Excellent pizza place. Great service and delicious food! Well worth a visit. I've become a regular, for both home delivery and eat in.

Walked in, the place is clean and the workers are nice. Ordered potato wedges and they were lovely. Only issue was the pizza. My friend and I ordered an XL pizza to share and when it arrived we both ate a slice each and then realised the dough was still raw in the middle and only half cooked. I kindly told the worker that it was still raw and if it could go back in the oven and she came to get it and then asked if we wanted it ‘well done’. To which our response was no - just cooked properly. She took it back and placed it back in what seems like some kind of pizza steamer, not a pizza oven. After seeing this it’s easy to see how a pizza could not cook properly and it makes me wonder how often this occurs. They didn’t apologise for it but were nice about it - seemed to not want to take accountability for the dough actually being raw. Luckily neither of us got food poisoning but not worth the risk

An easy 5⭐️ rating all round. Staff are always polite and nothing is too much trouble. The pizzas are excellent and arrive piping hot. Made in an open kitchen so you can see the staff in action. Good choice of desi flavours. Coriander pizza is soo good. Tandoori paneer is a family fave. Gluten free pizza is made from dough rather than a base taken out of the freezer and is the best pizza my husband has tried (and he’s tried quite afew). The menu extends to wraps, burgers and meat alternatives (remember this a pure vegetarian restaurant) but I’m here for the pizza!

Great pure vegetarian place to dine with plenty of food for the various palates from young to old.

The Doner needs more thinking about as the pitta was not toasted. The salad had some kind of dressing on it & was at the bottom of the pitta so made the whole pitta really soggy. The doner was added at the top, after a few bites the pitta started falling apart & not even halfway through totally fell apart. I had to throw it away as it was mushy by that point.

Good food, good service. The pizza’s are made fresh and definitely worth trying, and the waffles are delicious. They don’t serve hot drinks which is a shame, and something that i would suggest Mr Singh’s consider….

Went there with my family including two little boys. The owner and staff were so nice and the pizzas were great. We drive past the restaurant everyday on the way to school and the boys shout out 'Hello Mr Singh's vegetarian pizza'. Wish we could go more often!

took a while this time, just over an hour, the pizzas didn't taste as good as usual, a bit salty. a box was squashed and both pizzas were taken out of the delivery bag vertically! the pizzas were all squashed!

My whole pizza was damaged by delivery driver and I want my refund and I have photos as proof

I was enjoying my last slice of pizza when, at exactly 10 PM, the staff told us they had to close immediately. We requested them if we can finish our last slice to which we were told to hurry up anyways. This was quite ridiculous, as I had to take my last slice to go. This is not the kind of service you should provide to your customers.

Pizza was dry the staff obviously had a misunderstanding between themselves which reflected on my pizza as my order was sitting there for ages, staff were shouting at each other which I found very unprofessional. Would not recommend

Just made an order through just eat. I've tried mr singhs once before and it wasn't for me but thought I'd give them another go. Bad choice. Texture of the base was not great (to the point I suspect the pizza was reheated in a microwave). There was some sort of greaseproof paper under the base, this was stuck to the whole pizza making it uneddible. Maybe its just bad luck as others appear to have raving reviews...

One of the things that was most disappointing to me was the Pizza again having onions in it. Onions were NOT selected from the options and I don't eat onions! Would like the know why onions are included by defaults when it is optional.

Stopped by to eat in recently but from the moment we entered it was a rubbish experience. Absolutely no atmosphere and staff couldn't even pretend to crack a smile or show any helpfulness. No one came to the table to ask once how things were and I got fed up getting up and having to go repeatedly back to the ordering desk to ask for things like serviettes, straws etc. Would never go back.

Paid for 4 extra toppings - that is all I was expecting. Was not expecting onions to be added for free! I don't eat onions - so having that was a bummer. Otherwise all good. Hope the restaurant takes care in future. Only deliver what is asked for.

Really bad service. I paid extra for extra chillies and the pizza was even more bland than the usual level. We’ve been ordering for years and know how spicy it usually is. Called and they made excuses but offered no money back for the extra chillies or to send another. Will not buy again.

Pizza was not kept flat and had slid towards the edge of the box. It was not as hot as usual. Delivery man (by cycle) pleasant and apologised.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I had food poisoning. Bothe Mr Singh and Uber eats have not accepted any liability. Appalling customer service. The food poisoning could have resulted in death. They have no ownership over this. Happy for someone to die as a result.

If you like spicy rather than bland pizzas, this is the place to go! Loved it!

I should say the food is really good and will recommend and have recommended friends and families to visit this place for food. Mind well service is pathetic (especially one of the lady staff member). Never experienced such a rude behavioural language by any providers. I placed an order for take away and though my order was shown as 'ready' over UBER app, post requesting twice she informed (in a rude way) it isn't.

