Tinyyyyy food better go to dominos

Have been multiple times to greens in recent years with family who enjoy the place. Every time we went the pizza has been either soggy or flavourless. The wings came out pale, zero crisp on them. Always waiting hours for our food and usually comes wrong. Every time we have to go I hope it's got better but sadly it's always disappointing. The one pro it had was the bring your own bottle policy - however I learnt no longer in place and it's £20+ for a bottle of wine. Mention though - the staff themselves are always lovely. Better pizza and drinks elsewhere.

Great staff and service. Unfortunately, it has been decided after 25 odd years that you can no longer bring your own wine or beer. What a shame!

' Servicio de bebidas muy lentas también y el restaurante no estaba muy ocupado! La comida se tira y nadie pregunta, todo está bien. No creo que vuelva. Muy muy decepcionado 😞

pizza was not large. pizza was cold. phoned the restaurant after 40mins on a 2mile 20min delivery. they said they were waiting on the driver. 55mins later food arrived. driver was very rude and aggressive.

Waiting more than 45 mins to get this large pizza which is served burnt, it costs £17.50. Waste the money. The taste is just average. Really not happy.

Been going to greens for the last 20+ year and once again pthe pizza was watery. But the main most off putting reason I will not be returning in the nearer future is the aggressiveness of the so called manager to our company, she should not be dealing with the public in a customer service environment. Greens has also been a valued local spot offering good food at a reasonable price but the last few visits have been hugely disappointing&a member of staff such as that does the buisness no benefit.

Food never arrived, I phoned the restaurant to check the status & the man never asked my order number or any details, simply said ‘aye it was picked up about 10 minutes ago’. The food never arrived

Was waiting over 40 minutes for the starter to come, and that turned out to be tiny. Another 20 minutes and our food finally arrived. Crusts were burnt black, kid’s pizza was ridiculously small. £15 pizza was much smaller than expected. They forgot one of our drinks. Pizza tasted average, best thing was the garlic bread which was an incredibly tiny portion for the price of it. After looking forward to pizza all day we were left feeling disappointed, robbed and still hungry.

Pizza took over an hour to come. Arrived freezing and some of the meat on the pizza was burnt and then the peppers were undercooked.

The kids pizza & bruschetta were stone cold...straight in the bin. The kids meals were missing the drinks & lollies. Only thing eaten was the pasta.

Honest review. First time ordering a takeway and won't be ordering again. Pasta sauce was pure water, wish you could add pic to review. Garlic bread needed a knife to remove from container, wedges were the nicest out of the order. Cant believe the quality of food sent out has greens been bought over.

Servicio excepcionalmente lento. Una hora y media de espera para nuestras pizzas, que apenas tenían cantidad de ingredientes, y posteriormente fueron realmente caros. El personal estaba constantemente en sus teléfonos móviles, y estaban comiendo la comida de los platos... de ahí el enorme tiempo de espera. ¡No volveré! Muy poco profesional, parece que se necesita urgentemente un gerente de turno o supervisor!

Great service and experience, it was my birthday and the waitress saw this and went and prepared a birthday dessert and sang happy birthday, such a sweet thing to do!

I had not been to Greens for a good few years. Tonight I decided to get a collection and order a pizza. I ordered a large pizza and a dip the cost was just a few pence under £20. It was so small, I was sure he handed me the wrong box as I had ordered a large. Honestly nothing special at all. Not like how I remembered thier pizzas. I understand you need to make a profit, but to be handed such a small greasy pizza for £20 was pure and utter robbery. Honestly, to anyone reading this. Do yourself a favour. Go to your local Lidil buy a sardough pizza worth £5 and it will taste better at a way lower cost. You can clearly tell this is no longer the Greens pizza of years gone by. I'll not be ordering from there again. I sincerely regret what Honestly feels like me going to the ATM withdrawing £20 from my bank account, rolling the note up in my hand as a ball and throwing it away.

Rocket missing from pizza. Wasn’t well sliced, huge chunks of chorizo. Disappointed tonight.

Pizza cold, cheese and crust both burnt. As a regular customer to Greens restaurant this is not the usual standard of pizza at all. Very disappointed 😞

Delivery driver didn't even deliver it, just changed the status to delivered and stole our order when he was nearby. Absolute disgrace!!!!

