paid extra for pineapple on my pizza and didn't get any. food was cold

10/10 for our pizzas and sides - also my street can be very confusing and I have lost orders in the past (from other places) but the driver had no issues finding my house which is very much appreciated, thanks!

food was delicious & staff very friendly I'm minding my grandchildren & they also left a little bag of sweets with the order so the kids were delighted

it was hot and really tasty delivered on time excellent.

Delivery on time and food was hot. Only dropped a star because we personally would have like our sides cooked a bit more but we popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they were great. Great to have the store call to say the food was on its way and to find a surprise bag of sweets in the order.

Pizza was very fresh cooked to perfection plenty of toppings

Food was great as always. Delivery time was really quick, even though it was Friday. Really nice touch to get a call letting us know food was on the way. It's the favourite pizza place to order from in our house.

Delivery driver couldn’t find the house? No phone calls or texts from driver or restaurant, they just said the food was delivered (it wasn’t) and no contact whatsoever

The pizza was scrumptious, the twister fries were exquisite, the chicken wings were delectable and the cookies were heavenly.

Our order was 15 minutes late. When it arrived it was the incorrect order and the driver took it back. I called the store to explain and was told it would be 40 minutes for our order to be redelivered. I then received a call from the deliver driver saying he picked the wrong order and it would be with us using 5 minutes - he arrived with freezing cold food. Following another call, our original order arrived with the pizza tipped over in the box, only half of it with toppings. I give up! Shocking

Waited over two hours food was freezing called the shop 3 times she told me was on way it was fresh made again never again would be ordering all for gravey cheesy chip just gravey chips were hard used be so nice love pizza it’s disgusting now

The restaurant initially phoned me to say they where low on drivers and could I wait . I said yes np and they agreed to give me cookies to make up for this , fast forward to the actual delivery. food was cold anyway , 5 or 6 bits of chicken ontop with a million peppers (salted chili chicken pizza ) The pizza wasn't even sliced ... the drink was wrong , chips where cold and bland . To top it all off , no cookies .... Almost 25 quid (that's with 40% off) Absolute waste of money , lesson learned !

Delivery was exceptional- driver came to the wrong area through no fault of their own and gave me a call for directions. However, the pizza was somehow soggy and the twister fries were rock hard. Shame because I’ve ordered before and it was great.

Hawaiian and New Yorker Pizzas were lovely 😍😍 the sides and the dips never disappoint! Swiss cheese melts were bomb. 😍 and I adore how they read the notes and genereously provided us all that we need! Food to survive a long night indeed. ♥️ thank you for the gummy bears! ♥️

order a few times but this time got a surprise few haribos in my order and 2 free drinks with a hand written note , whoever done this makes you realise there some places that value there customers , in a world that way over priced got 40% discount on my order as well as the sweets and drinks , don't mind if it doesn't happen again but but somebody took time out of there day to make mine a little better , also to note whoever made my order thank you frist time all my dessert had enough sauce

pizza was outstanding especially with the option to change from tomato base to garlic which was great. the garlic bread wasn't my thing with the creammy cheese. also a bottle of Pepsi (1.25l) which I wasn't expecting I thought it was going to be just a can. thank you all and I will order from here again

The food arrived on time. It was maybe even a tad before the time, the main thing was it wasn't late. The two pizza's were excellent, very tasty. I've no doubt the whole menu would be the same. It was a nice touch to leave some sweets as a thank you for the order. I'll definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

Amazing service ! Unfortunately, they ran out of Lemon Fanta (Nowhere ever seems to have it) but were able to give me a suitable replacement that - I would say - is arguably a bit fancier ! Pizza was lovely and scolding hot ! Will definitely be ordering again !

Always a hit in our house. Daughter loves “heart pizza”, great tasting, great price and deals, and lovely touch receiving some extra sweets for the kids. Favourite thing is the cookies, which have recently changed, please bring back the old ones ❤️

Love pizza have a lot of offers while I was ordering my food. And it didn’t disappoint the food was nice and fresh.

Pizza was cold, missing additional toppings I was charged for and far too much cheese, tasteless. garlic bread also tasteless and cold.

If I could give this place a zero I would....4 times in a row we've ordered an it's been wrong wvery time an keep saying il give them the benefit of the doubt.....but tonight just tipped me over the edge....£30 order for 2 12 inch pizzas and twisted fries....only for the delivery driver 2 come an hand me a garlic bread an twisted fries with the litre bottle of juice take the £26 of me which i was giving a tip of £2.50 on top of what we owed....really want 2 make sure they all know what there doing over there and then be told by there counter staff there's nothing they can do if I sent it back I'd have to contact just eat 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈....by the way waited an hour an 20 mins on the delivery....owning a fast food takeaway myself ur customer service is ridiculous

The cheese on the pizza and garlic bread was incredibly tasteless. The onion rings and curly fries where soggy and no crisp at all. The chicken goujons were very mushy and bland. The delivery time wasn't bad but still somehow everything was cold.

quite disappointed usually order out of here but ordered tonight and it was missing stuff out of my order and I was given the wrong things too after paying extra for them. Paid in cash so unable to refund- very disappointed.

Ordered pizza on the just eat app on Thursday nite/Friday morning, at 1.30am order ref no 362513925, food was supposed to arrive at 2am, didn't arrive until 2.35, when it arrived every single piece of the order was cold and inedible, complained to just eat who refused to deal with it contacted the restaurant no-one called back shocking for £35 order absolute rubbish will never use again.

Great as usual. never look past love pizza if you are local for quality and speed. always very attentive to additional requests.

Had issue with my order. Was late/went missing. All set to leave a bad review BUT after contacting Love Pizza nothing could be further from my mind. Replacement food was EXCELLENT! Staff were really helpful when I phoned. Can't recommend enough :-)

The food is absolutely delicious but the pizza was absolutely mangled in the box when it arrived. Could definitely do with investing in some pizza savers/pizza tables for the inside of the boxes. Will say, first time that's ever happened with an order though, so likely (hopefully) a one off.

Food Was lovely, use to love it here but we moved and were afraid to buy incase it came cold, it was beaut, still roasting too, safe to say we were all bizz. Defo need to bring back the sweet chilli chicken pizza topping lol. Defo recommend. Staff were also very pleasant
