I ordered at 9.05 and it is 10.31, I haven’t received my order yet. Why this much long? I don’t think so I am ordering again

Took ages to come. The delivery driver was awful communication and said to my friend he was here to pick me up and not deliver the food until my friend said no they food. On the phone for ages with yet bad communication. Food also was cold

A bit disappointed, chicken nuggets looked like chicken poppers , I expected them to look like nuggets and it was too salty. The special donner mix was too dry and not saucy enough. Normally it’s very good but today not same standard as before. I have to say the portion is very good of special mix donner .

I got a deal which was supposed to be chips colslaw Pepsi and beans I didn't get beans coleslaw weirdly taste of nothing no flavour chicken was not nice won't be ordering again

The whole order was cold the chips fell out the bag and was soggy. The kebab meat was all shrivelled up and nasty, and the chicken burgers were freezing cold and so was the wings.

Chilli sauce pot had opened and emptied, in the bag and all over the other items of food. Some of which were for children that couldn’t eat due to sauce seeping through the paper wrappings of the chips and burgers. Disappointed as are regular!

Average this time, will be going elsewhere from now on. It ain’t what it used to be .

Currently pregnant and ordered a chicken wrap only to rip it in half and find it's pure pink. Haven't got a photo as I chucked it in the rubbish bag and then I was sick. I would definitely not recommend this place!!!

Order often form here but decided to try something different - the chicken kebab was horrible - the meat was very fatty and not edible so went in the bin. Pizza was nice but won’t ever order chicken kebab again

Delivery driver was very rude! Called to say they couldn’t bring to the door in rise block due to insurance, explained my situation and was told ‘just cancel your order then’ Finally agreed to still bring the food, waited outside the block in the cold for over 20 minutes after he called to say he was delivering.

I’ve been a regular customer here for years and the standard of food has declined so much. The fries tasted like they were reheated 6 times, the pizza was cold and the chilli sauce was off and smelled disgusting. £80 wasted, I do not recommend. Never going to order from here again

It took nearly 2 hours , they won’t give me my money back which I think is bad practice considering the time it took and i tried to contact them on numerous occasions.

One of the ingredients had specific chemical taste and smell which is common for processed out of date products. Whole kebab went to the waste bin.