We are returning customers and Food great as usual, staff rude as they were trying to get home early and told us as we were seated at 8:30 that they close at 9 in a rude tone.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was waiting over two hours - nobody from the restaurant would answer the phone or update us on the status. Pizza was also very greasy and tiny for £18. Will never be ordering again - avoid!

Pedí una margarita regular con pepperoni y queso extra (para llevar) Lo que nos encontramos fue una vergüenza. Diámetro de la pizza 10 ” un lado y apenas 8 ” el otro, apenas queso, no importa extra con coberturas que ni siquiera se extienden a los bordes. 2 pizzas, 2 panes de ajo £ 39. Estafa absoluta teniendo en cuenta la calidad terrible. Me apresuro a añadir que tuvimos una experiencia similar hace unos seis meses y nos quejamos al gerente. Recibió un vale. Review: We recently visited this pizza place and were extremely disappointed with the experience. First of all, we paid £32 for a pizza that was so small it couldn’t even feed a bird. To make matters worse, the pizza was wet and soggy with no cheese on it I honestly don’t know how someone thinks it acceptable to serve a pizza like that to someone . The seating was another major issue. The chairs were rock-hard and incredibly uncomfortable, resembling church pews. There was barely any room to move around, which made it even more challenging since we had a baby with us. The lack of space made the entire experience feel cramped and unpleasant. To top it off, the service was abysmal. The manager (or a waitress, not sure which) was far from pleasant. She kept us waiting for 30 minutes, even though there were clearly available seats. On top of that, we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the pizza itself, which is unacceptable. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we certainly won’t be coming back. For the price, we expected much better quality food and service. Save your money and avoid this place.

Gone hugely downhill it appears. Has to be the worst pizza my family has had, could wring the grease, ice cold yet burnt. And paid hugely over the odds for it. I’d rather go hungry than return.

Pizza was stone cold when delivered. Restaurant is less than half a mile away so clearly was allowed to leave the restaurant cold.

Food was overpriced, exceptionally greasy, cold and slow. Couldn’t even finish it. Avoid.

Después de una espera de 25 minutos, estábamos sentados en una alcoba fuera de camino, y pasaron otros 15 minutos ( 7 : 10 ) antes de que nadie viniera a tomar nuestra orden, a pesar de tratar de señalar al personal de nuestros asientos. Hicimos un pedido de un entrante para compartir, y 2 pizzas. 15 minutos después llegó nuestro abridor. Realmente sabroso en realidad, pero al ser un entrante se terminó en cuestión de minutos, así que apilamos nuestros platos mientras esperábamos, y bastante tiempo después una camarera diferente nos preguntó "¿están todos terminados? " Evidentemente. Eran alrededor de las 7: 40 en esta etapa. Los asientos son tan incómodos. Son antiguos asientos de iglesia. Menciono que después de estar sentado durante una hora fue el tema principal de conversación. Esperamos y esperamos un poco más hasta que finalmente a las 8 : 10, bastante más de una hora después de estar sentados, nos levantamos para irnos. Pagamos por el estado. Nunca volvería y no podría recomendar.

Pizza is absolutely tiny not even a 10inch pizza for £16.50 when contacted store I was told that’s just our prices.. food was nice but not worth the money

Great food but our only complaint was the waiting time.. 50 minutes for 2 pizzas.. they either require more staff to prepare the food or a bigger pizza oven.. one observation I noticed was the guy kept opening the pizza oven door and checking the food every 15 seconds! Probably the reason they took soo long to cook.. oh and take the bell of him.. the waiting staff were very efficient without him ringing it.. focus more on getting the orders out promptly please..

So my food has been paid for and I’m told at the door I need to give the delivery drive a code to close the order!!!!! I’ve paid for it my order and it’s been delivered - CASE CLOSED!!! Don’t appreciate been quizzed in my doorstep!!!

Awful pizza. Toppings debatable but when burnt really no excuse. Puts you off pizza for life.

Yesterday we went to dinner with my partner and the truth is, I didn't like this place very much. 1. 🍕 The pizzas are of average quality. 2. 👎 The presentation leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the cheese pizza with spinach and the spinach seemed to be put in carelessly, with a very poor presentation. 3. 📏 The regular size is very small (it looks like an individual pizza) and the large pizza is just the normal size. 4. ❄️ The pizzas got cold very quickly. I wouldn't recommend it.

Muy decepcionado con las pizzas que acabamos de conseguir anoche para llevar. Los 3 pensamos que tanto la masa como la passata no tenían sabor y que el queso era muy escaso. Cuando gastamos £ 14 por pizza pequeña esperamos sabores al menos. Estafa total.

