Love Pizza in Belfast

Waited 2 hours on my food it got here cold driver left with my juice and dips had to come back with them another 15 minutes and also give me the wrong sides

I had garlic cheese and jalapeño doughballs and they were very good

Over an hour late, our order was sent out twice, and the delivery men took them home failed to deliver to us. On the 3rd attempt pizzas were delivered this was well over and hour by this stage, the order was missing two drinks and 2 dips.

Delivery service was awful. I had to ring the shop twice and was kept told it was leaving now and there soon but still took an hour and 10 mins longer then it was meant to

food is was perfect! staff left a note to enjoy which was a really nice touch! texas pizza was great and the twisty fries and garlic bread was so good! ended up getting white chocolate chip cookies too which were really nice too :) - thank you! :)

Useless ever…. We ordered the food and it was 2 hrs late !! And we got all the food served cold and the manager…. Omg she was so so rude to us and she never had a minute to hear us out and our query. Such a pathetic experience from this place, and i would never recommend this useless place to anyone ever. Please guys try to understand customers request.

Can never, ever, ever recommend this place enough ! Only place I order pizza from ! Staff always phone ahead and notify of my food being on its way, the food quality is astounding - other places tend towards making a pizza swimming in grease ! Always so polite on the phone when ordering, and they have fantastic deals constantly ! Always look forward to getting a takeaway with this place, b/c I know I don’t have to worry about incorrect orders, forgotten things, stale or cold food, or lateness !

11/10 ordering 2 nights in a row now, last night delivery was a bit late, when phoned up the girl I spoke to was lovely and had my food with me not long after the call, but food still came hot and lovely so worth the wait ! Today got it early the bbq wings are a10/10 highly recommend😍 I’ll not even get started on the pizzas ! Deffo the new fav take away will be back tomorrow 😆x

The food arrived in excellent condition, and and the driver was very friendly. The restaurant did try to contact me about adjustments to the drink order, unfortunately my phone was acting up though i appreciate the consideration.

Delivery driver came into street beeping horn at 11.30 at night ??

I took a bite of the Hawaiian pizza and thought “hmm this tastes a bit weird”. Picked one of the pieces of pineapple off and it tasted like it had been soaked in alcohol. Googled that and apparently it happens when it’s fermented. So yeah, maybe time to throw out that pineapple you have on the go at the moment.

Service was appalling, ordered 2 meals one came with wrong topping on it , asked for it to be remade an had to push for rest of same meal to be made again , and they never even sent out the recooked food an left me hungry, terrible service manager should be fired .

19 pounds for it to be delivered 2 mins down the road , small cheese pizza , chips and a drink .. when I rang to ask was it the right price the guy was cheeky and rude down the phone and hung up

the first order was really late, almost over an hour. our fries were missing. made a complaint to the restaurant and they sent us the complete order again, plus ice cream and cookies which was really sweet. the second delivery came before the estimated delivery as well.

Pizzas as always was incredible. Salted chilli chicken on the pizza was really good and the other half loved the taco mince. loads of meat and loads of cheese can't go wrong. arrived nearly 1 hour after estimated delivery. everything was freezing cold, complete waste of money, iceland own £1 frozen pizza better quality

Would give them 10 stars if I could everything is lovely, it's the nicest pizza I've had in a long time the toppings aren't wafer thin and they're very generous with them, they called us up to let know they were out of pick and mix and switched it out for cookies and they gave us extra fantastic customer service and even better food :)

I tired to change my adress to 68 abbeyville place as I realised it was the wrong one and recieved no help what so ever didn’t receive the food I paid for with my last amount of money and me and my friends are left hungry

Delivered 2 pizzas and a drink, left instructions for driver to send me a message on arrival and i come down to collect. Instructions have not been fallowed, and even if i waited downstairs for him in cold air, he never arrived.

Pedí un par de pizzas y una bebida. Dejó instrucciones para que el conductor me envíe un mensaje a la llegada y bajar a recoger mi pedido. Las instrucciones no han sido borrachas. Y aunque esperara al conductor abajo en aire frío. Nadie llegó. Pura incompetencia. Ni siquiera voy a llamarlos para obtener un reembolso. Estoy enfermo y cansado de tanta incompetencia. En los últimos 6 pedidos de diferentes lugares que tuve, 2 veces entregué la mitad del pedido, y 2 veces no se entregó en absoluto. He hecho esta comida chatarra.
