Pizza Hut in Leicester

Order Pizza never got delivered ,try to get in customer service , no luck staff are rude and no support at all, tried to call so many times no answer do not order ever,

Staff were sat on the floor when I walked in and when I asked for a menu I was told to look online or at the in store menu. The female wasn’t to bad but the male had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working with customers with that tone!! He then went outside smoking and came back in without washing his hands. Luckily he didn’t make the pizza and the pizza was nice but I didn’t feel welcome there and wouldn’t use them again. I can see why many huts have closed probably due to bad staff!! I had 2 simple pizzas and they got both sides wrong (put in wrong boxes) and only given 1 dip for the first pizza and not even asked for the second. The female was slightly friendlier but both looked like they didn’t want to be there. Avoid

Worst experience ever. Terrible staff service and staff raising voice at customer. Completely unacceptable. Brijesh had terrible manner and customer service, raising his voice at us and giving attitude. Never had a problem with Pizza Hut over 10 years until now. The manager requires a retraining on know how to to talk to customers and not to raise at customers

really bad telephone manners so rude overall really bad ordered my pizza 2 hours later I rang they forgot

Ordered a pizza for delivery hours ago.... still waiting. Had to call three times .I’d say order papa John’s instead if you want your food on time

I ordered a pizza online and asked for it to be delivered at 7.30. The pizza was delivered at 8.40. I raised an official complaint to Pizza Hut. They said that they couldn’t do anything. All I wanted was the hut to ring me and tell me that they wouldn’t be able to deliver at the specified time. My children fell asleep without eating and I paid for pizza that I threw away. Disgusting hut and disgusting service! Order from a different company...these guys are clowns!

I have just ordered another takeaway from pizza hut melton road, Leicester and I must say the food was fresh, hot and full of flavour as usual, May I recommend the spicy chicken strips - lovely!!! My son is not usually a fan of spicy food, but he could not get enough of the spicy chicken strips. I have never had any issues with the food or service from this place. The food was delivered in the time scale given and the driver was friendly and professional. I was impressed to see the driver wore mask and gloves before handling the food. Thank you so much guys for an excellent service once again, I will be placing another order very soon.

Give what is going on at the moment With Covid19. I was very impressed with Melton road Pizza Hut. my Pizza got to me in 25 mins it was hot and very tasty.

Ordered 2 large pizza's from them online( bearing in mind me and my guests are hungry at this point) and thought yes will be here 30 minute tops, but no show, rang them and girl stated that the delivery driver had gone AWOL and wasnt picking up his phone (called him 5 times apparently), by this time i was very Hangry and so was my guests, asked so wat can be done....the girl said she will put another order in and will be there in the next 30 minute, ask can you compensate, she feed me some bull about contact headoffice, not even an offer of any sides or drink (tight buggers)...the driver did show..luck for them, at the stated time but he wasnt bothered, ask him where the original dilivery guy was..his resonse a shrug of his shoulders....WHAT A FING JOKE THIS DELIVER HUT IS...DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE GUYS...you will starve to death.. go to another PUZZA HUT

absolutely shocking customer service !!!!!! we ordered our delivery at 18:34 on the website it says delivery within 30 minutes at 19:38 we called the hut to say we had been waiting over an hour and no food had arrived, there was no apology for this and the man just said weve been busy and the driver is on his way, at 20:00 I rang back to speak to a manager 1 1/2 hrs after the order was placed again no apology all the manager wanted to do was tell us how busy it had been! at 20:07 our delivery turned up luke warm we were then told in order to be refunded we had to return the order absolutely shocking service !!!! will be taking this to head office !!!

I ordered a delivery after reading their "speed guarantee" and "we aim to deliver within 30 mins" online ad. After waiting 45mins I rang them and after a delay I spoke with someone and they said it was on the way. I rang again when it was approaching the hour mark and was told it was on the way still. I asked to speak with the manger and her response was "we're busy, If you're not happy contact customer service". The delivery arrived over an hour after ordering. If they know they are busy why not mention it when I spoke with them on the phone to place the order. I have since contacted customer service and after an initial reply I have not heard nothing again for nearly 3 weeks. So I have given up and don't believe anything Pizza Hut say.
