitable. Can tell they take huge pride in their service from the original phone call down to the speedy delivery and the the quality of the pizza on arrival. If you haven't tried this place, your missing out!

Ordered from Buenos by Love Pizza. Got notified that my delivery was completed but I hadn't recieved anything. When i rang to find out what was happening i was told it was my problem and they were quite rude over the phone. Will not be ordering again.

Just got a family deal from 4 star. And to be totally honest the nicest part if the meal was the bottle of coke. Absolutely disgusting will not be eating here again !!!

Absolutely a joke pizza was freezing must of been cooked left there then heated up again chips stone cold never again stay away 19 quid for pizza chips and wedges not good absolutely all in the bin

Ordered from here and have to say delivery was tremendously fast! Earlier than the predicted time. Only issue was chips were missing but a quick phone call fixed that with an apology and no sooner did I have my chips as well as some cookies! Great service recovery and overall good food, thanks guy!!

The worst pizza in Belfast. Was quick to deliver that why I give them 2stars. Pizza tastless ,sauce tastless, order a pizza with ham mushrooms sweetcorn and peperony and got Hawaiian with mushrooms spread just in middle and chopped so small that you couldn't even taste them. Half of pizza from outside was just sauce without a taste or oregano. Thank you won't be back

Was quite disappointed when i ordered my meal on saturday night would usually get from here but not after waitin an hour and a half on my order.Then when i rung up to ask where it is i get told the driver rang me and was at my door but yet ive no miss calls and saw no one entering my garden while im in the living room waiting, honestly really disappointed in the customer service i had received for a customer who buys from here very often, unfortunately ill not be ordering from here again. Also disappointing that the staff lie through their teeth instead of just telling me they forgot my order.

Two hour wait. No delivery. Called back, place closed. But took my card details over the phone and checked my statement and the payment was processed. Just couldn’t be asked to deliver the actual pizza. I’ll never order from here again and I’ll be very sure to spread the word.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. These criminals took my order just before closing, charged my card, and never bothered to show up or deliver. Sat up an entire hour and half waiting to call back to a closed restaurant. Didn’t even refund my money let alone apologise. Absolute trash!

Great pizza fries and chicken wings

Food was expensive chips were soggy and flavourless chicken wings were what can I say close to raw and the pizza miserable with the toppings and cheese and top heavy with the tomato base not good at all will not be back

Stopped here last night on way home from brothers house . Piza hut shut early just came across this driving by as i live in newtownabbey. Must say was not disappointed our hawian pizza and garlic bread was absolutely delishious defo will be going back again .

Their topping is cut as thin as you could imagine . Couldn't taste any of the toppings. Wont be back!!!

Terrible customer service food disgusting staff need to be retrained and taught some manners (Sammy said she was management) was very cheeky and totally ignorant on the phone about portion size of brownies it was 1 brownie cut in 4 not 4 small brownies this was in the glengormley love pizza

Had to wait almost an hour on my order, it arrived and the portions were extremely small. The cookies were rock hard, the brownie was one brownie cut into four slithers and the ice cream had melted. Rang to explain and Sammy was extremely rude, it may not be her fault as she was lacking training in customer service. Will never be ordering from here again, complete waste of money. Would give 0 stars if possible.
