Domino's Pizza in Coventry

Made an order to be delivered to our hotel as had come back from a concert and hadn’t managed to find something to eat. Took order gave price and said delivery would be 45mins. 1hr later, no pizza and store is shut so unable to chase! Makes you wonder if they ever intended to deliver!

Got a pizza delivered from the branch on holyhead road very disappointed sent the wrong pizzas as we only live round the corner the delivery was quick too quick if you want the pizza done quickly we didn't enjoy it at all wont be going back.

The staff are really good, the orders are always spot on and delivered in super fast time. Very polite and attentive when you call to alter your order.

Attended Dominos on Boxing Day. Standing at the counter for ages and all they wanted to do was take phone orders, leaving me standing there like a spare part. In the end we walked out and took our business else where. Won’t be going there again!

Not keen on dominoes but still go here some times. They take longer than most to make their pizzas and theirs never enough staff but they're on par with the rest

Compared to other dominoes i find this one very poor infront of the others, i didn't like it. The pizza was not delicious and takes not good.

We regularly have our dominos delivered we order on line and food comes quickly everything is hot I would t say they r the cheapest but we use a code to discount the cost I certainly would recommend dominos

In summary. 80 minutes from order to delivery, gave us wedges not nachos, normal crust not stuffed. Called to complain and got free nachos next time.

Ordered online at 22:23 for delivery for confirmation email etc. Charged card. They stop taking orders at 23:00 so was well in time. Got a call at 23:07 to tell me they're now closed and I have to replace my order again at another 24 hour dominos. WHAT!?

I can't complain about the food, but he service was terrible. I've ordered from here a few times and never had any problems, but today I was really disappointed. When I ordered the food online I chose for it to be delivered at 5:30.. The food arrived 15 minutes late and then I realised I was missing a box of cookies. I ran outside to the delivery man and told him, and his reply was "Call Dominos and let them know, I have another delivery to make". I called them straight away and they said they'd ran out of cookies. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this, they said "Oh, did nobody call you to let you know?" .. I replied, no. They asked if I wanted to order something else instead, so I decided to order the brownies as they were the same price. About 10 minutes later, they arrived. The delivery man was different this time and when I opened the door, he handed the brownies to me and didn't say a word, then walked off.. No sorry, nothing. All-in-all, a bad experience. I was very disappointed that I wasn't offered money back or a voucher as a sorry for the inconvenience. Well, I didn't even get a sorry! Won't be ordering from here again.

I had to endure this awful place again, so as not to offend some work colleagues I was with. Not very good experience again sadly. Don`t be fooled by the brand, this stuff is poor quality, and bland. Better of going to smaller company, like Snappy, where quality of ingredients is much better, taste is better, staff freidnlier, better value for money, I could go on......

Domino's Pizza make some good pizza but the price they charge is much too high. You could have the very best Italian Pizza in a really posh Italian Restaurant for the same price. If only Coventry had a decent proper Italian Pizzeria

Needed a pizza - ordered one and they made it. Great quality and tasty as ever!! ALways get confused by which choices I am allowed for what style of pizza - but the staff were friendly and helped me through the ordeal ;-)