Very disappointed with the pizzas we just got this evening to take away. All 3 of us thought both the dough and passata had no taste and the cheese was very scant. When spending £14 per pizza we expect flavours at least. Total rip off.

Delicious piping hot & delivered on time… maybe be slightly bigger kids portions

Have been here many times and each time the food has been great. I really don't know how it has changed so much. We were given a sticky, wobbly table. The dragons tongue was burnt and resembled a small calzone pizza. The actual pizza itself was overcooked with the biggest vegetables I've ever seen on a pizza. It was like.a cheap supermarket pizza. I.think it's safe to say that this was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I can't believe that someone looked at this and believed it was OK to serve to a customer. I really don't think I'll be back here.

Came here yesterday as a family of 5. Service was absolutely shocking! We waiting over 20 minutes to take our drink order. I had to approach the staff. All in all we waited nearly 1.5hr for our food. Once the the kids pizzas came they were burnt to a crisp & had to send back. Our main pasta dish was stone cold like it has been taking from the freezer for reheat. Tables were getting served food before other tables, that had been in well before hand. It was just a shambles. To top it off the food was very bland & tasteless. Definitely not worth the money. One of the waiters did understand that we had terrible service an discounted our bill. I’ve worked in the catering industry for 20 years, they 100% need to reconsider their management. Will never return.

Ordered a small portion of pasta and garlic bread which came to £15.50, both were small for the price especially the garlic bread. The cajun chicken pasta was supposed to come in a white wine sauce but tasted very oily. I poured the excess oil into the lid and it almost filled it - easily two large table spoons. As an aside, staff were really not friendly. In fairness maybe it is an entirely different experience eating in, but would not recommend portion sizes or prices for take away

Amazing pizza, amazing beer and amazing service! The pizzas were all amazing and priced very well. the staff took care of everything and despite it being very busy, we were treated so very well.

Usually go to ballyhackamore store but we were in the area so ended up in greens Lisburn road, and wow! All staff were lovely, but the our server ( I think her name was Sasha?) went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. It was my partners birthday and she brought a candle down with our desserts (without being asked to) which was a lovely gesture. There was an issue with one of our pizzas being made wrong and she dealt with it in an incredibly professional manner, even though she appears to be quite young! We love ballyhackamore because of how welcoming the staff are, but we received the same warm welcome here too, and were kept up to date every step of the way, whether it was when our table would be ready or if we needed more drinks before our pizzas came out. Couldn’t recommend greens enough, even with the occasional order mishap

Excellent fresh pizza & fantastic value

Food delicious but collection time was 35mins (not 15mins as the estimated time). No notification so had to wait with 2 hungry, tired kids waiting in the car…

Usually go to Ballyhackamore but closed on Mondays. This place is a world away. Place was freezing. Staff just chatting to pizza chef. One girl picking her ear several times. Service non existent. Not checked once. Left most of it. Waste of money.

Greens never disappoints. The staff were helpful, fun and perfect in every way. The star of the show was obviously the pizza though and wow, it was amazing. We all ordered our own pizzas and each one was deemed to be simply delicious! I was there with my wife and another young couple who loved the food. Another nice touch was the quality craft beer on offer, certainly a refreshing change to the usual mass produced "Spanish" and "Italian" beer that everyone else offers. A lovely craft beer made in Belfast certainly hit the spot with the hearty, tasty and topping heavy pizza!

I specifically picked a time for my dinner to be ordered and it came 20 minutes later however the restaurant knew I had placed my order 2 hrs in advance which I think is unacceptable and it was luke warm considering it’s only down the road

First time here, on a recommendation, and glad I went. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and food was very tasty. Will certainly be back.

Went for dinner. Got wings and pizza. Heard lots of good rumours of their food being lovely. The wings were disgusting. Coated in some form or batter but no actually sauce. And had nicer pizzas from lidl, got bacon on the pizza and it was full slices of bacon you would get with a fry not even remotely cut up. Staff were excellent.

