TGF Pizza in Redbridge

This is my go-to pizza place. Always tasty and especially good value for money when collecting. I recently placed a large order (24 pizzas) for a party and the owner made sure that everything was delivered on time, was fresh and hot and even gave me a discount on the price - Great service! Will of course be back!

The pizza was beyond my expectations dough was fresh and delicious. The variety of toppings was amazing too.

Disgusting Brother himself is nice and puts so much stuff on pizza and price is good but the taste is really disappointing Update: i got sick after eating it

It's not worth buying pizza from here anymore. The last time I had pizza from here was in 2022, and it was amazing. But not anymore. I had to throw away the pizza; it was smelling bad

UPDATE: This is an updated review from the one that I had written yesterday (see bottom of the page). Early this morning I got a call from the management at TGF pizza to find out what went wrong. They listened to my case carefully and agreed that a mistake had indeed been made due to miscommunication. They profusely apologised for the error in pricing and said it shouldn't have happened and that staff should have dealt with it better. They compensated me for overcharging (something which was a shock to me yesterday since they are usually normally very good). Anyway I thought it's only fair to update readers as TGF did their best to rectify their mistake and were genuinely sorry. I am hopeful I will get back to receiving the great service and food I used to before this incident. ORIGINAL:Whenever we order pizza, we usually go with TGF and get it delivered. I ordered our usual (family fare) and asked for price of the deal and was told it was £20 (which was what I paid last time as well). I then asked what would it be if I wanted 18inch instead and they told me £22. I placed the order and the guy who delivered said it was £37.50! I said that must be a mistake and that I was told it was £22 and to call their office again as I had double checked with them as I was paying cash. Then TGF calls me back again saying no, the pizza itself is £22! I said to them I asked you more than once how much the meal was and you repeated £22 so why are you saying something different now! They said they meant the pizza. Even if they had gone up in price in the last few months to almost double the price is sheer extortion. They have just lost a loyal customer. Will not be buying from them ever again.

The short guy in the shop is very disrespectful he was unable to understand me and when I came to the shop he got rude to me even when he took the wrong order just because he could not speak English properly I am never coming again even being a good customer of them for a long time

The pizza was a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, with a deliciously tangy tomato sauce and a generous helping of gooey, melted cheese. We always order from tgf- they’re especially good with big parties. Aimal the manager is always very accommodating especially with allergies. They delivered all our 25 extra large pizzas on time, piping hot and delicious. They were all demolished in minutes. Spicy chicken mix was especially popular amongst adults and pepperoni plus amongst kids. I personally loved the nice and spicy.

Pizza was nice the salad has shrunk and the chips were horrible - I’ve ordered from this place for years from this address and my old address and I honestly have noticed a change in overall quality even the cake was smaller.

I have tried pizza here. It was kind of ok. If you are desperate to have a pizza on the go, then you can have it here once in a while.

I normally love ordering from here but today it was terrible they’ve changed everything, don’t waste your money! Never ordering from here again. Cheddar instead of mozzarella on pizza as stated and stuffed crust non-existent and again not mozzarella! Dry, hard garlic bread with no garlic. Fatty disgusting chicken wings with no chicken on and soggy onion rings. All gross and tasteless! Only good thing was the quick delivery. Thanks for a complete waste of £35 absolutely shocking!

Die Pizza general war nicht schlecht und hat ziemlich gut geschmeckt aber sie hat vor Fett getrieft und sie haben mir Zwiebeln statt Knoblauch drauf gemacht Generell würde ich da wieder bestellen da das in der Umgebung die einzige Pizza ist die gut war aber hoffentlich kommt nächstes mal die richtige Pizza

I found a new manager at this shop. He is really nice and hence changing the star from three to five. The main owner is my favourite, he looks after the customers. Now, the manager (Karza), he is going to help you.

Food arrived earlier than expected and piping hot! Cannot fault that. However the food itself was pretty disappointing. The mozzarella sticks had exploded, all the cheese was outside of the sticks and the sticks themselves were pretty stale like they'd been out for a while. The wings didn't specify what kind they were, so we didn't really get what we were craving, but the wings we did get were pretty soggy. Soggy fatty skin is not for us. The flavour was decent. Soggy chicken strips too. Only things pretty good were the wedges. Sorry but not sure I'd order again.

Well I asked for additional toppings on the pizza and literally got one piece of mushroom as an example of the shops extra toppings menu 70p for quarter inch of a mushroom Plus the pizza said bbq sauce there was no bbq sauce The cheese on top of the pizza appeared burnt and the lasagne was frozen The only part of the meal I enjoyed was the bottle of coca cola

Always top quality tasting pizza, their garlic and herb dip is to die for and honestly the best pizza I’ve had. Never late, never disappoints and never fails to make your tastebuds go mmmmmmmm. Another plus, their deals are extremely good value for money.

Delicious pizzas come with a variety of healthy side orders I love the chicken strips and chicken bites are extra large in portions. Very well behaved staff. They’ve got a square pizza which has four pizzas combination love it. Guys it’s worth ordering from TGF Gantshill.

Not bad, but I asked for a little bit more tomato/pizza sauce on the base. I guess this insulted the chef so he decided to put even less than usual. Oh well lol. Delivery time was good and the driver was polite, no issues there.

This restaurant stated my order was 'delivered' on Just Eat when the food had not been delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they are busy but will call the driver and for me to wait another 10 minutes. I called after 10 minutes as I had not received a call back. The restaurant said again they are busy and there's nothing they can do I just have to wait. They said my location is far from the restaurant, I asked them why did they accept the order? They could not answer. The guy wanted to get off the phone with me so he can take other people's hard earned money. When the food eventually arrived it was cold. I tried calling the restaurant again (4 times) but they do not answer. My the curse of Allah be upon the one who takes money for goods or services they know they cannot fulfill. I hope the money you took from me is a curse upon you and your business. Honest people look to rectify genuine mistakes and errors, crooks just want your money.
