Domino's Pizza in Hart - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I have lived and worked all over the world and eaten Pizza all over the world. From Hokitika in New Zealand to Oslo In Norway 2 of the best to Milan to Rio. The worst pizza ever stodgy soggy E.g. Where is the cheese? smothered in this disgusting tomato soup. That's not all the nachos where burnt I gave them back to the driver. I also ordered the veggie nuggets lukewarm tasteless and fries soggy limp cold. This stuff is not cheap £30 for this garbage really? Is this the best you can do have some pride some respect for your customers serving up inedible overpriced garbage is not a winning strategy. To hell with this chains like Dominos ripping us off try local privately owned businesses they have a vested interest in some quality.

Ordered online for click n collect, turned up in estimated time , food all ready and correct. Whole family enjoyed it,

Missed half my order said theyd redeliver and did not ... Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to answer my call and Sophie said she was too busy to refund but said she would at some point in the week! Never received the refund!! Best avoided .. the pizza isn't even that good to be honest.

I went and collect my food in the drive in no problem at all perfect and polite but both time food was not cocked well wont suggest to anybody

Don’t buy if you want you pizza on time. They take the money and you have to wait for 2 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE

This place is unreal. 3 times in a row they have messed up our order. Horrible rude customer service. First time they didn't deliver part of my order and when I phoned up they said they wouldn't come out again for one item even though I had paid for it. The second time they took an hour for delivery and when it came it was stone cold. The 3rd time I ordered my order on their clichy confusing website then at the buy now part it said an error occurred, I phoned the store and they said they had no knowledge of my order even though they had taken the money from my account. When you phone them you just get rude people who you can hardly understand. All for over priced garlic bread. A sham of a store. Will never use again.

Very nice pizzas, staff are friendly and welcoming would recommend. Service is fast. Only thing they don’t have any ketchup or mayonnaise why ?

After waiting 40 minutes, when told the delivery would be 20, I phoned. Spoke to a guy who was quite rude. He said my order hadn't even started. Could be up to another hour. He didn't know. Terrible service, and now have to Tey and get a refund. I do NOT recommend Domino's Hook.

Was joining colleagues for a Christmas lunch at the Hogget. Car park flooded following torrential rain, so difficult to park. Car park in Domino's was empty so parked there. Asked if this was OK and told that parking was for customers only. Now car park was empty, but pointed out that I am a frequent customer of Domino's. Very rude response, not in keeping with Christmas spirit. Congratulations Domino's, you have lost me as a customer forever. Letting me park would have cost you nothing, but now you have lost all that future revenue.

I ordered a delivery pizza. The speed of the delivery was excellent but the quality was poor. A serious lack of ingredients coupled witha lot of under cooked cheese :(. I had had the same order from the Domino's Basingstoke recently ( whilst visiting my daughter) and this was excellent - sadly the Hook experience was not.

I’m not even a pizza lover, but these are just simply the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Thin and crispy is crunchy and delicate, toppings are generous, the veggie supreme is the ultimate in taste!! We live walking distance so collection is best, always straight out of the oven and fresh! Delivery a struggle even though we are so close the foreign drivers get lost! Only advice is to learn the area and the language !! Other than that 10/10!!!

Tried ordering online but wouldn't let me choose pay by cash option. Rang store to order to be told same deals do not apply if ordering by phone. Explained I was stuck at home with ill son and only limited cash so ordered one pizza. After an hour they rang to see where I was - they had me down for collection. Again I explained I ordered delivery as I had a sick child at home. Very shirty man said they would deliver - I expected a fresh pizza but it was cold when it arrived - it was obviously the one that had been sitting in their store for over an hour. Never again. I promised my son a treat as he was ill but this was far from a treat.

Ordered online, waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery, called and spoke to the rude manager only to be told that we need to collect as they are too busy would not of ordered delivery if I could collect, absolute joke considering they happily take your money from your bank, on the case to get that back today. Also most times we have ordered from here the food is under-cooked and sloppy, so whoever does the quality check as it says online needs a reality check. Rank! If you can the use another pizza place elsewhere then do as Hook branch do not have a clue.

Was really looking forward to us having a local dominos however I tried this place twice and never again. The pizza was loaded in oil so it was soggy. And the pizza needed cooking a bit longer.

Took over 40 minutes to arrive and some of the order was missing and pizza was cold. - not a good start! Still waiting for my refund for the stuff that was forgotten.

If was their opening week and it was extremely popular - grateful i had ordered on-line which i do recommend. Maybe I am out of touch but i thought it was expensive.

It's the first week of opening but the team at Domino's seem to have got it worked out. The parking is a bit tight when it's busy so be careful but the pizza is just what you'd expect from Domino's. Our order was complicated but the guy on the phone was fantastic.
