This place is 10/10 the kebabs are the best there chicken tikka is 10/10 deffo recommend oh and the portion size for money beats any other by far

I’ve ordered from here consistently for years now and I can hands down say it’s my favourite pizza/kebab/burger takeaway in cov. The burgers are to die for (strongly recommend the crispy chicken burger) and food always arrives hot and fresh. Drinks are always ice cold too. Ignore the other reviews and give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I think you need to probably ignore every review. I've ordered solidly and I mean solidly from this establishment for a year +. I've had pizza and chicken and every time they slap. Don't get me wrong just way estimates a time and sometimes they're like 5 mins late but the food is piping hot. Never ordered a kebab as not my thing but i would not order from anywhere else. I've had about 10-12 orders now no issues & I've spoke to staff. All of which lovely. Food is 10/10 every time. Missing a trick if you live in cov and don't use these guys!

Absolutely awful place Ordered on uber eats. Recieved a message to say the order was delivered, called the place they said they didn't have the ingredients so were making it as we spoke. 50 minutes since original order, no delivery. Called again, politely requested a refund and cancellation, person hung up. Called again no answer. Called from partner phone. No consistency in timings. No reassurance of expected time of delivery. Poor service. Will be requesting a refund from Uber.

Bloody digrace, ordered food from here on the phone and they kept padding putting the phone down bcuz my bisexual friend kept laughing

Visited a couple of times and tried Doner kabab, Mixed doner and Pizzas. I really recommend their pizzas and Doner kabab which is really good but when we ordered mixed kabab the chicken in the kabab was like shredded tiny pieces which is really not good. 💷 Affordable pricings Small seating capacity Takeaway and just eat available. Absolutely terrible, denied us service and hung up on us multiple times, my friend has a condition where he continually laughs and he believed we were prank calling. We just wanted some quality pizza and we were treated like rats.

Today I have ordered mix kebab, those little red chips are chicken? one of the worst kebabs I've had in my life, the taste of these larger pieces of meat is like a grinded dog.

just avoid, its cheap and nasty the milkshakes are ok though

Why do they never answer the phone ? They have £13 of my money that they owe me cos they cancelled my order. I am fuming. But they haven’t given me a refund.

Great place ,, fast food ,and a good service

One of my favourite pizza places! 🍕 The food is always good quality and worth if for the price, my family gets the family deal and it's enough to last like two meals. I've never had a problem with the quality of their food or the taste and the waiting time for delivery is not that long. If you're looking for a new halal pizza place to try, I definitely recommend this one!

I order chiken and 2 piza piza is quit ok but still need to improve but chicken psz is horribel that is waiste of money

Too long waiting time to deliver the food. Especially In night. Estimated delivery time was 5 to 30 mins. But delivered after an hour.

Overpriced and all they do is cancel your orders

This is one of my favorite places because they make mega delicious pizzas, solidly large, well seasoned and with rich pieces of pizza toppings. Me and my family buy here and we are always satisfied. The staff try very hard and are nice

Ordered at 10 pm been waiting for 1 and a half hours and no food this is a joke. Delayed 3 times no answer or nothing.

Don’t order from here. The hygiene is poor the driver will constantly come to my door holding my milkshake by the straw? Mate seriously then they banned me from complaining about it. Dirty

Not sure that was a pizza or something else but i ended up very sick. It's very rare for me to order pizza, usually once every couple of months so most likely something wrong with the food. I'm not sure for 100 % so I'm saying definitely. Share your opinion about that place.

Ordered £25 worth food and everything was cold, when i rang them the guy then said im lying and thats not possible and im doing it to get free food. He then started getting abusive saying i have an attitude. Absolute disgusting behaviour will deffo not reccommend u guys need manners before u run ur business!!

I was waiting for my order via Just Eat and nothing arrived..I was annoyed at myself as I dont know whether I dropped off and missed the driver ...phoned Pizza Ricoh who couldn't have been nicer ...they explained that the driver and they had phoned back at least 4 times ...I apologised and they said they would resend the food ....I was expecting the same food to arrive and that it might need microwaving..I couldnt have been more wrong ...the food was SO delicious ...piping hot ....obviously fresh..and of an very good quality ..SO tasty Im a Paramedic out of the Coventry Hub and I will be telling my workmates that THIS is the place for a lunch or a late night treat ...FANTASTIC stuff ...well done all Pizza Ricoh

Very rude stuff I order worth of £21.50 when I paid they charged me extra 50p for card payment which was totally illegal when I said this is not right stuff member argued with me. Secondly the food was so bad they don't know how to cook its unediable I gave to the pigeons even they didn't eat it DONT EAT FROM HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

We ordered for the first time on sat and. It was quite late the food arrived very quickly and the food was piping hot but we have definitely got to say omg to the chips from here would definitely recommend and we will placing another order soon thanks.