I ordered Mr Singhs pizza for the first time and the pizza was delicious. The pizza place is the best one I had for long time. If you want Pizza this is the place O recommend. Definitely will order again. 5 star view from a happy customer 😀

Food was late and cold. One of the burgers ordered did not not come as it was stated on the menu with the description. Few items in the burger were missing. No onion and garlic sauce was given with the pizza.

Had my daughter's birthday here and the team, service and food was absolutely amazing. We packed the whole restaurant but everyone had such a lovely time and the team were super supportive. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The best pizza in the whole of ilford and whole of Redbridge. Mr Singhs is a well known chain with multiple branches. I enjoyed the veg pizza and fries. Food and service is always excellent Highly reccomend . Mr Singhs is a brand of highest quality and exceptional food. Great value to.

Tasty vegan pizza options offered by Mr. Singh's Gants Hill coupled with a friendly service. Highly recommend their Mixed Vegan Grill and Dhaneea Pizza. It's hard to find a tasty vegan pizza and they hit the spot well.

Pizza taste could be better cheese is not quality and has a strange smell that lingers. I had them few years back now I remember why i do not have their pizza.

Pizza arrived late, clearly driver was doing another delivery based on the tracking map. Box damaged. Both pizzas arrived cold. One pizza was squished to one side and completely soggy from the bottom, wasn't even separating from the paper underneath. Other pizza partially oval shaped instead of their usual round shape. Called Mr Singh's who were blaming the driver however, I didn't realise the driver now makes their pizzas and that too oval shaped? Have ordered from here before and pizza's have always been made perfectly round. Unacceptable. , apparently this is normal according to Mr Singh's

I would say food and service is great. For vegan vegetarian options this is one of my favourite places.

Too much onion and the taste is not same as it was earlier . Burger bun was too hard . Curly fries were so hard and only small pieces . Hardly found 5 curly fries which were curly .

I get food from Mr Singh’s quite regularly and they’re by far they’re make the best ever pizza’s 🍕.

They have a no onion garlic option and good prices and the staff have always been accommodating and kind. Their pizzas and burgers and great!

Very tasty but little cook more

Very bad service, my mum spent nearly £200, regularly order from here for birthdays and always spends between £200 - £500 The staff and the owner spoke very rudely and accused her of underpaying £20, when she asked them to check their cameras, they recounted the money and she had paid the correct amount, after this they did not even apologise. I myself do not like their food, extremely overrated, dry and disgusting

This is an amazing spot,on the Gants Hill Roundabout. My first time here ,ive walked past it dozens of times and seen it busy- walked in today and what a treat.Im not a veggie/vegan but what a splendid taste of it tonight.Had a spicy veg pizza and it was so tasty and Home made as well. It was great to have this experience and I will be going back there for more visits and takeaway.They offer a variety of other foods made with a vegetarian base:soya etc- even “burgers” and “chicken nuggets” which I can’t wait to try - go there ! You’ll love it.

we ordered two pizzas. One was the veggie supreme with olives and one was the veggie hot with olives but no onion/garlic. Apart from the onion/garlic, there was no difference between the two pizzas - even the veggie supreme was covered with jalapenos. Both tasty but far too hot for the one who had ordered a pizza with no jalapenos. The chilly cheese bites were delicious.

Very Good pizza with Indian spice flavours, my kids found it very spice so better to order plain Margaretta pizza. No proper ventilation and won't be a perfect dinner or lunch on a sunny day in summer.

Honestly, the pizza did not live up to the expectations. Prior to visiting I heard many good things about Mr Singh's Pizza, however the pizza's are nothing special and are comparable to the Pizza GoGo pizzas from across the road, where the I would argue the Pizzas tastes better and are much cheaper. On the flip side, the establishment was well decorated, with clean toilets and exceptional customer service.

Food is great - lots of options and tastes great. Shame that everytime I've been the service is so poor - it's slow and the staff are not attentive. We ordered fries with pizza. Waiter brought the fries and the pizza came 10 minutes later which is just a lack of common sense. I even asked if the pizza is coming and the waiter said yes but clearly it was not ready. This has happened twice now.

Love this place! Regularly order and they never disappoint, the pizzas are always perfect and seasoned well. Dined in recently and the staff were very friendly and due to it being busy we're apologetic for any wait time ( we were more than happy to wait ) but they gave us some free muffins which was nice. Definitely recommend ordering/dining in here

I haven't been here for pizza (collection) for a long time. I wasn't impressed when I first tried (not long after they opened). I must say the improvement is staggering. I loved the pizza, toppings galore and the sides have really improved. I really enjoyed the tortilla and burger sides. Pizza was fresh and the base has improved immensely. Will be coming back more frequently for sure.

Big shout out for the Sikh owned veggie pizza favourite of my family. This is a fun venue. Great style. But it's the food that veggies across London love. So many varieties of pizza including paneer topped. Plus the burgers are popular with the kids not just the parents. There are variation of patties for those who don't want soya. So many side options too. We love the curly fries and cheese on top. Free water on site which is a bonus!
