Their peperoni passion pizza got not enough peperoni. Slices got 1 or 2 peperoni on them, some of the slices are pure cheese

Don't order from pop in pizza, I ordered a 20 ,in pizza and chicken kebab in tray ON OWN no chips! Food turned up the pizza looked liked it has been turned on the side and upside down so all pizza is in the corner and the chicken kebab came with chips . I rang up to make a complaint and they were making as if it was my fault with the order , one person said they will send another chicken kebab out but 1 ,hr later nothing turned up so rang again and they again made it as if it was my fault and they were being very rude on the phone and very disrespectful

Best pizza places in Coventry the owner is lovely and always smiling and his staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean environment the chicken strips and garlic bread is my all time favourite definitely recommend

Terrible…pizza was salty, chips were soggy, kebab dripping in grease. Arrived late. Always used to be decent food so maybe owners have changed.

I just popped in for a little pizza. In was overcooked, pretty nasty tasting and quite expensive, well, certainly for what I got. I won't go again. Poor food.

Open until 12 but stop taking orders from 11. Useless place don't waste your time and money on a place that does this.

Ordered food over a week ago only for the wrong order to be delivered, still waiting on a refund I doubt I’m likely to see that…. Very disappointed when your food take away is your profession and they can’t get that right or fix the problem after their own mistake…. My advice is to look elsewhere when looking for food/takeout

One of the better independent pizza shops. Lovely food, fast service and normally very quick delivery. Record so far is 12 mins from order to delivery. Prefer this place more than the big chains. Highly recommended

Pizza was amazing, but the kebab was somewhat lacking. For the price you would expect a decent size and quality. However, the meat was underdone, and the sauce was a drizzle. I definitely will not be having a lamb doner kebab from here again. The chips seemed like a child's portion and delivered cold so not sure how long they were waiting or cooked previous tk put in the order but they were not fresh.

I ordered cheesy fries, received normal fries, very disappointing. The wrap was not wrapped, things were stuck inside and wrapped in paper but the actual wrap wasn’t closed. Contents fell apart on my lap. Awful food, do not recommend.

Disgusting. Soggy chips. Burnt over cooked chicken kebab meat in a soggy wrap, with about two pieces of lettuce.

Got a call to say no chicken kebab meat available and would it be ok to have donna meat, said yes, that's fine but what else would I say?! So, not only disappointed not to get what I ordered, it was really late 😩

We've had food before and it's been great although this one was late, and the driver got us to collect from his car.

Wrong pizza delivered was meant to be an 11in Mexican and don't know what was delivered but it couldn't be eaten so a complete waste of food and money

Time was correct on website but it said left at 4.59 arrived 15 minutes after that which I only live up the road. Chips missing for both meal, once finally got an answer on the phone they said would deliver them to which they did but meant all my food was stone cold as was already cold when arrived first then to wait for the chips. Most of the order was wasted due to this and not eaten now.

I placed the order on just eat app at 19.17 and it was estimated delivery 20.05-20.25 - fine. I received a message telling me my food was on the way at 20.09. It’s a 7 minute drive. Fine. At 20.43, the app updated to say my order is delayed and will arrive at 20.45. Not fine. It’s currently 21.07 and the restaurant has refused any money back claiming they were “busier than expected” and the delivery note was sent in error and I’m still yet to receive my food. Absolutely not fine. Awful service. It’s been almost 2 hours and I have no dinner.

I placed and order and it took 2 hours to arrive!!!! after over an hour I called the restaurant and was reassured my food was packaged up and would be with me in 10-15 mins. after another 40 mins I called back again and I was told that my food was on its way and the staff member had lied and my food hadn’t been sat out waiting. my food finally arrived and wasn’t hot was warm like it’s been sat waiting the whole time. Don’t waste your time!!!!

I had a tray of donner meat with chips and pink sauce and I ordered a burger and cheesey chips for my girlfriend the chips were cold and the cheese wasn't melted so she left most of them but overall the food was good and this was the first time the cheesy chips weren't perfect since I've had them from pop in and i would highly recommend it to anyone

I was recommended by a family member to try pop in pizza and I’m very glad I did. This was probably the most tastiest pizza iv ever had! Arrived on time and really hot.will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered at 8.40, due for delivery between 9.30 and 9.50, got a notification saying it was delayed, didn’t get it till 10.20. 1 hour 40 minutes for 1 small pizza!

Definitely the worst pizza I’ve had for a while, it arrived still hot but the cheese was like rubber and the pepperoni was almost tasteless. For £12 less I could have bought a frozen pizza which I would have enjoyed much more.

Food arrived early. Polite delivery man. Food was well packaged as usual and piping hot. Only criticism is that the anchovies on my pizza were INSANELY salty. Otherwise cannot fault the quality, freshness and flavour if the food from this consistently great place.

Ordered at 19:05 delivery was estimated for 19:55-20:15. Food arrived at 20:39 pizza was overdone and Luke warm, chicken strips were like rubber and chips were soggy and Luke warm. Family were starving and still didn’t eat a lot of it. Spoke to the shop twice asking when the food was going to be delivered and was told 7 minutes away when in fact he was 20 minutes away. Shop staff didn’t seem to be bothered that the food was late and just said we are busy. When I said I was going to leave a bad review they said ok do you still want your food. 😡🤬

Food arrived well packaged, presented and piping hot. Kebab meat was generous and absolutely delicious, salad was lovely and fresh. Burger was cooked to perfection and bun lightly toasted. Chips were hot, fresh and crispy. Absolute quality as always.

Excellent food as always but delivery time was shocking. Called restaurant to find out where it was, told driver was on route, didn’t turn up for another 25 mins. It’s only a 5 mins drive max door to door

My food was freezing cold when I received it. ended up giving the food to the dogs and ordered off Uber eats.

The Donner meat was crusty and over done...was so hard and unappetising, it came with over cooked chips which I did not want or ask for, The Chicken Fillet burger was not a fillet..its a chicken burger and it tasted awful!!!

The order was completely wrong and after calling, they said they didn’t have what we ordered. They should have told us as soon as we ordered it or refused the order if they were out of stock.

Although food was delivered hot and if good quality , toppings were sparsely distributed I ordered extra jalapeño mushroom and kebab and there was probably one slice of kebab and one mushroom on the whole 14” pizza really disappointing considering we always order here cos we love the generous toppings

Really can't fault the delivery time, Fridays are busy times and the driver must be rushed off his feet and still got here early.

Only complaint it the slices are not even slices. Some are massive and some are really small l more time needed when cutting the slices

Food was cold and didn't taste nice at all chips tasted like made hours ago pizza had wrong topping on it and pasta cold never again and late second time ordering.

Disappointed that they forgot the cheese on my chips unable to complain as my partner eat them without taking a picture
