The doner is very good, and the pizza is also very nice! The garlic and chilli sauce is good as well

Average pizza, not worth the hassle. I called Torino to place an order for collection, I had order three 7 inch pizza meals as per their website. When placing my order they told me to bring cash, I asked if they accepted card and the man on the phone told me to withdraw it from the nearby petrol station. I got to the petrol station and the cash machine was out of order, I went to a few shops nearby and no luck of getting cash. I then called the store explaining I was on my way from a long journey, my house is out the way to get cash and no where nearby gives cash back or has a cash machine. The man on the phone suggested a couple other places which I went to and none of them had a cash machine. After driving around for over 20 minutes looking to get cash, I went into their shop and told them I had no luck. How did I pay? BY CARD!! They had a card machine in store but didn’t want to mentioned this in any of the 3 conversations I had with them stating I only have card and not cash. I then paid for my 3 pizza meals and only received 3 pizzas. I told them I ordered pizza MEALS and they said they do not do this (on the website it clearly states pizza meals). I would avoid this place as their pizza is average and was not worth the hassle it caused me.

We ordered meat and chips, the meat smelt of feet. I asked for salad and sauce, they gave me 5 squirts of sauce on one donner piece. I have been in the toilet for 4 days now and have been non-stop shitting out torinos. The sauce had the consistency of diarrhoea, I told the chef to remake it and he gave me an even worser dish!

I have ordered from torinos many times over the years but after a very high increase in their prices I have also noticed they have become less generous with their portions, especially after changing £1.50 for extra cheese on a jacket potato but you never see it when the product arrives. It’s happened a few times now including today when I have asked for extra but there is never any extra of the ingredients requested. For this reason I will be asking for a refund on the extra amount charged.

Food was already cold. Both bags were complete drenched in oil. Chips were hard and. The peta bread was very oily and soggy.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF... Was given a chicken shish scewer in the smallest naan I've ever seen, and a tiny amount of salad in a burger box! The biggest con for £9.00. Been going there for years, but never ever again. Sadly it's over.

Single 15” pizza is £12. The buy one get one free price becomes £24. How is that a BOGOF? The owner needs to stop advertising it as buy one get one free when we are paying for both. Trading Standards need to visit this guy.

I asked for the wedges to be extra crispy but when they arrived they were soggy and I feel like the pizza isn’t as thick as it used to be somewhat in between a thin crust and deep pan but apart from that the pizza was good

You come here for the food. Best Donor Kebab ( lamb ) in the area. Best chilli sauce. Everything here is custom made by the restaurant, not mass ordered from JJ foods or some other nonsense place. Grilled wings are also on point.

Been ordering from here for 25/30 years. Yes that long. Service is mediocre now and kebab was burnt and very dry. Not fresh. The chips are dry and become like plastic hard now days. Costs have gone up but quality has gone down.

Bad experience, service not good

Place has always been good been going since school days, almost 20 years, kind of a disappointment, I mean, everyone's doing high prices and less quantity. But this place rocketed in their prices. It's a little silly, and the quality of food is gone down. I don't mind paying money for good food but a fast food chain charging restaurant prices it's a little bit absurd. Don't get me wrong food is still good but feel the qaulity and quantity drop like crazy. A meat and chip is around 8.50 with a drink. The quantity amount is that of a small medium, I'd say personally.

They used to sell good food but now the quality is absolutely rubbish. I recently ordered and the food was raw, chewy and smelt like it was dug out from the bottom of the garbage. I don’t recommend anyone buying food from here, you will most certainly get food poisoning.

We ordered take away lamb shish, very bad taste and bad quality lamb. It was stinking and felt like someone had cooked it under their smelly armpits. I called them to complain about it and they said they can not do anything about it. Never going there ever again.

This place has gone down hill. Just ordered food from them today and it was the worst food I ever had. This place should shut down if they can not serve good food. Kebab was raw, smelly and very chewy. I called them to tell them about it but they were not bothered about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

spent £85 on 4 undercooked pizzas, Warm bottle of coke and some trash stale BBQ wings. paid extra £2.90 per pizza for stuff crust thinking it'll be nice but all it is was cream cheese spread in the crust. very disappointed and really gutted I wasted a large amount of money on this takeaway place.

Best Doner pizza I have had in a long time.

I was there yesterday and bought a large kebab. The salad was not fresh and the meat quantity was small. The meal gave me bad indigestion and a horrible aftertaste. Won't be coming back

Honestly not sure why I'm seeing many negative reviews, I've personally had a pretty good experience with this place while ordering online. I once happen to miss the doorbell upon delivery and didn't have the phone in hand either where they had tried calling twice on arrival however after calling the restaurant they sent the driver again when I offered £5. In my opinion they make the best pizzas available locally.

food was cold. Driver was late. Status "driver on there way" was showing up for nearly 40minutes even though restaurant is 15 minutes away

This place is a joke wanted to order £50 worth of food and because I refuse to eat HOT salad and wanted it seperate got told I can't order if I want salad seperate, shame really as food is decent but won't be told how I should eat my food, who else like a lovely hot salad 🤷🏼

Best pizza place!! I always order from them as their pizzas taste amazing and how it should. I've been ordering from them for years and have never had a pizza I didn't enjoy!! Highly recommend them if you want a good pizza!!

Ordered a large meat and chips - in the additional notes section I asked for salad and sauce to be packed separate, which was not the case upon receiving the food, was not a fan of their sauce nor all the salad, looked a complete mess, barely touched it. Meat was not freshly cut/served.. had been sitting there, very cold and rubbery. Waste

The driver was nice and apologetic that he had forgotten an item off the menu, not a problem there at all. The food however leaves a lot to be desired, all the items that did show up were not of a quality I'd be happy use again. Thanks though.

Ordered a large pizza which was delivered quick. Topped with pepperoni, I was pleased that there wasn’t any oil left over in the box. A decent pizza and reasonably priced

The food came surprisingly too quick. The app hadn’t even updated and it was after 1am driver knocking on my door waking people up instead of calling me on the phone. It’s ridiculous how can I expect someone to show up so much earlier than the app expected delivery time when the app was showing it didn’t even leave the restaurant.
