Firezza Pizza Restuarant & Delivery in Kensington and Chelsea

Ordered pizza for collection. Website was up and running, took my payment, but when I went to the restaurant it was closed and information online suggests it might be insolvent. Disgraceful that they didn’t shut down the website and continue to accept orders when the actual location doesn’t even operate.

The company is clearly in serious trouble or going through some serious major problems. My order was delivered, sadly not to me, or anybody really, as it was probably left on the street. The store would not accept calls, so I had to go there and speak to the only person on duty. He was also the one who made the pizzas again. By the way, they were undercooked, missing ingredients but with an extra piece of plastic bag for good measure as topping!!!! Firezza IS OVER!

Ordered a pizza for delivery which was clearly NOT a Firezza pizza. Outsourced and in a random box. Emailed to complain over a week ago and no response. Avoid.

We cancelled our order after waiting for over two hours. Weeks and several phone calls later, they still haven't given a refund. After the first hour, we called up to check, they insisted the pizza would be there in twenty minutes. Nope. Called again thirty minutes later and received a similar asssurance. Nope. It never arrived. They took the money and ran.

I ordered 5 pizzas online (Chiswick) and got a call shortly after to say they dint have the ingredients to make 4 of them, but would add extra pepperoni to compensate. Last month ordered pizza and never arrived. Gave them another chance and ordered pizza and sides last Saturday, pizza arrived late, frozen cold and missing sides!! Called the restaurant and they didn't apologise, just said to call the customer service to get a refund. Been trying to contact them but no replies! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a delivery, i was told it would be half an hour, after an hour and a half i was informed from the website it was cancelled. On checking other reviews this was not unusual.

Ordered a pizza last Friday at around 7:15pm - order confirms with delivery promised 32 mins later. All good. 40 minutes after the promised delivery time nothing has arrived and no message from Firezza. 50 mins after the promised delivery my wife drives past the branch to check if it's even open - it is. She goes in to ask where our food is only to find total chaos and disarry in the branch. At that stage 60 mins after the promised delivery they had not even started our order, indeed it was not even at the top of the pile of unstarted orders. I had tried to phone the brnach several times but no-one answered; tried the head office today and the number fails to connect. 1 star rating because you can't give zero stars.

Pizza was an hour late because the rider didn't check the address. Amjad said rather than raising a complaint and getting a refund we should call him today and he would sort us out with the same order free of charge. Did say it was a bit weird and can't we just get some refund but he insisted. Suprose, Suprose called today and he's not there and not picking up his phone. Disgraceful service all because they went to the wrong street name. Now pi$$ed off and hungry. AVOID

dont buy from these guys unless you want a cold late pizza go anywhere but here for your pizza they called after a hour saying they cannot deliver and cannot give me a refund??? what sort of service is this? do not use them unless you want a bad experance. I ordered pizza from Firezza Docklands on 28 March as I was at work so I ate with my colleague. It's always very hard for me to pick a pizza place because I'm italian, but the photos on the app were quite inviting and we went for the Pizzetta. The pizza was actually nice, and the size was just perfect for one person. But the arancini, oh dear, there's no way an italian has made those. The rice was overcooked and had no flavour, which was already bad enough, but because for some reason (why????) they decided to cut it in half (Italy is weeping), when it arrived it was in a million pieces and didn't even look like an arancino. Seriously, I.m not a great cook and my suppli are better than that. I will probably order the pizza again but the arancini are to avoid at all cost!

The pizzas are getting worse and the are relentlessly pushing the vegan menu! For the third time in a row we accidentally ordered a vegan pizza, and this is because it is SO unclear when you are ordering online what is vegan vs non vegan, and the vegan option is disgusting. The fake cheese is completely inedible (clearly, highly subjective view). They should split the menu and make it crystal clear where the cheese is “fake”.

Ordered a pizza and when we checked the tracker found that the driver was taking it to the wrong address. Called the restaurant who insisted that the tracker was wrong. Lo and behold, the driver called to say he was here and he was not - he was at the wrong address. The address on our order was correct.The restaurant absolutely refused to take responsibility for this, could not tell us what they planned to do when we said the pizza would be cold and very late. They did not apologise once and tried to make out we’d done something wrong. Couldn’t get hold of driver to sort it out either. Just terrible.

Ordered pizza at 8:40 pm. Arrived at 11 pm. Missing Coca cola bottle. Pizza was more than cold. Had to call two times and was told that they only had one driver- this is not really my concern, you should not take orders. I also asked for a refund on the missing cola but I assume I will not recieve it. We didn't even eat it in the end as it had to be reheated and tasted horrible. Worst than a frozen pizza. Will never order again. Paid £25 pounds for this horrible experience.

Pricing: Firezza’s prices have been jacked up by 40% since covid lockdown, making it significantly more expensive than other options. Service: Delivery times are very inconsistent, your pizzas may arrive in the promised 40 mins, but you may also wait for almost 2 hours for lukewarm pizza.

