Amazing food and service delivery.

Ordered on just eat a large pizza, received a 9in one, called them and I was asked how many slices have I received. I mean it’s only 9in pizza that you delivered why arguing with customers? “No madame I cut the pizza and 8 slices is large. Anyhow, not wasting time on thieves who then try to fool me about their pizza’s size so I hanged up. Rude customer service and fraud company.

Driver took too long and staff is not very responsive and kind

burger wasn’t the best didn’t taste like a proper fillet, tasted like a kids steak burger. Food looked like it was rushed, probs won’t be ordering again

pizza and doner kebab meal=disgusting taste. doner kebab meal payed 7£ for it and the pitta bread was half empy + the food was cold. My first and last order here.

Driver refused to bring up to me, second floor flat. Then when I got the food it was cold.

Ordered 2 pizzas which were nothing more than ok the 2 kebab and fries meals were shocking the fries were overcooked and rock hard the chicken kebab meat well overcooked scraps of hard dried chicken was the worse ever from there. Totally disappointed and wasted money ☹️

Order was meant to arrive between 18.35 and 18.50, had a message to say it had been delayed to between 19.00 and 19.20. It's now 19.32 so an hour and a half since I ordered the food on a normal Wednesday night. Have called Caspians and the guy just kept saying the food was on its way and when I told him about how late it already was and that it should've been here nearly 15 minutes ago (on the DELAYED time, shouldve been here an hour ago on the normal time!) he just muttered they were busy and his driver was on his way. Ridiculously unhelpful, if they were that busy then this should've been reflected on Just Eat at the time of order and we would have gone elsewhere.

EXUSE Me I have children to feed I ordered my food at 19:30 and it is now 20:35 and still not arrived this is appalling. I have children to get to sleep and to feed I think it’s disgusting I find it very unprofessional I shall be leaving a review. And I’m a very respected person in Coventry so you have just lost out on good customers unless somthing can be settled for your inconvenience.

The driver explained to me why he was running late and he was very polite and very understanding why I was annoyed. The food was great as always, many thanks, greatly appreciated folks.

Wonderful food, delivered hot and on time,operate stamp discount system too,would fully recommend pizzas and garlic bread,tasty,lovely cheese and toppings.

Delivery times are APPALLING. The fact they charge for delivery and never compensate for late, cold food is a joke.

I’ve been buying from Caspian Pizza for well over ten years, the food always piping hot, always nicely cooked and presented, great value for money, I wish them the best success, nice guys, never had a problem with the food, there 19 stars out of 5, best on here for sure

Chicken wings were not spicy at all

Everythink was ordered no mistakes. Just that the fries was bot dry like over dun the bbq chicken wings was pink in the middle and hardly any sauce on.

Food was alright, at least the food I received was. I called the outlet to tell them something was missing and they said the driver was on the way. The driver never came back. I don’t like being fussy, but if I don’t get everything I’ve paid for then that is not right. I will still remain a customer and hope that next time if something happens, they will do the right thing.

Changed the chicken meat and the onion rings was different. Soggy chips, not happy as I’m a regular

The food was great and delivery time was good but I didn't get the meal I ordered it was replaced with potatoe wedges, I rang up to see if they'd bring it but unfortunately no one showed up...

I really like Caspian pizza and usually order on a regular basis and face no problems, however today it felt as if I had ordered from a different restaurant, I ordered 2 pizzas with chilli sauce base and deep pan, and onion rings and chicken nuggets and chips. The pizza’s that I received today were absolute poor, the topping was off the base and despite ordering a deep pan base, the pizza’s were thin crust and had big thick chunks of onions on top of the base and the rest of the toppings were off the pizza’s. The pizza’s also appeared rushed and undercooked. We were unable to eat them. I tried to contact the restaurant 4 x however there was no answer.Extremely disappointed and a wasted £30! I will think twice before ordering from this restaurant again. Absolutely appalling!

always order pizza from caspian and have only been disappointed once in 2 years. Reasonable prices and nice delivery people, usually on time or a little ear;ly which suits me.

Arrived on time. It was one of the best pizzas I ever had.

Very late kept delaying delivery time. Wouldn’t answer the phone , eventually did after calling 5 times. Delivery driver had the worst attitude

Ordered food given delivery time of 1 hour. Then after 55mins they cancelled. Terrible customer service will not use this place ever again

Great choices of Pizzas, both veg and non veg and very reasonable prices, However, grossly disappointed with behaviour of the FOH team, seemed a little rude when he took the order. Gave a death stare when asked for some extra tissues to clean the table - which was their job to do, anyway. Further, he said he is very busy so please hurry up with your order, i dont have time. That was simply outrageous. The FOH team needs a little training and kindness while dealing with customers. Rest, this is good place to have a quick bite on the go!

Told it was only two minutes away 30 mins of waiting, turned out an hour late, no apology or call to say,

Food was good. Arrived 5 minutes late but was still hot. When phoning the shop to find out where the food was they took a while to answer but we’re helpful. Would use again.

Chips were hard, Warmed up. Chic ken donner was really weird tasting, I opened the wrap and it was all bright pink. Not cooked and dangerously sent out. I’d rather they said they aren’t available than send out food that is not safe. Called the restaurant but no answer. Will see them in person tomorrow with the food they sent.

Always brilliant food from there,tasty,hot and complete orders,usuall early which is a bonus, delivery drivers polite and helpful,would fully recommend.

Pizza areived cold & burnt the whole too of the pizza is burnt

Ordered pizza with only 2 (tomato sauce and cheese) ingredients but arrived with only one, how you can forget about base sauce! Its a joke! Dry base and cheese! The worst in my life!!!
