Ordered 3 pizzas and was delivered on time for the driver to come back and ask for one of the pizzas as was meant for a different person and my pizza was at their address. Was told he would collect it and bring it back to me to which I said I don’t want a pizza that’s been handled by another person. Called the manager who said he would send a new pizza out and the original driver returned with the Cold pizza from the other address trying to make out it was new. Both driver and manager lied.

Went into shop and asked can you do half, and before i finished the question she butted in and said no, as i said to her i havent finished what i was going to say, can you do half tomato base and leave the other half plain as i carnt eat tomatoes she said no again, my partner asked can you do all no tomato base, suprise she said yes at this point i said no leave it, and got pizza somewhere else the point was for the sake of loosing 25 pound in a order she could of done half tomato and half plain,

I was actually appalled at the level of customer service I received from here today. My order turned up and after one slice of pizza couldn't bare to eat another slice it was basically tomoto on bread. So I phoned and complained to the manager who actually just laughed down the phone and couldn't care less..the attitude of the staff was terrible and are a total let down for domino's I will never use them again. I also was not issued a refund, as the manager explained that because we had ate one slice he couldn't offer a refund!! Ridiculously stupid thing to say to a customer!!! Seriously avoid this place like the plague!!!

Ordered a takeaway that came to around £70 using an app. The order was confirm by email - waited an hour but no delivery. I called to ask what was happening - I was told as it was a cash order they call to confirm payment - no call rec'd. At first the pizza boy said sorry we usually call to confirm but we didn't....then he said he had called three time. Clearly not. I asked if they had started the order after a lot of rubbish in my ear...it was a simple No!. I told them not too bothered. I called Pizzahut got the same pizza's etc for £40.21 in 40 mins. Absolute waste of time....never again. Over Priced too!!!!

I had to wait and ask for service with about 6 people present. Then after I stood and ordered it in front of the guy I received the wrong order! What right part of the order we did receive was disgusting, dry and tasteless! How this place has received any stars at all is beyond me! They agreed to deliver the correct pizza but by then I’d chucked the rest of it as it was inedible. If you’re going to sell food then make sure it’s cooked correctly and tastes like a pizza! Absolute garbage!! FYI - I would’ve given zero but have to give at least one star!! Laughable!

I placed my order on-line as my young daughter and friend were going to collect it. I received an email confirmation of the exact order and time. However, when they went to collect the order wasn't ready and they had to wait 25 minutes for it. They were offered cookies as a compensatory gesture but these never materialized.

Firstly they messed up my order... secondly i was sick not long after! thats twice that has happened to me now.,. i love pizza but i always get ill from the food there

If you get the deals, you can get good value for money. It always turns up within the 40 minutes that they promise

I visited the Dominos pizza branch at Brentwood Road Romford RM2 5TA At 7pm and left at 8.05pm I ordered the family fest deal After waiting for half hour we were given part order as one of the pizzas was taken for a different order, so another 15 minutes waiting for a new pizza we were given a free side and then told that our wedges were used again on another order, another waiting time As you can imagine not happy and were told by a member of staff in a black t shirt that he issue a refund but that was cancelled as my partner told him that we won’t be coming back to that store and he said fine refund cancelled. So after getting home over hour later it was all cold :( lol Will not use this branch again

I spoke to a boy called Liam! I had previously made an order of which had many mistakes was made when I rung up to complain I was told as a good will gesture I would receive a free pizza when I next ordered! So I rung and had the pleasure of talking to Liam who was trying to make me out as a lier asking me the name of the person I spoke to like I can remember a month or so back! And said there was no note left on the computer and that's my fault? So I never received the goodwill gesture very disappointed will never be order again from here!! This place is run so badly there fault in the first place for getting my order wrong!

Ordered two pizzas with extra dips. We were charged for them even though they never arrived. Also the food was late, probably won't return as they have stolen my money and isn't acceptable

Nice pizzas , ordering online home delivery quick efficient, wouldn't say value for money, think for what they are they are expensive, but if I you fancy a pizza and can't be bothered to make myself, then I prefer mine from here. Good choice of toppings and bases . Does what it says on the tin ..

Now this review is not to be applied to any other branch as I am an avid dominoes fan. Dominoes in Brentwood road need to sort their 💩 out! Every time I order any pizza I order double cheese.... Brentwood road branch take my cheese; this is not a one off or a coincidence they are making my pizza experience unpleasant! Hats off to dominoes pizza in Greenwich worked near there for a while and must be one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I put this issue in Brentwood road down to poor management...where is the quality control, customer satisfaction scrimping on cheese to save a few pennies! What is wrong with you! In the long run people will get a Chinese or Indian rather than a cheeseless pizza! Brentwood road cheese stealing people...add cheese to our pizzas!

Never have any problems, food is always fab, delievery is quick, would defo recommend it! Shame that you cannot dine it, as would be great for parties!

This is the best pizza take-away or delivery outlet.The family always have one of their family deals which are great value for money.You choose your 2 pizza's and add 2 toppings then their delicious pizza bread and wedges and a bottle of soft drink all for £19.99 or an extra £3 gets you a larger size.They are absolutely delicious and hot when they deliver and very friendly staff on the phone and their delivery men.Always great to have a pizza from Domino's.Well done to all.
