The worst pizza I’ve ever had the cheese tasted absolutely vile almost made me Gag. The boxes were oily and greasier than the oil filter in my car. Upon mentioning this to the customer service they’re even worse have no interest in assisting. Complete and utter joke of an eatery.

Hardly any toppings on the pizza. Little flavour on what was there. Service hit and miss Would not recommend this to anyone.

I was passing by looking for somewhere I could have a bite to eat and came across this Pizza Hut. Wow is the only word I can use and shocked. The manager of this place doesn’t know how to speak to his staff or visitors to the premises at all. I understand that this may be a difficult and uncertain time for us all, but don’t speak to people and scream at people like you do! Food isn’t overly pleasant either.

I’ve had four online orders come from here over the past month or two and been fairly pleased with them all so far. The food is always tasty, the wait is sometimes quite long but nothing to cry about, the driver sometimes is at the wrong house, but once I sit down to eat it’s all good and solely focused on pizza

Should have read the reviews. Made 2 online orders at the same time. First came after 45mins. Pizzas were lukewarm. The second order 75mins. Arlsan the manager was unapologetic and basically said that the only thing they can do is give you money off the next order. No sorry. That’s it. ***DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT STAINES***

Ordered on 24/02 with an estimated delivery time of in 1 hour (OK fine they promise 30 minutes but no biggy). After it has been 2 hours phone they promise it is 2 minutes away, 15 minutes later still say it is 2 minutes away. Eventually after 3 hours since we order they stop picking up the phone. They then decline a refund when I raise a complaint despite the fact I still do not have any pizza.

Part of the delivery missing as they were out of stock Would not have proceeded if they had told me Rude service on the phone unwilling to offer any service recovery complained online too complex and an underwhelming respose

Not very busy Tuesday so easy to get a seat. Food and service great but come on pizza hutt, turn the heating up it’s winter...!!!

My boyfriend and I visited this Pizza Hut with great intentions to enjoy a nice meal. We was seated quickly but all went down hill After that. After deciding what we wanted to eat we waited around 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us but nothing. Being 6 months pregnant and hungry I started to become inpatient and said to my boyfriend to call someone over to serve us. There was a lady cleaning a table and my boyfriend called over to her asking if we could be served as we was ready to order. She replied “I’ll find someone for you”. Now after this I saw many staff members huddled together as a customer was complaining (which I’m not shocked about). I witnessed a staff member throw his towel down that he was cleaning with in the kitchen and said to his fellow team mate “you go and talk to them because I can’t” after this a girl came out of the kitchen and approached the couple who was complaining. This is all while we still have not been served. After this around 5 staff members were all surrounding this couple. I became very irritated at this point because I could see we was not the only customers waiting to be served. We decided to get up and leave and as we did we walked past the girl who told us she would find someone to serve us and she didn’t say a word to us or seem bothered that we had got up and left the restaurant. After our experience, seeing the couple complain in the restaurant and reading reviews online I think the manager of this branch need to retrain their staff on customer service because it is really isn’t good enough.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was held up for 7 minutes due to the workers ignoring us, after waiting 7 minutes, we were then taken to our table. The table was in a absolute mess, the table and seats were covered in food and they were wet, we then had to wait another 5 minutes for the table to be cleaned, once we sat down, we decided on what to order and we called for the waiter if they could take our order. We were ignored the first time and the second time, the waiter made excuses on why our order could not be taken, one of them was “I cannot take your order, my colleague can” we then waited another 5 minutes for our order to be taken. After waiting 25 minutes, we asked how long it would take for our food to arrive, it was then made clear to us that our food was sent to a different table, we then decided to also order our mains and we waited another 20 minutes for it to be brought, despite the fact there were only 6 customers in the restaurant. Once the food was brought to our table, we were handed the plates and cutlery. The plates that were handed to us were already used and so was the cutlery, we then asked for other plates and we were given them, the food was undercooked and cold. After finishing our food, we asked for the bill. 15 minutes had passed and we still didn’t receive it. We then asked again, if we could be given the bill and they replied saying, “We ran out of tin roll” we waited for another 10 minutes. Once we received the bill, we noticed that items were added to the bill, we spoke to the waiter and had the items removed from the bill. I would definitely recommend you do not ever come to this restaurant, the customer service was completely and utterly, horrible.

Restaurant compromise between us and the kids... hard working staff (espc the lad who served us on Sunday) good choice, no issues thanks

After forgetting some of our order on NYE we rang and we’re told we could have it then or when we next ordered. We decided on latter and rang this evening to get it added to an order. We’re told it would be sent but wasn’t. Rang a few times and we’re told sorry we’ll send it within 1/2 hr. 1 hour 15 mins later nothing, it took 15 attempts before we actually got to speak to manager, we were put on hold numerous times then cut off. Very disappointed as we’ve used this Pizza Hut a few times without issue before. Still waiting........3/4 hour later

As our experience at TGIs was so bad we thought we would go to pizza hut as it was not very busy. How wrong were we. Again another ten min wait at the entrance and twenty minutes later we still didnt get served so we left.

The Pizza Hut Staines, I Haven't Visited For A While & noticed A Great Improvement Revamped inside with a new bar area the service was very quick & the pizza was very good with the cheese crust, also used the salad bar & was very well stocked up & clean overhaul one of the best I've visited.

l walked past this at 8am the tables were layed and the chairs were standing on the table top for the cleaners to clean the foor this must be one of the dirty table tops l have ever seen it must be the company way of saveing time and staff wages tables left layed overnight !!!!

Quite a hard place to track down on Google as you are constantly directed to another Pizza hut less than a mile away on the retail park. This is a takeaway and delivery only hut. Ordered for a work lunch for a 1 pm delivery but the order had to be chased and finally arrived nearer half past.