I went to Greens on Saturday 30th of September 2023 with my wife and another couple. Our server was amazing and could not do enough for us. The pizzas arrived quite quickly and the smell was divine. The taste was nothing short of sensational! My wife and her friend enjoyed a few glasses of Prosecco while I enjoyed a delightful IPA made by a local Belfast brewery ( Boundry Brewing) It was nice to see a Belfast business support another in this way. Our food was amazing, very tasty and so fresh. I cannot recommend Greens enough as the prices were very reasonable for what is easily the best pizza I have ever had. Our companions had recently returned from Italy and they said that Greens beat the pizzas they had in Italy. We will be back again for sure. Thank you to everyone who was working in Greens when I last visited

My gluten-free and vegan/dairy-free brethren: you will be in love with this place. This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had, let alone gluten-free and vegan. The crust was delicious, the vegan cheese was to die for. Beautiful place to eat in with courteous and friendly staff.

The seats are church pews. Hard and uncomfortable, the pizza was tiny and way overpriced. I spent over 100 pounds on a meal that was worth about 40. They should take a red face for charging the price they do for their subpar food.

Very expensive for what you get. I used to eat here a lot when I lived closer and it was great value and amazing food. Returned for the first time in years and payed near £30 for two small pizzas and two drinks. The first pizza was a margarita which was “just ok” and for my pizza I got two addition toppings but when it came it clearly needed more time in the oven to fully cook. Overall just very disappointing, we were in a rush so we just ate up and left but we wouldn’t go back based off the price and food quality.

Went Thursday night. Long wait at r table which was ok place was busy. Atmosphere has gone down. Ordered r usual dragons tongue & salad then half and half as I am veggie hubby meat eater. The salad 🥗 and garlic bread was sitting on counter the chef fluffed up lettuce on top then followed by waitress who just cleared tables this was right in front of us. The pizza arrived not half half ham over both sides big pieces of bacon on top of meat feast no thought had to return hubby finished by time mine ready. Pizzas not same been going here since 2007 drove 30 miles return wouldn’t recommend. Nothing offered for their mistakes eg free drink etc. Disappointed management don’t respond to negative or positive comments obviously don’t care. Was my fav restaurant sadly won’t return.

Service is outstanding. The waiter was more than great. The Cajun chicken penne pasta was delicious. The cheese bread is a must have. The meaty mighty pizza has an overflow of ingredients. Highly recommend this place.

Greens never disappoints. Potato wedges to die for, so light, so fluffy. Italian salad is awesome and the pizzas never disappoint. Fresh quality produce makes the difference. It's byob but you have m&s next door. So as long as you like warm white wine it's ok. Otherwise bring it from home I'll be back.

Will never be back. Poor customer service. The food was awful, honestly I would never say that about anywhere but it wasn't nice and not worth paying a premium for. Avoid at all costs

Just paid nearly £27 for the smallest pizza and garlic bread with salad. I’ve heard of shrinkflation but this is a bloody disgrace! The pizza was no bigger than my hand and they are charging £15 for this? They should be ashamed and I can tell you I’ll never be back with those prices and shrinkage.

Greens do the best pizza's ever. We've been to the same spot for over 30 years on the lisburn Road, and it's still the best pizza

Substandard pizza that is not worth the long wait --------Do not go here unless you like waiting over 2 hours on inferior food. We arrived at 4.40 pm, 4 adults 2 teens and 2 young kids. We had been pre pandemic and it was great. What a turn around. You cannot book, which we knew, so we were told it would be 30 minute wait and no it was 55 minutes! However, there were free tables besides the bathrooms so we don't know why we had to wait 55 minutes. So when seated we ordered straight away; 3 starters and all the mains. We asked for them to bring things out when they are ready as the young kids were hungry. Fast forward 6.40pm kids still have not got there mini pizzas! My wife had to go and ask where the food was - at this stage the women at the table behind us was also complaining, where was her pizza and why was it taking over an hour, apparently the food is done as you order and the 'machine' had to make it ?? So after my wife chasing the kids pizza they came out 80 minutes after the kids ordered the 6 inch pepperoni, they were burnt with enough tomato puree to stave of scurvy well into the kids adulthood. Then over the course of the next 20 minutes we got the adult pizzas - Needless to say the food was just as sub par. The excuse the server gave us was, ..'sorry the kitchen is really busy.' If you are thinking of a trip here, buy a dominos save yourself the long wait, disappointment and cost.

Understaffed. A passive agreesoce overworked server shouldn’t be a diner’s experience but it was. Saying that I couldn’t fault the server watching how many tables she was in charge of having previously been a waitress myself For three Mums who don’t often get out and are spending money- we could have got better service in every other restaurant in ballyhackamore so we won’t be back. I think you should staff your restaurant properly