Last Friday I ordered these 2 pizzas around 8pm which never arrived. I called them all night and they didn't pick up. At 11 I managed to talk with them and they said they were closed and to call them the day after to process a refund.. The day after I called another number which I have been provided by an automated message on FB and they told me to call the branch I ordered the pizzas from. The branch says they can't process the refunds and to call the manager. The main office number doesn't work. I called again the number I got on facebook and they said the manager would have called me back within one hour... THing which never happened. I called the branch again and they were to busy to talk and the girl just hanged up the phone as soon as she realise it was a refund enquiry. I don't know who to call to get a refund for the pizzas I have never received. They all seem so uncoperative and to not care...

Our pizza is nearly 2 hours later than advised, and we're still waiting for it to arrive. Nobody is answering the phone. We called an hour and a half ago and were told the pizza was probably in the oven. We just want to cancel our order and get a refund, but because no one is responding it isn't possible. Shockingly bad customer service. I appreciate that it is a very busy time and that there is an offer on, but that's not an excuse to treat customers so badly. We've had bad experiences before with having to wait far longer than expected, even in non-end of the world times! More fool us for thinking it might be different this time.

Living 5 minutes walk away from Crouch End branch. For the last three deliveries, Pizzas arrived late and cold. Today, I was shocked that their prices had gone up compared to last week. They have increased their prizes by 40% upon checking my receipt. Would management explain such a steep rise and could it be that they are cashing on a virus that affects many people. I have been victim of fraud by Firezza Chelsea when ordering through the phone. I gave them my credit card details over the phone to pay an order and the following day my card was being used for several unauthorised purchases. Once blocked the card I have called the shop to inform the manager of what happened and to ask the details of the registered manager for the police report. The manager did not want to identify himself so they are clearly involved. Appalling and disgraceful experience. Please avoid by all means and be cautious with those fraudsters at Firezza Chelsea.

We ordered a gluten-free pizza in good faith from the website but a regular pizza arrived. It would have made my daughter really unwell. That on its own is a massive error. When we phoned the restaurant they were rude and unapologetic, and said we could just order a new one, with a 10 percent discount...which turned out to be more expensive than the one on the website as well.Any other good service based restaurant would have sent a replacement with an apology.They have lost a good client and hopefully some of you will read this and order from somewhere else.

Desastre absoluto. Vino a buscar comida para llevar. Dijo 20 minutos y apareció después de las 22 para que le dijeran que la pizza todavía estaba al menos a 20 minutos. Takeaway came after 50 minutes. Was missing a side and the pizza was cold (had to reheat it). Called to comment on the side missing and the guy who answered couldn’t sound less bothered. Offered a refund of the side but didn’t say sorry. Pizza itself was decent once reheated but given the alternatives, there’s no chance I’ll be going back as they clearly don’t care about customers.

Pasó más de una hora (menos de 25 minutos) todo estaba frío, pedimos 2 pizzas (agruparon ambas en una caja), las alitas de pollo podrían haber estado calientes si se hubieran molestado en doblar el papel de aluminio sobre la tapa. Error muy costoso, esta fue mi primera y última experiencia de Firezza, desearía haber verificado primero las calificaciones de Tripadvisor. I ordered a delivery pizza and ice cream. It was late. When it arrived, the ice cream was missing and the pizza was cold. The cheese had solidified. I told the delivery driver that the ice cream was missing. He said ok. I said are you going to bring it back. He said no. Contact the shop. I showed him the pizza and said this cold pizza and asked him to take it back. He repeatedly refused and walked out

Used to order from Willesden Green (2 years ago) and the pizza was great. Ordered tonight from Deliveroo from Earls Court and it’s awful. The base is burnt, tomato sauce tastes like paste from a tube and the focaccia isn’t focaccia. Extremely disappointed. Not cheap either.

Staying in small Hyde Park hotel, didn't want to go out again.Found Firezza on Deliveroo site. Decided to try not expecting much. Two multi-topping pizzas for 20 pounds, showed up fast, hot and fantastic. Will definitely repeat.

Esta es la tercera vez que pedimos a ellos y entregan la pizza más de 1 hora tarde. Los hemos llamado más de 20 veces y nadie parece estar recogiendo y también pagamos 50 por 5 pizzas que nunca llegaron. NUNCA confíe en ellos para una entrega de pizza.

Simple terrible service, pizza arrived 12 hours late when ordered well before closing time. Staff were incredibly rude and just hung up the phone when I called to enquire. I will never order from any Firezza again, especially for £15.45 for a small pizza. Quality is vastly inferior to Pizza Brixton or Franco Manca.

I used to be a regular customer of Firezza, however, my previous experience of having to repeatedly call them to receive pizza 2 hours late and side dishes burnt to a crisp put me off for a while (no compensation was received for this).

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by this chain. We ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago from the Chiswick branch, yet they seem to have forgotten our order but taken our money anyway. I noticed that the Chelsea branch was still open as per the Firezza website, and so decided to call them to see if they could get us our food. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY USELESS - shocked at the level of stupidity and sheer ignorance of the staff. After calling back and forth about three times I was told they were also closed - NOT TRUE as the website says otherwise. After kicking up a stink was passed on to some guy named Patrick (probably a made up name) who not only HUNG UP on me, but then switched the phone to voicemail so that I could no longer reach them. What absolute peasants - no wonder they work in a pizza shop for a living. You've just lost a frequent customer.