Said food would take one hour .... 2 hours later still no food and rude staff on the phone! Avoid at all costs!!

Whilst in the area working, drove past Pizza Ricoh and thought sod it... bit of spare time and slightly peckish. No one else in there waiting on what I was expecting to be a fairly busy night so didn’t get my hopes up on what to expect. Just went for a small (8”) meat feast pizza as didn’t wanna overdo it whilst driving all night. Only waited 10mins max for it to be cooked. Was pleasantly supersized by the taste of the pizza. Your standard takeaway base, plenty of cheese and a nice topping of 3 meats (one of which had a nice little kick to it) Price was only £4 and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and could quite possibly be back again in the future!

By far the best pizza place!! Customer service is incredible, my partner and I were too lazy to walk and delivery was made on time and we even got a text to say the driver was on his way. Every time we go the customer service is fantastic, almost as good as the pizza! We’ve decided to go for pizza Ricoh over dominos any day and value for money is incredible! It’s a must try if you haven’t already !

Very very very bad service driver rings me to come outside collect food when i say come to the door he is very angry at me .i have not experienced anything like tjis in my life by a delicery driver.when ordering the food tell them to put little bit if chillies but they fully load it with chillies .will never order from them again

They don t even listen when you tell them your order.Then they ask you again your order.Anyway the pizza was disgusting.

Hotel kitchen was closed so Ricoh Pizza was recommended , ordered a stuffed crust with some toppings and it arrived fairly quickly but not sure what on earth they put in the cheesy stuffed crust as it was vile. Average at best.

First time I ever ordered from them it took over an hour and half for delivery (was told 40mins), gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered a second time had a pizza and some chicken wings and literally writing this review the morning after whilst sat on the loo for the 4th time. Never ordering from here again.

Really nice pizza's probably one of the best in Coventry. I've tried a few of their pizza's and prefer the Asiana one. Every time i've ordered the pizzas i've always collected them. I have to say they are very quick and i've collected my pizza's within 15 minutes. Overall i've been here around 5 times in the last few months and I haven't been disappointed

The spaghetti was overcooked and the sauce was watery won't be ordering from them again

Nice place very close to my home

It was Sunday evening, shortly before 11pm, and I was driving a friend back towards Birmingham. Finding somewhere open at that time of night was a pleasant surprise, but better was to come. Pizza Ricoh might have a smaller range than some outlets, but it's great food and excellent value for money. We shared a 12" Mix Supreme, which was really tasty, and the fries were equally impressive (dry, drispy and plenty of). Friendly staff, too.

Bit too pricey for the quality of food. and the chicken items are horrid in batter the burgers are battered And very very thin , obviously sliced off a larger breast So now i know i wont be getting from there Ripp off tbh

I ordered a pizza from here and was told it would take a maximum of 45 minutes to deliver. 50 minutes later I called them only to be rudely spoken to and told it would take another half an hour to get to me. The worker then proceeded to explain to me how busy he was and how I’m wrong for thinking he has lied to me about the delivery time. He even went on to say “we are busy today, and if I had told you that your food would only arrive in 1 hour and a half, you would have put the phone down and gone else where for food”. Most shocking thing I’ve heard a takeaway say to me. He then wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager and told me he doesn’t care about my custom and that the shop has many customers from “all over the place”. Great service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Pizza are 10/10 but fries and chicken can be better.

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour from delivery. Not a problem as usually the pizza is worth waiting for. Not this evening. Incorrect pizza was delivered when we called back to say we were told that they would send a replacement. Waited another hour. Called again to be told no replacement was coming and nothing they would do. I do not recommend eating here if you want the pizza you ordered - or any form of customer service. A call back to say they were not sending the pizza promised and paid for would have been nice.

Quickest delivery time I’ve every experienced with any takeaway in Coventry and the food was perfect and cheap. Can’t ask for more really. Would definitely recommend

Bought some food from this place hoping for it to be reasonably fresh and humanly consumable but when we got home, opened the bag to find cold an rock hard fries that seemed six months old an burnt processed nuggets an chicken strips that you can buy very cheap from supermarkets..on top of this I was charged twice the price it would have cost elsewhere...kids were very disappointed with the food will never buy from here again!
