my last vist was good and i was looking forward to eating the chesseburger pizza again disappointed with stingy amount of mince meat placed on the pizza there was a couple of slices with no mince meat! It was the young guys who made the pizza urgh stingy amount of mince meat The older lot are generous with the mince mince I will call up next time to find out who working

Interesting pizzas. Works very well

First time I ordered as I saw an ad with a cheesy pizza. It was dry, the dough was so thin but not doughy, ingredients were hardly there and no taste. I ordered 2 x additional tomato rich sauce, barely any tomato sauce. Never again. The garlic and herb dip tastes sweet, did not eat it.

3/10. Donner pizza was literally bland leftover donner remnants from a local donner shop sparsely sprinkled onto a bed of dry bread and minimal cheese lol. Violating the customers like that 😂 Cookies are the only item that tasted nice and fresh, but surely made for a 4 year old portion size. Family meal yeh... Save your money people, go to Crave pizza instead you'll be less disappointed.

First time trying ordered here, the Mumbai madness had no taste, the dough was not cooked properly, garlic and herb sauce is awaful the bbq sauce was cold and awful, the service was ok, overall never again Crave pizza is much better in my opinion Judging by the comments they can’t take constructive criticism. Pizza looked small for a 14 inc large

Basically a over priced kebeb shop style pizza.

I ordered 2 deep pan pizzas but i received regular ones. Pizza is quite average just regular pizza you can get from a chicken shop. But great selection and very creative pizza toppings and food came early which was nice.

first time ordering from here and not disappointed. the large pizzas are huge fresh and amazing. will definately be ordering again and would recommend highly

Perfect pizza and reasonable price, I’m going now for my 3rd time since moving around here so it’s my go to Pizza place now. Excellent customer service and also very friendly atmosphere and service. I would have given it 5 start however the parking is a bit of a problem unless you stay in the car. Other than that everything is spot on.

Worst pizza we have ever had, thought it's some amazing pizza by seeing the advert, tasteless, no toppings, it didn't even taste like pizza. Should have sticked to normal pizza places. What a waste!!

Bit over priced compare to other in town

I'm a longstanding customer who loved this place but was given condescending poor attitude when the restaurant got my order wrong.

Worst pizza. I never ever had this kind of pizza in my life . Waste of money. My wife ordered original spicy sicilian. I don't recommend to anyone.

Food was terrible. We would never order from this takeaway again. Chicken pasta was off. Tasted sour and it smelled old. Very disappointed that Just eat wasn’t interested in investigating the issue. Will not use Just eat anymore.

Very tasty pizza and always freshly made. Can be picked up locally or delivered. Editing my review to include the most recent experience and downgrading the rating to 4star. Although they do the best pizza but today I tried the chicken wings and they are the worst I have experienced. So bad that they should not even be on the menu.

I have ordered form PD so many times and have alway been satisfied but today pizza was appalling like no taste, less pizza sauce and cheese was not the usual one, I know they are giving very good offer but that doesn’t mean you substitute ingredient

DISGUSTING SERVICE. I’m ordering from them today because of a Black Friday offer, they told me delivery will take an hour. It has been way over and hour and I’m calling them to check on my delivery. They are not answering. I’ve rang over 20 times and no answer! I will never be ordering from here because it’s one thing having it delivered late but another when you can’t even get through to them to know how late and if it’s even coming!!

Used to order here and pizza were great then on last order. Ordered Deep pan got thin crust , 2nd ordered a Hawaiian , got a few pineapple pieces not like past pizzas, wrote to hello@london pizza, you get no response. Poor customer service. Update to first reply below: I waited 20 min for this order, picked it and went 1 mile home, it was evening, so you expect me to drive 1 mile back and wait another 20 mins for the order to be made again, yes of course we ate it as we were hungry it would be near 8:30pm by time I got back using your resolution. Remember its a food service you are providing. I did contact your email addresses on website all ignored until I put this review up, so my rating still stands as we have had to order from pizza hut & dominoes since you made this error. BTW your emails to other 1 star reviews always seem to bounce back, did you try the telephone on all the complaints?

Have been ordering here for over a year now and genuinely the best pizza in the area. Really does help the entire menu caters for all and tastes better than any local chain pizza place. Thank you for the great service too when delivering, always piping hot!

