Firezza in Kensington and Chelsea

I m a loyal customer Order ID: affd1633026382 last time i use the reward system for buy a pizza that was supposed to be free . You cant use the voucher unless you spend at least 14-15 pounds . So the pizza wasn't free. Also with very poor ingredients because was free ( supposed ) so they never give you what you ask for . Scam pizza free with no ingredients.

Really shocked by the negative reviews here. We’ve had Fireizza a handful of times now and it’s always been very good. Had it today again, this time I got the white pizza with truffle and mushroom, it was absolutely delicious. The pulled pork pizza was also very good. Arancini super tasty and very generous portions. I really don’t know why the ratings are so low! Maybe it is because in the area there are lots of pizza places so quite a bit of competition. But Fireizza definitely stands up to the rest in my opinion and deserves a much higher rating. Will continue to buy from them x

Our food arrived 20 minutes after the stated time, and was stone cold when it finally got here. I phoned the restaurant to chase the order 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, and was informed that they were still waiting for a driver. It is clear that the food had been waiting at the restaurant for quite some time before being picked up… I have tried to resolve this by phoning the branch that delivered the order and the number number listed on their website multiple times, without anyone answering either.

Ordered on Monday one vegan, and one vegetarian pizza. Vegan pizza had REAL roast chicken with bits of skin still on the breast. Today, on Wednesday, several days later since I liked the dough, thought I would try my luck. One vegetarian pizza, and one vegan. The same type as last time. This time incorrect vegetarian toppings totally, and pepperoni and nduja on the vegan pizza???? Manager Hamid remembered making the pizzas, but he does not know why??? Delivered by deliveroo

Normalmente me encanta Firezza Pizza, pero esta vez en Firezza Notting Hill tuvimos una experiencia realmente mala, una gestión poco profesional y un servicio muy lento.

Quality has declined massively, customer service is non-existent, 1.5 hours wait for delivery to get the wrong order. Avoid like the plague.

Firezza used to be my go to for delivery pizza and then around 18 months ago the quality and service went downhill dramatically but the prices went up. Tonight decided to give it another go and I am glad I did. Yes delivery was a little slow but the pizza was delicious. Lots of good quality toppings and the staff are kind too.

The quality of this place has declined so fast it's unbelievable. But the worst aspect is the service.i doubt very much they train their staff in customer service, very little care is given to the customer at all. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. Firezza on the whole are good but this branch is pathetic

The quality of Firezza pizza from All Saints Road has been plummeting. Two recent orders largely inedible due to very badly burnt base. Pizza topping quality has been reduced to a minimum and tasteless. Now very over priced. Last delivery took two hours to arrive. Massive waste of time and money - do not use this outlet.

Online order arrived over 30 min late. Ice cream paid for not available and company never issued the promised refund.

Unfortunately, I discovered that there aren't any seats in this Notting Hill branch of Firezza Pizza, even though there is a front room and it does offer plenty of room for a few tables. I think they are missing a trick. They are a takeaway-only pizza shop, and I am assuming that their other branches are the same way. This meant that I had to take my pizza away and try to find a place. But, I'd gone a little bit out of my way so was determined to make the most out of the situation. So, my pizza and I went to Portobello Road, a couple of blocks away. Now, seeing as this area has markets on Saturdays and gets extremely busy, I thought for sure that there would be some benches somewhere along the street or a quiet area just off one of the side streets. But, I was wrong. I walked to the top of the street, and there were not any benches or places to sit at all. I was disappointed. There should be benches to sit at along Portobello Road. The road gets so busy, so people need to sit down somewhere, especially older people and tired tourists. I think this is greatly over-looked. I ended up having to sit on the step in a doorway half way down Portobello Road. This was not at all glamourous, and neither were the people that walked up begging me for coins and the others wandering past wondering why I was sitting there eating what was now a slightly chilled pizza. Overall, the pizza was good. it would have been better if it was warm. I think that they should give customers the option of eating inside the shop to avoid attracting unwanted attention outside, especially if you don't live in the area but are in the area and wanted a bite to eat and didn't want to go to one of the cafes (they do get busy in this area). I can imagine they'd do a fair amount of business on market days. So, they do have to lose points for the fact that they don't allow visitors to eat inside their shop. But, otherwise, it seemed like a good pizza with fresh ingredients and a thin Italian-style crust.

I have a firezza near me and I regularly order a half metre from there, used to love it but the last 6 months the standards have gone from ok to really bad. Pizzas are never the same, sometimes burnt, then soggy, then tasteless last pizza was inedible so I chucked it away. I won’t be ordering from there again, there are much better places to go

I used to love this place, mostly for delivery. Their pizzas are ok (starters & sides nothing special), but they get the order wrong all the time! When they first got it wrong we just ignored it, and took it as a small mistake. The 2nd time I called them and after sending photos and explaining the problem the manager offered a 10£ discount to use next time. We kept ordering from Firezza, and after 1-2 orders they send a wrong pizza again! A pizza missing most of the ingredients! I couldn't find them on the phone, so I emailed the manager with photos (the same person who previously had asked for evidence of the wrong order), emailed the "feedback" email they provide automatically...but nothing...Not even an apology! That was the last time I ordered from them!

Ho ordinato la pizza un paio di volte da questa pizzeria, tramite un sito online di cibo con consegna a domicilio. Pizza buona, non come le altre fregature. Prezzi negli standard. Consegna veloce.

They changed their menu since mid September 2016, reducing prices by half before all pizzas were £15 now £7.65, reducing the toppings and quantity of ingrediends on the pizzas. Their pizzas used to be the best ones I tried in London. My pizza was like a Marguerita pizza...with almost nothing, and not enough tomato sauce. Very disapointing, my flatmates and I were ordering quite a lot. I think they will loose a lot of customers... Shame

I love the pizza here. Delicious. It is pricey however, a little too pricy for regular ordering. Mozzarella dippers have also gone from being wonderful and homemade to poor and what you get from bog standard pizza places. Otherwise, a nice treat.
