Subway in Coventry

I asked for two nachos with Southwest sauce and guess what no sauce.. the man who served with me was lazy he did not put any nachos sauce because he could not asked refill. Hot chocolate was waste of money they just add Cadbury sachet which cost 30p to hot water. I will.not be going they again ever best place for nachos is in coventry city centre

I just ordered a Uber eats and when we reseived it it had no meat in it what so ever it just had salad in it which is ridiculous aint be ordering from here again

Awful experience, half of order was missing and what was delivered was Luke warm. Tried to call to complain but number on website and Just Eat is incorrect. Avoid!

It was ok but I have got food poisoning from the cookies

We needed to contact the shop to change our order but the phone number doesn’t work. We managed to speak to the woman at the shop, through the delivery drivers phone, but she just said it was too late and we should have called. She couldn’t get that “THE NUMBER DOESN’T WORK!! Very rude, very unhelpful. Won’t be going there again. .

Ham/cheese on Italian.... bit of salad....raa sandwich

Went in yesterday to get some lunch, I was the only one there, and the place isn't big. Shop needs to be upgraded kitchen is probley even worse. All 3 members of staff joking and laughing in the kitchen another two people behind me walked off. All I can say is the staff need to learn how to talk to people, the look on the woman was like why am I here making a sandwich and not joining in the kitchen and joining in the gossip. I've been to a lot of subways and this is probley the worst one when it comes to servicing customers.

I buy footlong sandwich with drink and walkers crisp and i pay 11£ one guy where working there on aftenoon shift is very rude and unprofessional. Another reason give 2 stars because him say like that.. dont seat on chair because cleaning. Omg i been there about 9pm. From now i dont buy anything from there.

Usual good standards from Subway. Great food, clean shop and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

This is a nice little Subway. Very clean and very helpful, respectful staff. The food is ok just like any subway. It is in a busy little area. Prices are reasonable as they go.

Ordered through just eat..yet again the restaurant couldn't get the order right..not difficult to look at order and get it right...absolute joke of a place...must have simpletons working there...meal deal with no option of crisps but potato things that looked like someone had dropped them...£23 pounds spent and order totally wrong...no one answering phone...

Ordered via Uber eats and received someone else’s order!! Does this look like a meat feast sub? Waiting around 40 minutes to get a completely wrong order, how is it possible to mess up an order this badly!? Do not order from here! Go somewhere else

Ordered via uber eats. Food was delivered and the order was wrong! No toasted cheese, on any of the 3 subs. Mayonnaise on sub which was ordered with NO SAUSE! Completely shocking how staff could make so many mistakes on one order. Called to complain and the phones are not answered.Will not use again. £30 wasted on poor quality food. Hang your heads in shame subway, useless!!!!!

Customer service is not satisfactory.

Waited 2. 5 hours for our food never came, even tho said deliverd, we drove to store and the bloke named rakki could not of gave 2 feks, he laughed and said yeah it here on the side, stone cold, if you want it hot you have to pay other £20 for duplicate order, his attitude was discusting and he was trying act hard in front of delivery drivers.

Yet another subway where staff aren't trained in food safety & cross contamination. Disappointed in the lack of control from such a big franchise. No consistency or change of gloves like McDonalds. Meatball marinade sauce all over the cheese which is used for vegetarian subs. Very very disappointed. Served by Ricky

Meatball sub arrived stone cold with one still frozen in the middle, looks like this store does not take it health and safety for customers seriously. When tried to contact the store the phone was never answered. If possible avoid this store, spend your money elsewhere.

Thankful they have reopened. Good social distancing measures implemented inside and very fast and efficient. Reduced menu but not that I noticed as everything I wanted was available as usual. Really recommend this subway, friendly, fast and most importantly tasted amazing!!

Standard subway like any other.

This is the best place to have a quick breakfast. The staff is very polite and thoughtful. The other day the Sandwich Artist named Raki opened the store a bit earlier so my partner and I could get a sub. That was a fantastic experience. Thank you so much Raki.

I am not a fan of this establishment. Though family members like it. I dont like knowing the food lays in a chiller next to the counter They do use gloves but i have personal dislike to the way the place serves food. I think its overrated and expensive for a meal thats not that filling.

What you would expect from any other subway at a tenth of the speed. Lunch rush hour and one person is working.

Worst subway I have ever been to.....avoid or see a doctor the next day.... or go to the one by the rugby ground just not to this poxy little nasty excuse

Wouldn't recommend for eat-in as it's very small but the staff are always extremely nice and as per usual with subways great food :-)

was told to leave the store for no reason, the queue was out the door it was around 6pm and they told everyone to leave and that they wouldn't serve anyone else

Love my Subs, come here 2-3 times a week and the food is fresh, the staff are friendly and the choice is great. The meal deals are great value. Brilliant.

Same as most subways, but quite cramped with little seating

I honestly don't know what the hype behind this overpriced and extremely average sandwich joint is. I gave it 3 chances and was physically sick after 2 of them. You are better off going to m&s for a lunch deal or something.

Love subway so much prefer over anything anyday I love the fact you can watch them make it and they make sure you want this or if there's enough of s certain thing!!

Local, fast, have but need to eat at least a foot long to fill you up for a hour

I used to go most mornings for breakfast to get a take out for my missus and myself. The bacon started to look under cooked the coffee machine wasn't working some of the time the staff seemed ok to me although in the end I stopped going as I only had a certain amount of time before work, the service wasn't the fastest. Pretty average.

Customer service ,manager needs to be aware of the rude staff. Who need to be trained to be polite when dealing with costumers .Shame because the product is good

I used to love going here but the changing to the staff has really affected the service, some can barley speak English and they can't even manage to put a simple transaction though without over charging you.

My son and his friend (both sensible types & still at school) went to this subway. My friend's son was charged £4.50 for what should have been a £3 lunch deal. They were also impatient with the lad who had not visited a subway before and did not know how to order, also telling them not to spill their drinks as they would have to clean it up themselves!! Funnily enough, neither were given till receipts, so there is no way of leaving feedback on the main subway site.