Both times was very similar, the delivery was confirmed but it never arrived, I have been until 1:30 waiting and hoping it will come, of course until this time I could´t order anything else. By 1:30 I have to order to one disgusting place I didn´t want due to the hour and wait until 2:30 to receive it. I don`t know about all the negative critics here but some of them are clearly false. I usually go there every once or twice a week and this place is awesome. Usually there is a big guy and a lady behind the counter who are always laughing and they are not afraid to involve the waiting customers in their jokes. Never had any bad experience. Even when I order on the phone both of them are helpful. There are late deliveries sometimes, but they always find a solution to make me happy. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a delivery for 9.15pm and pizza arrived over half an hour late. Called the store several time asking about the delay and were always told pizza would arrive in 5 mins time; this was told three times. Clearly they don't care about their customers and keeping them updated on their orders. Rude person over the phone just giving a standard untrue answer.

Poor customer service at this branch. I ordered a £19.95 meal deal from the Canary Wharf branch on Friday this week and it took almost 1.5hrs to get my delivery. And by the time I received the food they are ALL cold! I called the restaurant to complain and the person who handled my complaint said I could have my next order for free. so today I called to make my order and the same person who handled my complaint said I could have a quarter pizza for free, which he didn't specify in our last call. I am really angry with that person handling my complaint, not only providing me inconsistent information and he didn't show any sincerity in his apologies. I can't believe Firezza operates a gourmet high~end pizzeria with sub~par customer service, absolutely appalling! I will never order from this branch ever again!

Estoy furioso con Firezza Docklands, quien decidió dividir mi pedido en dos y entregarlo tarde con dos conductores diferentes. Obviamente, los clientes esperan que todos sus alimentos se entreguen al mismo tiempo y lo que hizo Firezza es muy irrespetuoso. Horribly rude staff, orders are always late as they don't have enough drivers, food arrives cold. What a messy place - I really suggest to never order from them

I placed an order online which was nearly £30 and it turned out be outside of their opening hours. The payment was taken from my account, my order was cancelled and when I tried to get my money back they have told me I'm lying and that no money has been taken from me and asked to see copies of my bank statement to prove I was telling the truth.

Purchase a too go to go voucher to get a pizza of a 12 pounds value for 6 pounds. When I got there they seemed totally unaware of the offer and told me that the voucher should have not been available online. I got a pizza worth less than the voucher and not even an apology for over charging us for a Margherita and calling it “offer”.

Paid 32pounds for 2 individual pizzas, what was I thinking! They took 1h to arrive so by the time I had eaten half of the pizza the rest was ice cold. The price increases at Firezza are astonishing. Last time buying pizza from them.

We've ordered from Firezza Wandsworth for years and usually the pizzas are great, but the last couple of times we've been very disappointed with the whole experience, and after tonight we will not be ordering from them again. The last time, they delivered the wrong pizzas and gave ours to someone else, after we complained they exchanged them but the original pizzas were cold by the time we got them! This time the online tracker said that they had been delivered 45 mins after ordering (at the estimated delivery time) but there was no sign of them and we had a moment of panic thinking they'd been given to someone else like last time. We called to check and were told they were a minute away, 20 minutes later we called again and were told the same thing... They finally arrived another 25mins later, the boxes were crumpled and squashed, and the pizza was almost completely cold! Not impressed, we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Interesting options on menu. Decent food. Could give it a try once. Pizzas and sides on the menu. They have drinks on the menu as well.

I found myself just wanting some pizza during our last visit to London. And boy am i glad we came across this restaurant. The pizza was SO good...and this is coming from a New Yorker, so pizza is in my bones. Service in this restaurant was spectacular as well! Everyone was so kind and wen out of their way to make us feel at home. If you'r in the area and needing a good pizza, please visit Firezza!

Really poor quality pizza. Never again. It was not cooked, chewy and tasteless. How can you go so wrong.

I was excited to try pizza from Firezza in Wimbledon as it's one of few places in my local area that offers vegan cheese.

If you want vegan pizza just get a cheeseless one with loads of vegetables. I had the Vegano Chorizo; the fake cheese and fake chorizo were disgusting! I should have known better but my curiosity got the better of me.

Ordered for a collection and upon arrival i was greeted with the worst levels of respect humanly possible!

I was sent a pizza with missing toppings (which I had paid extra for) and a missing dip (which I had also paid for). I called and they said they'd send out a replacement. I threw the other one away because they never told me not to. They sent a replacement but said I had to give the original back. I said it was in the bin and they refused to give me the new and correct one plus the missing dip. I have now paid for an overpriced pizza which I never received. I'd also like to add that it's disgusting to charge £2.50 extra for gluten free pizza when it's not a choice for most people and then send gluten free pizzas that are far smaller than the standard despite being far more expensive.

On a Friday night we ordered from the Finborough location, as it was very close to our flat. We ordered a pizza and mozzarella dippers, which we picked up at the allotted time.