The pizzas here are on point, the right amount of cheese to tomato base. The chicken topping was very good and the dough base was light with a good crunch. The staff are extremely accommodating and polite.The food prices are fair for the food quality. I would recommend to anybody in London Illford and we will be coming here regularly.

Their pizza is on the next level, we have tried a few and always been impressed, went down a treat.

Don't order via uber eats. I called to cancel an order IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING IT and they went ahead to make it anyway! I didn't know how to cancel on the app (it isn't obvious so I was trying for 10 mins or so). Still took almost an hour to arrive. what a scam. Manager is rude and unhelpful. If they had cancelled, they'd still be a pizza place I go to but the attitude stinks. Food is nice but overpriced and customer service is poor. Will never order again.

Best pizza in East, no contest.

Ordered a while ago, got given the wrong toppings. They didn’t do anything about it when I contacted the store.

My friends and I decided to order from here due to it being halal and nearby. But I must say now I am an LPD convert. We had several different pizzas but my favorite one was mumbai madness, superbly flavorful and every bite was full of ingredients and baked to perfection. Delicious and delightful, definitely one of East London’s secret gems. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our pizza was late (took 1.5 hours to get delivered ) and came rock hard and cold, when we called the restaurant back the lady was rude and told us to just heat it up in microwave and refused to give us a full refund like any other restaurant usually does if the food is inedible. Won’t be ordering from here again. Customer service is the most important thing and sadly this place has none.

The Pizza here is very expensive, as well as the sides. I found thr tomato sauce used in the Pizza to be too strong and overpowering making It difficult to taste the other toppings. The ingredients are of good quality however still do not reflect the price.

Ordered two large sicilian sunrise pizza's with additional toppings. Only one had toppings, the other was just basically tomato sauce and cheese. I dont know how you can forget as the pizza & list of ingredients is literally on the boxes. £35.94 for one pizza with toppings...

Food delivered late and Luke warm. Driver obviously made multiple stops en route. Restaurant should not accept orders it can't fulfil in a timely manner. Pity as when delivered fresh and hot pizzas are nice

Having previously enjoyed great pizza from this business I thought I'd pay them another visit. Arrived about 9pm only to be told that they'd closed. Closing time was 10.15. Went to dominos instead. I could see another group being served though so I was disappointed. Emailed pizza depot but heard nothing back so here I am. Edit. Following response from the owners, I've received no emails.

The pizzas were delicious as always, food quality is always high and consistent. One of our favourites pizza takeaway restaurant.

Average at best, ordered a Paella Pizza which states that it will come with Chorizo. It didn't, the chorizo was substituted with pepperoni and calling up about this was met with a blunt unfriendly "What do you want me to do?". Disappointed.

Pizzas are delicious and specially the best pizza for people in and around Newbury park. Various options to choose from and you can customise your pizzas as well the people are very friendly. A1 place will recommend!!

have been a loyal customer of london pizza depo Barking a have so many events and parties. So when i heard walthamstow was opening i was so excited. So my first experience ordered pizza for the family after long day so children were hungry as you imagine.The driver delivered the pizzas as i went to open the pizza only to find that it was so burnt. When I contacted the store to inform them they were aware that they sent out a burnt pizza as the manager informed me that he saw the picture of the burnt pizza. They offered me a refund and said they would send me a replacement of the pizza for the next day but I said I was put off and did not want a pizza the next day to which he replied that when I was ready to order again they would send it free of charge to compensate this burnt pizza. I since then haven’t ordered from them but I did today and mentioned what was said by them but they denied it and did not honour what they offered to compensate me. Really poor customer service. This is the result of what happens when certain establishments get over their heads when opening more than one store. Really disappointing and will not be ordering here again.

Ordered here for the first time last week, I always drive past on my way home from work and it always looked a nice spot, very clean and presentable….. It was superb! Great pizza, extremely well presented. And delicious sides!!! Delivery driver was also extremely pleasant and came with a smile on his face.

Ordered the Moroccan pizza, that was suppose to have chicken topping but didn’t! When I called they said that the pizza had chicken, and implying that I was lying! They offered a free topping for the next order! I told them I would not waste my time placing an order, and I wasted my time calling because they were useless at customer service!!!
