First time ordering and it was fairly disappointing. Chicken tandoori pizza had been left in the oven too long, cheese had become dark brown over most of the pizza and the vegetables had started charring black. Herbie pizza looked a lot more appetising as it wasn't burnt. Pizza's lacked sauce making for a very dry pizza particularly the chicken tandoori that was already overcooked. Other places usually provide a dip per pizza, no complimentary dips provided. Order confirmations/emails lack information about the delivery address and name so if ordering via their website, ensure the details are correct first time around as there's no way to check them later (may be possible to check if you create an account).

Usually the best pizza in Cov but the base tasted stale.

Always enjoy these pizzas, although I do find them a little pricey. However I can’t fault the taste and delivery time always piping hot when received. I also bought one slice of chocolate cake on my recent order and they sent two. Best pizza for sure keep it

Walked 10 minutes to grab a pizza whilst staying in a hotel nearby, called ahead but no answer. got there at 7pm ish and it was closed even though it says open online on Google and accepting orders through Uber eats

Driver didn't understand the meaning of the word delivery

Pizza is always fresh and nice quality 🍕🍕👌 but very expensive now💰💵💸, the garlic bread is awful, 😖and the chips awful too. would not recommend ordering them😖. But as I mentioned the pizza is fine. The meal deal is not good either, it's not worth the cost and they need to add more choices of what you get in meal deal. No dips are free, so really if you just want a nice pizza, then that's all I recommend you get. But it's expensive. We Would order pizza again but not the meal deal. 🍴😏

Used snappy tomato pizza in coventry spon end as a kid, and also spotted one in Stratford upon Avon which I used also.. both were impeccable.. recently used the spon end one last week and although the customer service and speed of service was good.. this is where it ended.. unfortunately the taste had changed since.. and not for the better neither.. very much doubt I will be using this establishment again..

Pizza's used be the best around. Now you get a half cooked , microwaved effort. Just not ordering from here again. When your orde r is ready in 15minutes the alarm bells go off. Middle of my pizza was cold. Rather wait half an hour longer than get a microwave effort.

Food was good, however i ordered deep pan pizza and thin crust was delivered.

As I type it is about 20 minutes late. I could understand it if it is a world cup final, and they're bombarded with orders, but it's a Friday and everyone is having tough times.

Had to walk down the road as the driver was too lazy to walk to the door, snappy used to be great but it's awful and bland now, not to mention it was 25 quid for a pretty small pizza and garlic bread. Could have got 2 large pizzas and 2 sides for the same price at Domino's.

Warm playdoh. It had the texture and taste of greasy cardboard - was genuinely awful. Never not finished a pizza before, but I legit couldn't tell what I was eating and all I could taste was the BBQ sauce I added on the side as a dip.

I ordered a pizza through just eat for a delivery to my home when I when back onto the site to see how long it would be it said it was ready for pick up I called them up and the girl I spoke started shouting at me saying they don't delivery in my area I asked them if they can cancel the order and reimburse my money she told me no and she was going to give my pizza to the homeless outside there shop I never received my order and I lost £32 never again

I ordered a pizza deal for the family and it didn't arrive for two hours. I repeatedly called the Spon End store only for no one to answer the phone. When the pizza finally arrived it was burned and tasted bland. I contacted customer service over a week ago and still waiting for a response.

Honestly a bun with a beef pattie and a bit of melted cheese and a poor excuse for a portion of chips. Only thing nice was the can of pop and ice cream. Very disappointed

It was the worse pizza from here normally very good. Dough was under proofed and topping not great…. Should have stuck with vegetarian topping. But sadly that still wouldn’t have helped.

Avoid! Pizza toppings tasted off, chips hardly cooked - it all went in the bin. Delivery fee £6!! A waste of £30 of my hard earned money.

Pepperoni pizza was good. South of the Border tasted like it had been left on a dusty shelf for years. The Snappy in Bedworth makes a much better pizza.

Bedworth Branch. Pizzas are back on form. We ordered Beast 'South Of The Border' Still best pizza takeaway in our opinion.

WHO WANTS KETCHUP WITH A SALAD!! PIZZA PRICE INCREASED HEAVILY, THINK THEY ARE MAKING MONEY ON EXTRA DIPS AS I HAD A BAG OF THEM, £37.50 FOR 4 IND PIZZA SALAD AND WINGS... The pizza just seemed like a frozen oven baked pizza. Dough was chewy and poor quality toppings. Wouldn’t advise this for pizza.

Was not happy with this delivery! It was late, which affected my kids as they had to wait up for it and they had school the next day. Also when it finally came it was stone cold. I would happily have a refund!

It cost me 22 hard earned pounds for what I can only describe as an abomination of a burger and total disrespect to the potato. I haven’t tried the pizza from here though so I can’t comment. Please just don’t order the chicken burger and chips PLEASE!!! I honestly think they should just take this option off the menu. Even the bun was diabolical

Friend ordered a pizza to his house and it was some of the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my whole life. The pizza was dripping in oil and in fat to the point when you took a slice and lifted it onto a plate it would leave a puddle of oil on the plate. Now I know most takeaways tend to make pizza the American way and sometimes yeah it can be a little bit oily but this was just embarrassing. I took 2 bites out of my slice and I threw the rest in the bin. You can tell they are using extremely cheap low quality cheese that comes in a bag because of how oily and cheap it tastes. The best part of this meal was the coke can I got with it. Please stay away from this place.

I mean I got a cheese and tomato pizza. Easy. Cheese and tomato. And no tomato sauce at all on the pizza. Bland. In fact woeful. A deep pan base with no tomato woeful. Lifted cheese off, white dough underneath. If I could put pictures on here I would. Items missing. Won’t be ordering again. 20 Quid up the spout.

Really unimpressed. First time using just eat. Normally use uber eats. Sorry butWont be using again. Never had to wait an hour and a half for a pizza before :(

Pizza was good, but the combo burger was horrible and soggy?

Ordered a large thin crust original Hawaiian pizza, on the website it showed as £11.95. Went to collect and was charged £13.95. This post Brexit inflation is a lot worse than I originally thought. The pizza was reasonable. Lots of pineapple, a reasonable amount of mushrooms and a lot less ham. The base was thin but not particularly crispy. There are too many other pizza places to order from than to revisit this place, IMHO.

Dont usually leave feedback unless food is really bad or really good. In this case the burger was the best I have had in a long time, beat Burger King, McDonalds etc. hands down, 10 stars...thx

Food was OK, kind of bland in reality and definitely not worth the price for the rocky mountain high pizza. Cheesy garlic bread hardly had garlic, onion rings didn't have a nice taste.. If it had cost less I'd of said I got what I paid for but was overpriced cheap food.

Order 2 x Fanta to come with food, they sent 2 x diet coke, and then no answer from the restaurant when we tried to call to inform them. Very poor quality pizza and garlic bread, with undercooked soggy chips on the side. Overall very disappointed.

It’s really a shame! Food was nice but when you order at 1:03 and then it doesn’t turn up until 3:35 that’s just a joke!

What is the service charge for? There is already a £3.50 for delivery then another 50p It’s is almost a quarter of all cost … terrible

This was hands down the worst pizza I have EVER eaten, not only was it 30 minutes late but the pizza tasted like chemicals had been sprayed on it, couldn't eat it. Garlic bread well my dog could have made better blindfolded. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times just rings out. Will be claiming for a refund. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed. Paid for extra toppings, none of which appeared on the pizza. Exactly the reason I stopped using Palajohns at the Forum Walsgrave. The pizza was also overcooked. Shame. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the level of topping on a “Rock mountain high” I hope this is a one off.
