Very rude and unfriendly staff!! Not the first time they are always the same rude staff!!! Really horrible customer service!! Will never order from here ever again.

Placed my order,marked as delivered on the app but no sign of it rang around a hour after ordering the hut told me it was on its way after 1 hour 30 it arrived cold and with the wrong drink,you pay extra for original Pepsi and they can’t even get that right.I have tried to contact the hut that evening and customer care and nothing,highly do not recommend to anyone.

4 hours after order and no delivery when I did get through (4 times in 4 hours!) to the Barkingside store, I got told 4 times in 2 hours " it's on its way, wil be with you in 15 minutes" still no food.I am sure entering into a contract by taking my money with no intention of completing the contract is theft.

The food was terrible. Honestly I can’t even explain how bad it was. The breaded chicken wings were not crispy and were slightly raw and jellied inside. The bbq wings were all shrivelled and tasted revolting and everything else we had was tasteless, cold and had a jelly texture. My partner who eats almost everything especially wings couldn’t even eat them they were that bad. Don’t even get me started on the macaroni, it tasted like way overdone pasta (disintegrating) smothered in milky slop. I rarely write reviews but I had to warn other people. Don’t go there

Absolutely disgusting experience from them tonight the delivery driver left my food - open boxes on the floor outside ( I live in a small block of flats he could of brought it to my actual door like all other delivery drivers and left it on the floor there) I explained to him I don’t want this food I have paid for after you have put it on the ground open where animals go to the toilet people spit etc I asked him to take back my food and bring me a fresh one or refund my money, he refused and started arguing with me. I called the store to explain the situation to be spoken over the whole time telling me this is the law, I haven’t been living in the Uk for the last 2 months as I would know this is law I’m trying to get him to stop talking all his excuses and listen to the fact I understand the social distancing measures that are in place and I live in a block where he could of come and put my food by the door the senior staff member proceeded to tell me F you F your mum you F’ing Bit*h. I didn’t swear at him once. The delivery driver started arguing with a group of teenage boys and taking pictures of under age children that was not engaging with him at all and then called the police. Disgusting behaviour from all parties involved and I will be taking this further with all the relevant avenues. My whole estate witnessed the incident and cctv covers our estate even the police said the driver was obviously a D**khead from the way he was being racist and rude to the youngsters that didn’t actually do anything to him and changing his story. Pizza Hut Barkingside you have not just lost one customer tonight you have lost around 50 households that all regularly use you. Not anymore. Atrocious

I went in to pizza hut Barkingside to order some pizzas the assistant was unhelpful unpleasant and rood so I just walked out and decided to go home and order online but I shouldn't have I should have just left, I waited forever pizza finally arrived it certainly was not worth the weight doughy and cold just not nice at all, I will never be ordering another pizza from there again

We always order pizza here because it is our favourite one. We live 0,5 milles far from pizza hut Barkingside and we always order for delivery...it always takes 1 hour!!!!!and more!!!! So if you wanna have £10 discount for next one ORDER HERE....they are incredibly slow!!!!And if you order it in the local they are not even taking the order!!!they arr taking between the staff and smooking outside all together!!! Last Saturday 8th of June we ordered two pizzas with chicken(bad idea) and after eating most of them watching a film....we realize there was something in the chicken...I WAS PANIKING!!!!so I broke all the chicken pieces left in the boxes looking for something more......and all the chicken was full of this rubish!!!!It look like worms!!! I wrote them through twitter(waste of time) Online Facebook...and NOONE ANSWER!!!!! DO NOT ORDER PIZZA IN PIZZA HUT BARKINGSIDE....it is contaminated and they should have an inspection to close it!

I prepped my order on line this came to £62 and then they find the best which turned out to be 50% off bringing our bill to £31. When I tried to place the delivery order the website said the internet wasn’t working so I had to order directly with barkingside store. I placed my order by phone only to be told because I had done it via telephone it would cost £42 with a bottle of drink. I said on line without a drink it totals to £31 to be told the best they could do was £42. I expressed that it wasn’t my fault there internet was not working and so I told them not to bother with the order, How can it be right that if there internet is down it costs me an extra £11 !!! Disgusting day light robbery 😡 Won’t be ordering from here again

Delivery ordered at 6.50 Order arrived 7.40, wife's food missing Phoned up and asked for it, told 30 mins, never arrived (9.30 now ) Phoned customer support, dealt with rudely Multiple phone calls to barkingside branch, fobbed off every time Goodbye pizza hut, never again

Disgusted at Barkingside Pizza Hut branch. 1st our order took over an hour to get to us. 2nd nachos were disgusting and were just thrown in the box. 3rd cheesy garlic bread was left out of order. 4th order was cold....... Called store to be told they would send garlic bread, I said that would be no good as we would of eaten by then, and a waste of food, so i asked what else can you do for us. They said nothing at all. I said no sorry I've paid for something I'm not getting, the telephone operator also kept putting me on hold, and got told again there is nothing they can do. So I said I will escalate this matter. 25mins after phone call still no garlic

The worst pizza ever ,cheap crap and no care,often burnt,no taste, just like all the other pizza take away on high st,but this the worest.

Like other commercial pizza hut place, eat pizza and salad and vacate the seat asap. Family of 5 had the lunch buffet, it was okay, good quick cheap lunch. perfectly acceptable
